We experienced hail damage earlier this year, and the Insurance company "totaled" the roof which was only 2 years old. After getting several bids from other contractors, Jamie from Dale's came by to give us a bid. Not only did Jamie seem much more professional than the other contractors, but took the time to explain what he saw, and how he would put the bid together. Dale's had the best price out of the 4 bids we received. When the actual work started on the roof the crew was very good, and fast. There was a quick shower that day, and they got everything covered to keep it dry. Also, they found several places on the roof that had old, and new water damage, and replaced/repaired everything they found without hesitation.( I'm still mad about the previous roofing contractors that roofed over the existing damage, and created new leaks.) The Dale's crew went over, and above, and fixed problems I didn't know I had yet. My experience with Dale's, from the bid process, to the installation, to the follow-up quality checks has been pleasant, and exactly how business should be performed. I will use Dale's in the future, and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

The roof area around my chimney is causing water to leak under the hearth. I called Dale's Roofing to repair it in October 2015. With all the recent rain, the leak is still happening. I requested someone from Dale's come out to take a look, which they told me would be the following week. The person who was supposed to come out said he was busy and running late, would not be able to stop by, would call back with a different day and time. I have yet to receive a call back. This same pattern happened last year when trying to get them out to estimate other roofing work. This leak has rotted my subfloor--I had the hearth removed to assess the damage, which is extensive. It's urgent that this problem gets fixed, so I called a couple other roofing companies and was told the area around the chimney was not properly repaired, that whoever did the flashing didn't know what they were doing with a cedar shake repair. I'm very disappointed and upset. I trusted Dale's for 10 years, two houses.

I was really impressed with the whole process of having our roof and guttering replaced by Dale’s Roofing. The roofing crew was able to tear off the old roof and put on the new in just two days, and they did a pretty thorough job of cleaning up all the old debris. I inspected the roof before the inspector came and found a few things of concern. After sharing those concerns with the inspector, he took care of them immediately or they were taken care of the next day by one of Dale’s guys. I was most impressed with Brandon and Eric who installed the new guttering system. They were very knowledgeable, professional and skillful in their work and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them for any guttering job! Our new roof and gutters look great!

From start to finish, I was notified about what was going on, when to expect delivery of the shingles, when they would start the work, etc. The work was done efficiently and quickly. Dale’s exceeded our expectations. Right from the beginning, they were professional and prompt. When they came over to give us a quote, there was no “upselling”, only a clear price, which also happened to be 50 percent lower than the other quote we had received. Had Dale's do a roof repair but be aware that on the estimate they will mark down that there is no warranty. I figured they would still do a good job. Wrong, it never looked right from the beginning and I was out of luck. Now I am looking for another roofer because the roof is in need of repair again.

I have dealt with a lot of people and companies over the years and this is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. They have replaced roofs for me and other members of my family and the work was beyond compare. But if you are looking for a small roof repair they will make an appointment to do the repair, they will cancel and not call you and tell you so or reschedule. The last repair I had done was only 750 dollars, they cancelled 5 times, 3 of them they didn't even call and tell me they couldn't make it they just didn't show up. I had to make a trip to their office and talk to them in person to get them to come out. On the sixth time they finally showed up, the repair looked very nice. Now I am needing a repair that was going to be 250 dollars, the estimate was done on 7/15, today is 7/23 and they have not even called to set a time to make the repair. I give up, if you are not going to spend a ton of money with them they will not be willing to help you. update, on the 24th Dales finally called and said they would be out the 27th or the 28th to do the repair. they did show up the afternoon of the 28th and as usual did a very nice job.

I am so glad I'm a member of the DRI Maintenance Club. Just had our annual checkup today and, even though my roof is in its sunset years, was told I don't need to worry about replacing it just yet -- and I had been certain we were going to be told the opposite! They cleaned my home's overstuffed gutters, which by itself is worth the cost to me. I'm always prepared to be upsold something, so to be given a realistic idea of when the roof will need to be replaced but also told it's not a dire need put my mind at ease. The guys at Dale's are the best!

What a wonderful company to hire! I received hail damage and needed a new roof placed on my home. Dale’s Roofing had replaced my mom’s roof after a tornado a few years ago and did a great job so I called them for a bid. The men and women I had the pleasure of making contact with were all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered promptly and they helped me understand the claim process, as this was my first home claim. When the roofers arrived, they made sure to let me get my truck out of the garage so they wouldn’t block me in and they got to work right away. They were fast and worked hard, even in the cold weather, and I had a complete tear off and new roof in less than 2 days! They were even mindful that I had a dog and closed the fence when I was home. They did a great job cleaning up all the debris and nails! I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced.

