I’ve been using Best Buy for years when buying appliances and have always been pleased with their prices and service. Today we had a pretty huge mess up when it came to our delivery. Somehow the scheduling didn’t get put together right and the appliances were not here on time. In calling to figure out what was going on I called the number that was in the email regarding my delivery and basically got the run around all day. By the fourth phone call I finally got tired of all the excuses as to why they could not help and went so far as to tell them to cancel my order and I would take my business elsewhere. My wife, upset by the fact that she wasn’t going to get her nice new appliances, instead decided to call the store manager, and was able to work out a last minute fix to get our appliances here tonight. Moral of the store: don’t bother with Best Buy customer service when you have an issue—try instead to contact the store manager. In place of excuses, we received solutions to a very frustrating problem, and I once more felt that my business was important to them. The tech that they sent out, Kyle (out of Farmington) was top notch. By far, one of the best employees that I have had visit our home from Best Buy! This guy deserves a raise. We love our new appliances!

Standard Best Buy store experience. Hard to find staff who know what things are... Thought it was strange that I had so much trouble getting someone to recognize a very standard and common storage component for which I was using the only name by which it's known. Finally I did find someone who knew what things are and, sure enough, they had it in stock! Convenient underground parking and easy access from the highway in a moderately busy area.

I was just in there this past Monday shopping for a Google pixel 3a camera otter case for my phone and also a new watch band for my Fitbit blaze. Something that I thought they would obviously have and they did not. Brought my Fitbit in because it wouldn’t charge, and the staff told me that I needed a charger to test it out. Bought a charger, brought it back, and another employee told me they don’t do any smart watch repairs (even though on their website there’s an option to repair fitbits specifically?). They were careless + seemed uninterested in assisting their customers. Both employees I had talked to were extremely disrespectful and belittling when talking to me. Never go to this location.

It's sure not the store it used to be. maybe it's this particular store. I was looking for a simple USB to micro adapter, I was told they didn't exist. Well I owned one, do the kids and pets needed replacing. I also looked online and found them. Another associate found it for me, they wanted $50 for a 3 foot cord. I had found them online for between $3 and $7 so I left remembering that I had been to that store before and was looking for a specific cord. i was shown the wrong cord but when I found the correct cord, it was way overpriced and they didn't have a less expensive version so I had left then too. The store just does not seem to be well-stocked for accessories unless it's for phones.

Bought an iPhone 8 which had 14 day return on it. I wasn't feeling Verizon's service so I switched to T-Mobile and went to take the phone back. This Bryce guy that was "in charge" told me Verizon locks the phones for 60 days and I couldn't return the device. After going back and forth for 3 hours. THREE!!! He finally returns the phone. What a joke. So you actually CAN return the phone, you're just gonna make both of us go through an ocean of frustration first before you decide "Ok I've finally upset this customer to the point that he'll never return to Best Buy, maybe I should finally do the right thing." This guy has an ego, no patience, is on a huge power trip, kept saying stuff like "The computer does what I say and I'm making the call on this one", and overall he really shouldn't be a manager of any kind. You have no idea how to lead people or keep your cool. Hurry and finish school bro and start making that dev money, cause people like you shouldn't be attempting to lead other humans. ps. the other associate was amazing. The amount of composure this girl has to be able to work for this Bryce character is impressive. You should also hurry and finish school so that you don't have to listen to pretentious individuals anymore. Be easy.

It's a nice store. I ask if there was any blacklit laptop key boards on out of box the guy said no after more shopping I went back and there was? It was an ENVY out of the box 540. So be sure you look some out of the box is online. I had to return it had one of those virus where you call and they ask for money.lol.They tryed to say it was my Google searches only had it 2/3 days never had virus in my life.Got full refund now looking at a Dell Inspiron. Refunds are fast normally back on card 24 hrs.Next stop Richfeild store.

Went in a rush to get a memory card for my camera this morning. I walked in and two gentleman in the front greeted me and asked me what can they help me with. They directed me to the section where memory cards are and said they will call someone to meet me there. I speed walked over there and one gentleman was waiting and asked me how much memory do I need and than there was this gentleman who I asked what his name was and he told me he goes by “THAT GUY” who had in his hands the memory card I needed. I swear he came out of nowhere to my rescue. And than I rushed to the check out desk and they were speedy Gonzales they were so quick. I was out in 3 min at the most. Crazy part is I happen to have a large amount of cash on me that day which I on my use cards so my chances of buying that laptop or 2 in 1 where very high but again no assistance .. I prefer the Best Buys in Charlotte they are always friendly extremely helpful and I've enjoyed shopping with for years.. Best Buy contains a very small selection of tech that is only useful for the most basic needs. The representatives failed to have knowledge on what I needed and weren’t very much help. The prices are marked up a decent amount compared to other places and the experience is just overall “meh”.

