I had Certapro paint the exterior siding of my home. They did a quality job for a fair price and it was performed as scheduled . Everyone was very nice to work with. I noticed a very small amount of over-spray on my soffit two weeks after completion and called to inquire if we could address that issue. They not only addressed the issue, they sent the owner out less than 1 hour later and he arranged to have a crew there a hour after that and repainted a large portion of my soffit. I would highly recommend this company for value and service!

I hired certapro to do some interior painting. What a horrible experience. The finished product was poor and they did not deliver on any of their "certainty promises" they advertise with their quote (clean up after each day, clean and vacuum after completion, do a final walk-through with you for approval... none of it happened). Crew leader was the only one who spoke some English, he arrived the first day with a crew for about 2 hours and wasn't planning on ever coming back until I called the next day to complain because I couldn't even communicate with the guys there about issues I was seeing. One guy was literally sitting in my basement for 3 hours "filling holes" in the hallway. That should have been a 15 minute job. Not to mention he taped around an outlet instead of removing it.... it literally must have been his first day ever painting. Then they had the gall to call me 2 days later and say "sounds like everything went great, please give us a 5 star review!" The owner finally came out out review the work, and he brought with him the crew leader who was there 10% of the time to debate me on what they did/didn't do... how unprofessional. I could hardly believe it. Save yourself the headache and go absolutely anywhere else!

We hired them to paint our exterior of our house. We chose them after 3 estimates, theirs was the lowest. The estimates were all the same. I am very picky when it comes to work being done on my house, and we could not be happier our house looks so different. We will use them and refer them in the future.
