Doing a building that takes roughly 2500 blocks of which 2000 are split face. The split face simply adds a look you will not get with the common block, yet these block are much more expensive. In this case the building was going up, then a color change in the block, and the size of the block changed slightly, production was halted and tried to be resolved, results, the building was torn down to the floor since the color could not be resolved. For me paint is not an option, the whole goal was a natural look, its a garage not the dollar store. So I was told the materials would be reimbursed which so far so good, with the exceptions of the proper size and type of block I need. I called, said it would be fixed and here I am weeks later still at a stand still. The work to haul them, lay them, tear them down, haul them back to where the come from, the price of paying helpers, the price to haul new one's back, I received a nice I'm sorry for all your work. Well I'm not sorry for this review, top it all off now I have to sort through the ones with mud in them and return those. One headache after the other. I give thanks to all the middle men involved in efforts to attempt to help resolve this, I being the customer am 100% unhappy about the outcome.

I could hire labor from the farthest, most obscure towns in rural India better than your workers. Sad!
