I regret the day in July 2018, I contacted American Ironworks, Terry, MS., requesting a wrought iron fence and security gate. I had a couple of break-ins and thought this would give me poece of mind. It was been nothing but a hastle with gate working maybe 10% of the time since I purchased. On July 26, 2018, contractor/owner?? Whatever he is, was here working on gate and I requested he orders lock for the gate. I called the main office over and over every week for 8 months before the person came back to put lock on. I was so excited that I would now feel secure. The 1st night I was boasting to a friend about the lock and he pointed out the gate stopped short of locking. I had to get out of the car, whether coming or going, to push lock in to lock it..Some security huh? That lasted about 2 days before gate just froze up. I had enough at this point and called American ironworks yesterday April 29 2019, and informed lady in office and messaged Larry to come take up this fence and gate and give me my money back in full.
