I needed a new sand filter, and had a leak in my pool. The leak in my pool was very frustrating because I could not locate the source of the leak myself and had to add water every other day. A co-worker recommended ASP Pools of Madison. I gave them a call and within hours a tech was at my place to have a look at my pool. He had to come back in a few days because I had an algae bloom in my poi I had to take care of. Once I got the pool water back clear Brian, and the owner Chad Green where onsite to install my new filter, and locate the leak in the pool. I now have a new filter, and the source of my leaks where repaired. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from ASP. They now have a loyal customer, and I highly recommended them. I needed a new pool liner along with some other work needed. I used other companies in the past but wasn't 100% satisfied so gave ASP an opportunity. Chad was very prompt in providing a quote along with a list of other services he can provide. Soon after the liner arrived Chad had it installed and it LOOKS GREAT! Since installation he has visited a few times to make sure everything is going well. In addition, he replaced my filter and salt cell. I had a couple questions along the way and he was very responsive. Chad is very professional and does excellent work. ASP did a great job with our pool replaster, skimmer repairs and pool equipment upgrade. Chad suggested and we purchased a variable speed pool motor to be more energy efficient. When we bought our house, it came with a pool that hadn't been serviced in quite a while. It needed a new liner, light, filter and pump. Chad with ASP came in, and handled every aspect of getting our pool swimmable and beautiful again. In spite of one of the rainiest stretches of summer, he removed the old liner, installed the pump and light and had the chemistry balanced and ready to go when promised. Chad Green and his team just installed an in ground pool liner at our home and the knowledge and attention to detail that they provided with their service was everything that I could have hoped for in a company. Our main reason for choosing ASP in Madison was due to their reviews, and they did not disappoint. They provided us with several different liner options and explained the benefits of each option presented. We put our order in for the liner on May 25th and the liner was completely installed by June 10th. It takes 8-10 days for the liner to come in, and then install is weather dependent. Chad even came out on Sunday to finish up everything for us. Chad is sending members of his team out for follow-up service to get our chemicals balanced and clean up our stairs throughout this coming week. I will definitely be working with Chad and his team in the future for a pool cover and highly recommend them for liner installs. Thanks for the beautiful pool ASP!

We needed our vinyl liner replaced and began our search with calls and requests for bids. Chad was very responsive and, in fact, had the lowest bid among our responses. Since we didn't know much about ASP, we asked Chad for some references of customers whose liners he had replaced. After talking to his customers we decided to go ahead and contract with Chad. He was very helpful in making recommendations re: which liner to use. Chad came out twice to ensure his measurements were correct and then we waited for the liner to be shipped. Chad's associate came by Tuesday morning to drain the pool and Chad and his associate had the new liner in by Wednesday evening!! Chad finished to job Thursday and ensured that our pool had the proper mix of chemicals to enjoy swimming for the Labor Day Weekend. Chad was a hard worker and very knowledgeable, helpful and engaging. I strongly recommend Chan and ASP for your swimming pool needs.

Chad replaced my in-ground pool liner and did a fine job. ASP was a just a bit more $ than a couple of other local places but reviews on those places were marginal whereas ASP reviews were quite positive. My biggest concern was the potential need for “follow-up” service or any subsequent problems with the work already done (and there have been no problems thus far), so I wanted to be careful who I chose. I think I’m like most folks and do not mind paying just a bit more for good service. If I do need follow-up service with ASP I’ll update this review accordingly. Based on my experience thus far with ASP I am inclined to think any follow-up review will be positive. I would recommend ASP.

Chad with ASP in Madison, Ms. has been maintaining our pool for the last year. He has rebuilt the water pump, changed the sand in the filtering system and installed an automatic timer. We have been able to reduce the time our pump runs by one-half, therefore, saving on our electrical bill. Chad is honest, professional, and dependable. We have been working with Chad about a year now. He does all the work and I enjoy my swimming pool. At one point I was trying to clean- spent more money in chemicals and my frustration level was really high. Chad cleans, adjusts chemicals, blows off the deck. He is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Chad also changed us from chlorine to salt and it is very easier on the skin and your swim wear. The odor of the chlorine is eliminated as well. We are very pleased with the service we receive.