I had a lot of questions, both before, during and after the replacement, and each person took the time to answer them to my satisfaction. Tony and Daniel, the roofers, Evi who finished the chimney work, and Kirby who did the final inspection, were extremely diligent and barely stopped to take a break. Dale's replaced a flat portion of roof on our home three years ago, and not one leak since after years of problems. We are new to the Branson area and had very little knowledge about who did excellent work or who to avoid. So, I consulted with our community's maintenance crew to get some answers. They did a very professional, quality job and we are very pleased with the result. Scheduling was the only issue we had. Being in such demand and having such an unusually stormy Spring in Southwest Missouri this year, they were booked up for months. However, they promptly arrived to make an emergency repair to hold us over until they could complete the work. I have not had them do my roof yet, but I would like to speak on how professional and timely they were with my quote. I am in the process of buying a house that requires a new roof and I have to get several roof quotes before I can move forward on my loan. It just so happened that one of the employees from Dales Roofing came into my place of work. His name was Taylor Holland. Sammy Vickers came out to do an inspection of our roof as we had a couple of leaks but were dreading the though of having to repair the entire roof as it's getting old. I'm so glad we called Dale's Roofing, Sammy came out and fixed some minor repairs and also took a look at our chimney and noted some fixes that needed that would help with the leaks we were having and got us in contact with a masonry. We had a little mix up about drip edge at the time, but it didn't take much time at all and it was corrected! They communicate! They are not afraid to listen! They clean up the debris and nails! Most companies now days have their bottom line- making money, regardless of the care and concern for their customers or clients. I had damage from a storm that blew off a couple shingles. Jason D came out and gave me a bid. He worked with me and the insurance to come within reason of the insurance bid. Once accepted, I got put on the calendar for replacement. With it being the end of December you can imagine the weather in Southwest Missouri wasn't too cooperative but they were able to get my roof replaced on the 1st of February. They did it all in one day. They sent an inspector by today and he applied a little more sealant to a couple places that he just didn't think met his expectations. They did a great job! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof repair!

They did an excellent, quality job. Once they got on site they were able to complete the job in a week and sent out their own inspector within another week. I called during a high volume time so it took a while for them to be able to work on the roof, but mine was not high need. The roof had some issues that had led to a leak, but it was not consistent so it was not a problem for me to wait. Overall, I am very happy with the quality and cost for the work.

Well, have had issues since they came to repair flat roof in February. First time the product had big yellow landing strips on it and bubbled up holding water. They initially put railings back up and didn't match anything together. A 10 year old could have done better. They came back to rip roof off and redo. Railings repaired and installed properly but material laid down is for commercial roofing. Not meant to be used for residential home. Tacked down a walkway that holds dirt and will grind holes through the rubber coating and cause a leak. Was told job was QUOTED as commercial? Seriously?!? So that's our fault they don't realize a house isn't a business?? Then we were told to just throw a carpet over it when we wanted to sit on our deck... a carpet.... outside- on a balcony deck of a beautiful home. Not exactly the fix we were hoping to hear. So we can't even use the deck off our bedroom for what it was built for. Still haven't come out to repair. Missed 2 appointments and never called to say they weren't coming. Tried to put us off as they were to do our main roof as well. We have now pulled that job from them and if the flat roof isn't sorted it will end up in court. Very frustrating- lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and a poor job all the way around. Thoroughly disgusted with this company and how we've been treated. 6 mos is an absurd amount of time to wait for a fix.

If anyone is looking for a roofing company, you need look no further than Dale''s Roofing. After a horrible experience with another local roofer, we had Dale's come out to provide an estimate. Jason arrived for his appointment on time, was very professional and helpful, and as promised, emailed his estimate within a couple of days (considerably less expensive than the other company's estimate too). He made another visit to help us select the right color of shingles, filled out the paperwork, and told us when to expect a call to get the actual work started. Again, just as promised, they called to say when they would be here, they actually showed up on time, and completed the work in 2.5 days. The work is EXCELLENT and we are very satisfied with our new roof. So, this is a company that follows through with their promises AND does excellent work. We could not have been happier, and recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof and doesn't want the runaround we experienced with the first company we called. Just an all-around positive experience!

Pros: professional in handling customers Cons: I've had to have them come out a total of 4 times in 4 months to put on ridge vents that were not done (two areas of the house), a gutter was put on the wrong side of the house, and the most recent when a gutter became dis-attached from the house. Side note: I went with Dales due to BBB ratings and speaking with a couple people who had good experiences with them. They are on the upper end of cost but I was OK with that due to their reputation. However, I'm a bit disappointed. If I had not been up on my roof cleaning the gutters, I never would have noticed two areas of my house were missing the ridge vents. I wonder how is that even possible unless they are looking to cut corners and save money.

Dale's Roofing was a no show to an appointment scheduled. I contacted their office to find out if someone was on their way. I was told that I was wrong and that it was scheduled for a week later. This coming from the same girl that a few days earlier scheduled the appointment and I repeated the information to her. I was also told there was nothing they could do for me and that I would just have to wait until that next appointment time. Obviously, there was a reason I needed the appointment scheduled in the day I scheduled. The lack of professionalism just amazed me. I asked for her to have the owner contact me and she said it would be Monday. Today, I received a telephone call from the office manager, who was very nice; but not the owner. I do not feel my input was valued which is very unfortunate. I would not recommend this company based on my initial experience. I would hate to think of the communication problems if I actually had a problem with their work.

After some wind damage this year, I asked a friend of mine, who's an insurance adjuster (not with my insurance company) how to proceed. He suggested calling a reputable roofing company first, to have them do an evaluation. When I asked him who he recommended, he suggested Dale's Roofing, (whom he had chosen to do his own roof). From the initial evaluation, to the end of the job, every person I dealt with at Dale's has been professional, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. The roofers are well experienced, showed up early, and stayed late. Having only had one roof replaced in my life prior to this, I was impressed by the level of professionalism in taking care of my needs every step of the way. There was constant communication along the way, so I always knew what was going on and why. The final result is great. And, the attention to detail was over and above any expectations I had. Plus, they left the property better than they found it, in terms of cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Dale's Roofing to anyone who has need of a roofing company...
