from a subcontractor point of view I have found Crossland Construction to be one of the better GC firms out there. I have done work for them in NW Arkansas and in the Kansas City area. Prompt payment everytime and great communication.

Too bad Crossland Construction doesn't care about the individuals in their worksite. They care more about the vacant places they are working by. Been over 2 months without a driveway. They suck. Have to park my car elsewhere while I wait on their lazy asses to fix it. I would never recommend them if you want the job done right.

The Owners only care about making money off the trucking companies that park their trailers on the property. How come you Giblet heads have like 50 port a johns out there and they're all locked? You think you can stop drivers from using the bathroom? They'll use the bathroom on your property. You people are idjits. Good thing i had my go pro on when the owner sweared at me. I'll make a YouTube video on this Matter. Watch what you say because in today's society you never know if someone's recording and you'll be on the 5 o clock news. Doesn't take much to make a video go viral.

I'm giving a 4 star because the lady I spoke to on the phone was very professional and took care of my concern immediately. But the reason I had to call in the first place is because one of the companies drivers turned from the right side lane cutting in front of me, with my child in the car, the middle lane and cross traffic to get to the construction site. Instead of turning around and being safe they just cut in front of everyone and drove over all the lanes.

They closed down the entirety of Penn from britton all the way to Nichols Hills (for a week now) your poor cartography skills and lack of city planning should not constitute a loss of income, loss of my personal time, and an excessive waste of gas on my end. Not only did I call the office and speak with someone up there who was supposed to be managing the project he couldn’t even give me an estimate of when they would be done so add an extreme amount of incompetency to the list of things that these people represent. Not only did they have zero solutions for me they basically told me to get over it when I told them that I shouldn’t be insanely inconvenienced by how absolutely awful they are at their job. If I had done that at my job I would be fired but I guess that’s what you get when you expect any type of decent customer service out of somebody like Crossland.

I don't work here but my husband does and says its an AWESOME company to work for! He's been there just one month. Its the one job he's ever had where he comes home smiling and happy. He works very hard as an ironworker but feels appreciated and valued.