Why I come to this store: today I came in with my oldest child, all of 9, looking for a bluetooth headset as my other had died recently. Decided on a set and took it to the front. Shane was there at register. Get up to him and he after seeing what I had chosen immediately stopped me and said that I didn't want this set, the next year model were 100$ cheaper. He explained they came with the same features, the same quality, just cheaper for some reason. Went back to the aisle and sure enough the only difference between them was the color on the outside. Came back around and he had everything ready to go again like I had never left the line while he served other customers. Bonus points to Bestbuy for having a system that allows them to hold transactions. Left, satisfied and with the knowledge that not every place wants to screw you.

I went to get an online order. They had only one person working the line and he could have used maybe 2 other helpers. As I was in line for about 20 minutes, I saw a few employees going back and forth, always empty-handed and I wondered why they couldn't help out. I saw my order sitting on the side and so when my turn finally came, I was able to point it out, so it went rather quickly. The product I got, a double screen portable DVD player for our van, has been great though. So even if the service is a little scarce, the quality of products seems to be on the charts.

The store itself felt a little smaller compared to others I have been in. The customer service is pretty standard for a Best Buy with friendly employees that are at attention when needed. The reason for 4 stars is I wouldn't say there is anything about this particular Best Buy that would put it above its sister locations based on my fairly limited experience with the location. All in all they tend to prove and alright experience, though.

If you want something electronic, Best Buy probably has something close to what you want. For the luxury of being able to have it right now, you pay a good deal more than other venues. This particular Best Buy location is situated at one of the busiest intersections in Winston Salem which makes stopping by a more convoluted exercise than it needs to be. The store is well stock and employees are helpful.

Overall really enjoyed going to Best Buy it's for the most part of Amazon show floor but now that they price match with Amazon is long they had the item in stock you can take it home that day. Everyone I met here has been very friendly and helpful the only problem I would say that I have with Best Buy is they try to upsell you a lot at the register but they've never been too pushy about it you do just have to answer the questions figured out the door.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE! They sold me a useless laptop that does not work less than two months ago. I simply asked them to wipe my computer and reinstall windows. They wanted $100!!! Then I asked if I could simply swap it for the exact same computer and they said no you only get 15 days! Which was not mentioned to me when I swiped my credit card in the first place! I will never purchased from Best Buy again and I will encourage everybody I know to never purchased from Best Buy ever again as well! ESPECIALLY THIS STORE LOCATION!!

Bought a phone 2 days ago got a deal great broke today went back to today asked for help first gentalmen great service asked to get same for same price. Note I just bought this 2 days ago. And It broke. He said I have to call a manager first. 1 St person that showed was not manager was sales consultant while speaking with her she walked away and helped someone else. I waited 5 more kind asked where's the manager. 5 more mins and a geek squad advisor claiming to be a manager showed up I asked simply to buy same phone for same price and she imformed me that no she I asked for the managers information she denide my request apom walking out of store I asked the greeter she gave me the general managers information. This is not acceptable 6 yrs loyal customer first time I've ever been treated like this. Do not go to this Best buy ever again no one should ever go there

My wife ordered online for in store pickup. We went to designated area for pickup. 3 people were working the customer service counter and no one had the instore manned. The guy from geek squad came over and said let me see if i can help u. We could have literally went in the store, picked the item off the shelf , and went through checkout faster. Thus negating the entire point of having instore pickup. We also had confirmation it was ready amd waiting which it was not. So, I'll never use that option again.Bad site to store experience.

We stopped to look at TVs and were able to see the models we were interested in side by side. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly and demoed the TV's using third party clips that allowed for a much better comparison than just viewing the manufacturers canned content.

Have always enjoyed best buy and try to give them business instead of always ordering things from Amazon, but after wasting 15 minutes trying to find a qualified purchase for a price match guarantee as the lady told me to, she finally decided to tell me it couldn't be price matched anyway. I did what any good shopper would do, and ordered the exact same thing with free next day shipping for 1/2 price. I will probably be back, because like I said I do like Best Buy; however it would have been nice for her to tell me upfront the product didn't qualify for price matching.

Placed an online order for pickup, and received a message that it was ready to be picked up. Went to the store and was kept waiting for 15+ minutes while they tried to locate the item. The ultimately had to cancel my online order, go find the item, and ring me up again. I could have gone to the store and purchased the item faster than their 'convenient' pickup option. Experiences like this are why I always dread going to Best Buy and why Amazon is eating their lunch.

