Over promise and under deliver!

BUYER BEWARE. I used Structural Solutions to do my foundation repairs after interviewing several companies and I bought the lifetime warranty feeling secure that I would be taken care of. I even asked what their rate of having to come back was and was told less than 10%. What a waste of money! I didn’t even get 1 year of stability before the foundation began to move again. They came back and sent a sub par group of workers unlike the original crew. There was no foreman supervising because his wife was pregnant and he was at the doctor with her. The crew used lifts with no pressure gauges and when they went to lift they put too much pressure and the Gordos broke and my house fell causing major damage to the back. I requested a meeting with the owner and he informed me that the contract I signed protected him. He would not fix anything! The lifetime warranty in my opinion is a scam! He has his contract worded so that in 99% of the cases the warranty is voided! Read every word of his contract! AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Crew came and started the job but ran into needing other work before it could be completed. Had to call for a month to find out what was going on to be told I'll find out and call u back. Several calls later of being told they were coming this day and that day and no one show up. Job still not completed. I would not recommend using them
