Maybe they’re faster when it’s not warranty work. I had to constantly call them for updates. Three weeks for a warranty compressor repair/replacement.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced.. the tech came out on friday, after telling him it was charged the day before, he added Freon to my unit and told me the issue was fixed,i called back 20 mins later to let them know that is was even hotter in my home and the receptionist stated i would have to call back Monday morning.. my house has been nothing less than 80 degrees the entire weekend

I couldn’t be happier! Bridges Heating and Cooling LLC installed a Lennox package unit for me in April 2019, when they were finished it looked like that unit had grown out of my house and my power bill decreased by 1/3. It was absolutely a perfect installment. The crew was super nice, very knowledgeable and normally you would have a complaint or two. I do not have one complaint, they did a fantastic job and trust me I’m OCD. If you are in their service area you should call them! Their prices are reasonable as well. I am thankful for them. I am a real customer!

If I could negative 5 stars I would!! This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The lady who answers the phone was very rude and refused to schedule an appointment stating she had to finish paperwork. My home insurance recommended the service but I immediately cancelled after my interaction with the receptionist. Take your business elsewhere!!!
