I had a great experience with Comfort Systems of Montana located near Four Corners just outside of Bozeman Montana. An old gas forced air furnace failed and I called them and others for bids to replace. Not only did they send an estimator out the same day, they beat their competitors price by nearly 45%! They came out two days later and did the work and I'm very happy with the product and the workmanship. Professional, timely and competitive. I'll always recommend them to my friends. They were a referral from a friend of mine also. Guess I owe him dinner!

Cannot say enough good things about this company! We needed an a/c unit moved, which sounds easy, but actually involves many steps. We called several companies, and literally this was the only company who actually sent someone out to look at what was involved and gave us a reasonable quote right away. Best of all it's a Veteran owned and staffed company, which, we can never do enough to support our Veterans, so that was important to us also! When we told them yes lets go ahead, they communicated with us promptly, sent out Steven and Nate who were professional, knowledgeable and personable, and went above and beyond in every aspect of this task. Later Nate and Dave came out to follow up and check the a/c unit was running well and there were no problems. Absolutely impressed with every aspect of this company and a shout out to Rachel who did an awesome job handling coordinating all the parts of this job. Absolutely recommend Comfort Systems of Montana!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! BEWARE!! We used CSOM for the installation of around $15k worth of A/C units/dehumidifiers. The units did not function correctly right off the batt, comfort systems said they tried fixing it multiple times, charging us THOUSANDS more, all for no result. We then went and hired Campbell’s Heating and Cooling and they were able to find our issue (low refrigerant in the A/Cs) within 5 minutes of arriving on site. DO NOT USE COMFORT SYSTEMS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED AROUND FOR MONTHS TO NOT ACTUALLY FIX YOUR PROBLEM!!!

I called Steven Brimm and he was able to diagnose my problem very quickly and magically hand deliver a brand new condensing unit at 5pm and stayed all night to swap out units plus recharge my system correctly. My boiler quit working this spring and we were very worried about our pipes freezing... We made one call to Comfort Systems at 10pm and before 11pm we had one of their experienced techs at our house to fix the problem. It turns out they had to order a part, so before they left, they set up 4 portable heaters to get us through the night. The next day it was fixed. Can't say enough good things about their people, knowledge, and service. Thank you!
