We contracted to have roof replaced and trusses repaired. We were told by Mr. Copenhaver that the trusses would be shored up and have boards nailed/screwed to the sides for added support. Their "fix was to take old used 2x4 and cut a U shape and nailed it to the main supports of the attic floor." For this service they were going to charge $300. The contract stated that they clean up daily and run the roller magnet and they did not do this either. Took 3 visits to get the power vent removed and now we have a patched roof. I have pictures and documents from everything. We do still have a balance BUT Mr. Copenhaver said before they even started the job that when the job was complete he would come by and set up payment arrangements for the balance, well over 7 months and he has yet to make any attempt to set up arrangements. I was told by his crew lead that Mr. Copenhaver knows you are irritated and he is going to give you a cooling off period before he contacts you... Over 7 months and he still has not followed through. As a customer I expect to have things go as the business owner states, when we contracted for a service we expect it to be done, we expect the contract to be followed. Not have unsafe conditions, by having the job site not cleaned up, metal left everywhere, tools left out even a pitchfork left in the neigbors yard. Their trash water bottles thrown in yard, attic and street. We have filed a complaint with BBB and Mr copenhavers response through them is that we weren't charged for the truss job since it wasn't done to our satisfaction so he didn't charge---fact remains we contracted the repair and it was not done as we were told it would be. Just because we weren't charged does NOT excuse Triad, it was a contracted repair. We never received a "scope" all we received was a 1 page contract, which we signed and made copies. We expect when a business owner states he will do repairs as contracted that they follow through, when he states he will be by and set up payment arrangements, that he will follow through. Friends ask me if we would recommend Triad for their repairs and I say NO, they don't follow contract and then I show them the contract and pictures...

Salesman was great in helping process the insurance claim, even helped fight it for us. The biggest issues came with clean up, the gutters and a few leaks. Installation quality on the gutters is below average. Nails were found in driveway by way of my car tire. Flashing issues caused the leaks. They paid for my new tire and got someone to fix the leaks asap. So points for fixing the problem. Roof does look beautiful.

I contracted with Triad after interviewing some other roofing contractors concerning hail damage to my roof. Scott Washburn inspected the roof and informed me it was damaged and offered to contact the insurance company for me. Scott was here when the adjuster inspected the roof and accompanied the adjuster throughout the process. Scott informed me what to expect from that point on and was so close to the final outcome it was almost scary. To make a long story short Triad did an excellent job at a fair price and there were no negative surprises. I was surprised in that after completion Triad inspected the roof four times to make sure the install was good. Scott was a pleasure to work with and saw to it that every detail was covered. I am a retired mechanical engineer and try not to be a jerk but have to admit not that easy to please but Scott saw to it that I was completely satisfied. Roofing contractors in my opinion are the most difficult to hire because their is more to it than just slapping down shingles. As the commercial said years ago "try it you will like" I say try Scott you will like him.

I would highly recommend going with Triad. Kyle and Troy are awesome guys. When their crew was completely done with my roof. Troy went over my roof with a fine tooth comb just to make sure nothing wasn't overlooked. When I added my porch on to my house, Kyle fixed me right up with supplies so that I have matching shingles just like what they installed on my house. There is other sales rep at Triad and I would ask for Kyle instead. Kyle is the best!

Everything was completed without issue and looks great. We ended up paying outright which was easy to take care of as well. Kyle was able to work around our schedule and help us when others failed. We will be using them for any needs going forward and would recommend to anyone.

This was the hardest working, most polite group of people I have ever dealt with in home repair. They were professional from beginning to end...finished our complicated, large roof in one day!!! The salesman was thorough, courteous, and honest. The job supervisor was top notch, and the laborers worked professionally and barely took a break!!!(7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.!!). Compared to other homes in our neighborhood we seemed to have better base materials and preparation and the guarantee is great! I cannot say enough about this company. I was very impressed with the professionalism and work of the Triad crew in Blue Springs who replaced my roof after extensive damage from a hail storm. Paul at Triad also contacted crews to replace siding, and to repair damaged screens, guttering, and downspouts. In every case the workers were professional, polite, considerate and friendly. The roofing crew was amazing. They arrived early, set to work immediately, took a quick lunch break under a shade tree in my yard, and then finished the job in just one day. Quality of work was great but customer service was awful! We paid for half of the work our self and he seemed to forget that. Get every thing in writing and make sure it is itemized. In the end he did lower the amount a little over $700.00 and wanted to make us happy. I would suggest if you use this company to me very aware and ask for prices on everything if you are paying out of pocket. Like I said the work was great, we love our roof and gutters. We even recommended the company to a co-worker of my husbands.

We hired Triad to repair a portion of our roof and also repair some guttering that had been installed wrong at the Southside Church of Christ in Blue Springs. This portion of flat roof had been leaking for years and it was partially because the roofing was installed wrong and partially because the guttering was installed wrong. Countless contractors came out and gave us varying "fixes" but nothing worked. One contractor told us that we would have to reframe the roof! I called Triad and Adam Meyer came out to give me a suggested solution and an estimate. He climbed up on the roof and poured water across the flat portion to figure out the problem. Within fifteen minutes he figured out the problem and it was a common sense and relatively simple issue. He came out the next day and seam sealed the flat portion to stop the leaking there. His guttering crew came out next and repaired the guttering. A few days later the guttering supervisor came out to inspect the job and had his crew completely remove the old guttering and replace it with new. They matched the color and only increased the estimated price by $50! The problem we were having has been completely resolved. This is the best experience that we have ever had with a roofing and guttering company! I cannot say enough about the straight talk, reasonable price, excellent work and tremendous customer service. Two years ago, I saw their flyer in my neighborhood after a hail storm and I thought that they were a "fly by night" company from out of town. That is definitely not the case. Triad is a solid local company and they will have our business in the future. Adam Meyer's customer service with regular communication and follow-up was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Be sure to call them for any work that you need done.
