I love my new windows from Window World!! The installation process was easy and done professionally. It didn't interfere with anything my family had to do while installing. The installer was kind and polite, clean and he showed us how to operate the windows also. I would highly recommend giving Window World a call if your thinking about buying windows, you'll be glad you did.

I got my new windows from Window World took me 4 weeks to get them in and they came out and put them in for me the guys that put them in taught me how to take care of my new windows, i would use them again good company

Do not have vinyl siding installed by this company. It would take too much space to tell all the problems we have had just getting some siding put on and a front door. We waited for over 2 months to have materials brought to our home and then found out some of the material was wrong. It seems to me when they place an order and it comes in to the store they would check and make sure it is all there. The two men did some work and left to go to another job and we were left waiting for the right material to come in,that took two more weeks. Then an appointment was made for us on a saturday and they called on friday to remind us and then on friday evening,get a call from the worker,different workers this time, and told me they would not be coming on Saturday because they had another job to finish up. They showed up anyway saturday morning and worked until 2pm after lunch and left. This company does not have enough workers and they are not experienced in what they are doing.Mr. Collins gave us his business card when he came out for an estimate,but he can't be reached after he gives you an estimate. I tried twice to reach him,when I left a message to call me,he called the store instead and never called me. I was told before the work was done they would come out for a walk through and see how everything was to be done with the job foreman and that never happened. This company is not concerned about the satisfaction of it's customers. I can only say I would not use this company again.

Man can't find the house number and they refuse to com e back or make a new appt! This is a $2800 job. I waited 2 weeks for this appt.

John Collins, the owner, is rude and condescending. It has been over 8 weeks and we have not received a single phone call from them. We have called multiple times to check on our windows. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend Window World. Go somewhere else.

I have paid to have Windows installed by window world early part of this year. It took 8 to 10 weeks for them to come in after being told 4 to 6. They had sent out an installer that smelt like alcohol and was very unprofessional. I did not want them near my parents home. I had called to complain several times and was given the run around. The owner Jon Collins was rude and a very unprofessional business owner. I was ready to call off the whole deal. Finally they sent out a new subcontractor Rodney. He reassured me that I would be completely satisfied upon completion of the job. There ended up being a few issues with mismeasurements but he assured me that with a few modifications and wood work they would be perfect. I was hesitant at first but with his professionalism it gave me the reassurance to let him do the job. I ended up VERY PLEASED with this installer and would reccomend Rodney to do your job. Be sure to ask for him if you choose window world.

Not good, windows were nice, but when I tried to get my small window put in after paying some down on it it been a month and still don't have it. They don't return phone calls, future orders want be using them. Not dependable

I recently contracted with Window World of Central MS to redo the windows in my home. I needed to have 10 windows replaced. The job was handled on Monday, October 15, 2018. Jason was the installer in charge of the job, working with him was Albert. The appointment had been scheduled for 9:00 AM. Jason arrived in a timely manner and introduced himself and his worker to me. He explained the process and that the job should be completed around 5:30 PM that afternoon. They went to work and were very efficient. The new windows were neatly set in place after the removal of the old ones. After completion of the task, they removed all trash. Everything looked outstanding. The windows have greatly improved the home's appearance. The job was completed at least one hour earlier than the projected time. I am satisfied with the windows and the installer.

Windows were installed and am pleased with them .. BUT the warrenty is no good ..i waited on first replacement for over 3 months ..im still waiting on replacement for a manufacturing defect..been waiting for over a year .....
