The house looks good from afar because of the paint colors we picked. When you get up close, the house is horrible. There was no re-caulking where the windows meet the house. There is paint splattered over our window and door frames. About 6 weeks after the house being painted we noticed spots peeling on the house. It look at least 5 phone calls before we got a response. They blamed the crew that painted our house because that crew supposedly wasn't returning their phone calls. They sent the project manager out to our house to "touch up" some spots. None of the spots that were peeling were fixed. After about 3 more phone calls the owner finally comes out. Agrees that there are spots that are peeling, and says it is because we have cedar wood on our house that wasn't prepped correctly. Which is fine as an explanation, but it's not an excuse. If you are going to contract out crews it is still your name on the line.
Two weeks later they have two people come out to "fix" it. Their idea of fixing it was painting over the paint that was already peeling. The owner NEVER called to follow up. Now here we are again: four months after our house is painted and the paint is still peeling and getting worse. It makes me sick to my stomach knowing how much we paid, when they so obviously do not care about their work or their customers. Maybe it's because we are first time homeowners and they thought they could take advantage of us. My advice, stay far away from them.
