I have had the opportunity to use Temp Right twice in the past few months. Living 50+ miles from Missoula, I had trepidations on finding a reliable repair service. The first was just a service call to get our mini-split working, just in time for the air-conditioning season. I was more than pleased with the time to repair, service call, service man, and price. We also needed someone to modify the copper piping to make servicing our new boiler and zone valves easier. It was going to be a pricey job, but Scott provided a bid upfront that even gave us two options: necessary and better. Our boiler is in a ridiculously small space, and repair would be a nightmare without a new configuration. Robert arrived to save the day in early September. When he has done two days later, the finished product was a beauty to behold! It was a work of art, on par with the work of Vincent Van Gogh. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend Temp Right to anyone. The service was great, and it is a relief knowing there is someone available to call for repairs.

I HAD A PROBLOM WITH MY HEATING SO I CALLED THEM. THEY CAME OUT A FEW DAYS LATER AND NEVER TOLD ME OF THE MILAGE THEY CHARGE CAUSE I WAS OUTSIDE OF MISSOULA.THAN THE TECH ALMOST BLEW UP MY HOUSE BUY NOT TURNING OFF THE POWER BEFORE WORKING ON THE HEATER. I MEAN WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND MESSES WITH THAT STUFF BEFORE TURNING OFF THE POWER? I DONT RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE SHIFTY WITH THERE PRICING ASWELL. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Temp right is way too expensive to come and fix anything. We called temp right to come and fix a leaking pipe and they charged us over $350 just to come and to make matters worse they ended up breaking the pipe instead of fixing it. So we had to replace that whole pipe which was kind of frustrating since you have to find the right pipe and find someone to come and install the pipe. Stay away from this Company and they always bring two people which will give you a result of paying twice as much.

We had temp right remodel a warehouse into a retail space. They never showed up on time, Were extremely dirty. Took them twice as long as anticipated. They also didn't communicate when they made penetrations in our roof and it leaked during the first rain. All in all I was very disappointed in there commercial plumbing department. Would not recommend them.

OK. They have a large staff and are available in a reasonable time frame, at reasonable rates. However, quality workmanship is not their forte. They did a decent job on an AC installation, but it took 4 tries to get the new heater exhaust in my roof to stop leaking water. Also, I paid to have my HVAC ducts sealed, and they did a poor job at this; some duct runs were untouched, and others did not have enough mastic applied to seal properly. Finally, they completely missed the gaping hole in my return ducts; how, I don't know.

There are a lot of crooks in this valley, the biggest rhythms with button. My boiler was on the way out and I needed someone I could trust. Temp rite has been doing business locally for a very long time. They are a constant presence at job sites, commercial and residential, in the Missoula valley. That should say a lot and it did to me. They offered me a fantastic price. Service was timely and professional. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much Walter B

We purchased a brand new heating and air conditioning system from Temp Right Service one year ago. When it came time to turn the heating system on this fall the system would not blow warm/hot air. I tired all the basic troubleshooting steps like resetting the circuit breakers, verifying pilot light and resetting the system power. No luck. I placed a call to temp right this morning. They let me know that it would be 2 weeks before someone could come take a look and made sure I was aware there would be an $80 fee to dispatch a service tech. Not the type of service I would expect on a 1 year old broken system.

Temp Right Missoula came out to my house to figure out a strange noise that our pipes were making independent of any water running. Since the problem wasn't straight forward it took a lot of work to figure it out. They were really nice about not charging me for the time. Highly recommend!

Michael was very attentive and communicated very well. He came out the same day and made certain everything was running properly and safe. We had a new furnace installed at our salon. Josh Bailey went above and beyond to get us on the schedule immediately, lent us space heaters that kept us plenty toasty for the one day it took to get us a brand new furnace and patiently answered any and all questions from 2 people who knew nothing about heating. We were given a very fair price and the technicians, Mike and Dylan, were extremely accommadting to a very busy day in the salon! I will definitely call Tempright for all my future heating/plumbing needs!
