Our initial plan for a new home was to go with a modular home, but after a month of getting nowhere, my husband and I decided to consult with America's Home Place in Hattiesburg. We have many neighbors that have nothing but positive results from this company. From the minute I walked into the showroom, I was made to feel welcome. The progress made on the very first day exceeded my greatest expectations. Every member of the staff made a point to introduce themselves into the process of building our home whenever needed. My husband was not able to come to some of the meetings, Cody made it of utmost importance to ensure that my husband was included and updated with every detail. There were also multiple occasions where I had my 2 year old son with me and everyone was great helping entertain and occupy him! The available floor plans provide for a great beginning, but allowed me to customize the perfect layout and design for my family. Chandler's assistance while Cody was unavailable was top notch. All of the essential home details are available for viewing in the showroom while making choices regarding customization. I cannot say enough thanks to Cody, Chandler, John, Jerry and Cherie for making us feel at home and like part of the family!

He took our plans and patiently worked with us on the desgin and the end end product is absolutely awesome. After working with Cody we then began to work with Jerry Vicknair during the construction phase. Jerry is another heaven sent. My husband and I started the process in July 2016, construction began in October, and we moved in the first week of February 2017. The entire process was not stressful whatsoever, it was so easy. I cannot say enough positive things about Cody Albright. I was pregnant while building, and he drove an hour away TO OUR HOUSE more than once to keep me from traveling while on bed rest. When we went to Hattiesburg to pick out everything, Cody was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He entertained our 3 year old where my husband and I could think and look. The entire team was easy to reach and kept us updated at all times. We were told we would be in our house the first week of February, and that's exactly when we moved in. Jerry came out numerous times to check on the process and to make sure we were happy with everything. Chere was very helpful at answering and relaying questions. It wasn't just business, they made sure they were personal with my family, and they truly strived for it to be exciting and stress free for us! I made a lot of changes to the base plan, and they were all executed exactly how I wanted! Our house is great; we have had so many compliments! It's a four bedroom and three bath 2 story home called the Deaton. It's was actually there first time building that design and it's absolutely perfect. They were very patient and helpful during this process. I wanted to wait a year before a gave a review in case something happened during the warranty stage of the house, but everything went as planned. Jerry was very easy to work with as the contractor and they lived up to everything they promised and then some. I would definitely choose them again to build another house if needed.
