This should be negative stars.....I was a customer for years for all my pool supplies. When it came time to replace our above ground pool I called them to install it. They came out and assessed the job and I told Mike to put me on the list. Was told it would be late May. Went in the store 3 times in May to put a down payment and get the pool ordered each time I was told they would contact me next week and the timeframe for installation was pushed out. Now I am told that they don't give time frames and it would be done sometime this year. On top of that Mike told me he didn't want to do my pool to begin with! Very RUDE. That would've been nice to know in March! I would’ve understood if things would’ve been straightforward in the first place. I will never spend another dime there. Just spent plenty somewhere else that values my business. Very unprofessional!

After over a year using multiple Pool companies to find a nasty leak in our slimmer lines, Mike spent only 10 minutes isolating the actual line leak. He predicted what the Work and cost may entail. 10 days later his crew started the 2-day job. Couldn’t be more relieved and happy to have this done! Thanks, Mike. Highly recommend your company!

I've heard great things about these people from multiple pool-owning friends. I went there the other week, the guy opened up early for me because I had to get to work. Seemed legitimately interested in helping me with our pool issues and did not try to upsell me. Will go back.
