Pecan Lakes Homeowner

I have been a homeowner in Pecan Lakes for several years. The problems with this home are unbelievable. Someone posted a review that they “stand behind their homes they build”. If that were the case then I wouldn’t have thousands and thousands of dollars invested in this home once the warranty ran out. Their 2 year warranty is a joke. Nothing fixed just lies and lies. Insulation was probably the cheapest they could find. I’m sitting in my home right now and can hear my neighbors kids three houses down. House cannot maintain temperature either because of the cheap windows installed. How this house passed inspection I will never know. I will never buy a home that was built by this firm again. I have told people to stay away from them as well. I should not have had to put upwards of 15k in this house to fix their mistakes. Should have taken them to court and may still do it. Stay away!!!! Don’t let the southern charm fool you!!!

After my parents' home of 60 years was destroyed in the tornado of January 21, 2017, I contacted one of AAA Homes' owners, David Thompson. He visited us at their homesite within 48 hours and quickly began the process of developing a plan to rebuild on their site. Once we had chosen a house plan and made the necessary revisions and customizations (this took 2 or 3 months through no fault of AAA), AAA got to work and had their home built within 6 months. My parents love their new home. AAA used their TechSmart features as well as several aging in place features to accommodate mobility issues facing many elderly homeowners. This new home serves my parents extremely well and is very energy efficient. I, myself, did not interact with Daniel very much, but I worked closely with Diane, the designer, to choose all the finishes. I had other family members who were affected by the same storm, and their rebuilding experience was not nearly as smooth as ours. I cannot say enough good things about AAA. Thank you, AAA, for all your help!

AAA did a good job building my house. I was living in another state while it was being built and the communication was great. I built a certified green house and that was a great decision. My electric bill in the middle of the summer was half what it was in my other house which was close to the same size. Also the outside noise is significantly cut down. Gary, Daniel and David were very professional and personable to work with.

I've been enjoying my new home for almost one year and couldn't be happier with the finished product. My building experience was positive and I can't say enough wonderful things about the designer, Diane, who helped me bring to life the look and finish I had in mind. Daniel was also helpful answering my questions and making sure any needed changes I came up with were handled. The button down meeting was smooth and easy and made the end of the process reassuring. I also want to emphasize how completely happy I am that I went with TechSmart. My utility bills are amazingly lower than I anticipated. Thanks, David and Gary for being so concerned about pleasing your customer, and giving me the finished product that I hoped for.
