Red Tiger was willing to work us into their busy schedule last fall to drill our well and install our pump out of town. They provided helpful recommendations prior to drilling to ensure the best use of our time and money. The team was responsive via both phone and email to any inquiries. Will plan to work with them again in the future.

I'm a disable Veteran single father of 3 sons. I called Red Tiger Monday morning 8:30ish after having to spent the weekend with no water. Due to my well pump going out. Talk to Troy explained my problem. Troy said he could have someone out to my house in 1 to 2 hrs. I then asked him if he do payments if the bill ended up over 1200$. Toy's told me " I guess we can" not the great response but I'll take what I can get. Told me he'd call me back wirh in an hour. Had to look up my well info. Great after waiting 3 hours for the return call. I got a hold of the realtor who sold me the house and got my well info and emailed (11:30am)it to Troy. Then called and left, a Message letting troy know. At 4:54pm(end of business day) Troy calls back tells me he'll have someone out at my house first thing in the morning.... 8:30am next day Troy calls and tells me they can't help me I should find another company. Thanks for nothing but wasting my time

Incredibly disappointed! We were sent guys that were in training and had no idea what they were doing. They kept hooking up wires and blew the breaker box several times! All three of the guys kept saying they had no idea what was going on and one out of three explained he was “training” the other two but the guy training had no idea what he was doing either. My husband told them from the very beginning what he felt was wrong and they informed him he was wrong. After several hours it turns out he was right and they replaced the small part and left. I then received a huge bill for one tiny cheap switch and the rest was paying for guys in training who had no idea what they were doing. On top of frying wires thanks to their mistakes and not having a clue what they were doing we had to have someone else come and fix their mistakes they made while trying to find the problem. So two bills later for one tiny problem I can say with confidence I will never recommend them to anyone! Stay away!

Red Tiger Drilling is the most dependable family owned business in the area. They are constantly striving to leave sites with satisfied customers. It's hard to find a company as busy as Red Tiger and be able to call in and speak directly to the owner. As a Realtor in the area, it's refreshing to be able to call a reliable company and ask important well questions to experts. I've had Troy and the guys drill a number of wells for me and have done a great job. One well in particular kept sending sand through our system and wouldn't develop, but Troy and Russ kept after it until they prevailed. For all their extra effort (and it was plenty) I never even received a bill. I trust Troy and would hire him again in a minute.