I was with family members and we requested assistance with the purchase of a TV. There were several employees walking around, but there were two gentlemen working on connections of TVs. We asked them if they could get someone to assist us. They immediately radioed for assistance for us and very politely stated someone was on the way. We waited about 10 minutes, still no assistance. We finally went and found someone, a cashier that was great and very informative. Within 5 minutes he'd sold us on a better model and additional accessories. Good salesmanship! However the initial waiting when the store wasn't busy initially turned me off, as I was ready to leave, the overall result was good. Just let your employees know to mingle in their departments and not stay behind their registers. Thanks.

Worst experience and I would not recommend. Brought surface studio 2 with Geek Squad. Appointment was set up was not fulfilled and no one from the geek squad in store in Winston Salem knew what happened, then referred me to corporate GS and after hour wait still had no idea, then sent me back to store GS (where I supposedly belong) who again had no cue. ask for store mgr. was told it was a Jeff Dewly and he would call back. After no return call I called back and was told there's no such person at that store and the GM is April and the GSM is Sam. No one has return my call. I reached out to corporate to try to speak with the regional mgr. and was hung up on. While I love the Surface Studio 2 , there is no support with their Geek squad to maintain such a high end computer. So I will be returning it.

Have you ever been to a Fry's electronics store on the west coast? Those are five star electronic stores! Anyways, Best Buy's prices are easy to beat if you're an online shopper. If your in the market for a TV, their open-box deals aren't that bad.

One of the few electronics stores left standing in the area, and they have managed to stay relevant and useful, even as some of the hardware inventory has been 'dumbed down'. I generally have an easy time finding help when I need it here. I also greatly enjoy the deals that can be found in the app and ordered to store. One year I saved over 100 dollars on a harmony remote and even ended up with a nicer model than I had been looking for. The deal I found had been available to the public, but unless you use the app, you wouldn't see it, so even the staff were surprised to find out it was legitimate. There was trouble getting the system to recognize it and 4 different associates assisted and in addition, a manager stepped in. They did all of that to make sure I got what I came for. You can't ask for more than that and the service has been consistent since. I great improvement in post-apocolyptic retail.

However, the system didn't allow it to be picked up for some reason....a manager needed to get involved...the transaction had to be cancelled....me product had to be picked....and then I had to ring it up again. What the heck happened to Best buy. It is now basically a window shopping store since they don't have anything that they display in stock. the items that they provide in the store are overpriced and you have to basically buy anything online. Great store! Who doesn't love the Geek Squad? We were greeted warmly at the entrance. The customer service associates were warm and kind and quiet helpful. Unfortunately although I was unable to find what I was looking for in the store which was a replacement watch band and adapter for a Samsung Gear s2 I still enjoyed myself and the wide selection that they have! They also encouraged me to explore their website because the item I was seeking was there. Overall I'd say this is a great place to shop, to explore new games, gadgets, and technology within an environment of knowledgeable staff to assist along the way.

Hired Best Buy to install a home theater system and, although it took them about a month to be able to schedule a service appointment, I was VERY pleased by the end service. Chey and George did an amazing job installing my home theater system. I was afraid Best Buy would send unskilled people to my house but these guys were really good. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and I felt like they sincerely had my best interest at heart, wanting to make sure I was satisfied with how the service turned out, giving me different options and advising me along the way. I would definitely recommend these guys and will not hesitate to hire them again for any wiring or home theater install / tune up.

Spent nearly an hour to try and do a simple exchange of a defective hard drive. No one could be bothered to grab the new hard drive even after asking several blue shirts to open the case. I get it, it's busy, but I saw several employees wondering about not helping anyone. It takes 10 seconds to open the case. It's absolutely ridiculous that I'd have to ask several times only to stand around waiting for nearly 20 minutes before I gave up and just asked for a refund. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do yourselves a favor and order on Amazon.

Nice selection of electronics. Customer service is polite and always ready to attend to your questions HOWEVER this is not always the case with this location. Came into the store 9/15 with some questions about my laptop(didn’t bring it with me) the employee told me to bring in my laptop the next day and they would take a look at it. So 9/16 I brought it with me to be looked at at Geek Squad. It was then that I was told that they worked solely on reservations only. I was not told this as this was my first time working with Geek Squad. I was told they would work on it right away. The woman from Geek Squad then told me they were all booked and the next available time would be later that evening. Never mind. I brought it in for a reason. I was not going to be wasting gas by coming back in again. I found another company who worked on it the same day. Definitely some more information would of helped me save gas and my time.

Most of the times I know more than the employee helping me. Between me and my wife we’ve bought car stereos, remote starter for my car, tv’s, several computers, 3 apple watches , I don’t know how many phones and tons of other stuff. After my experience tonight I will no longer shop at Best Buy. I bought an Item and got the warranty and when I go in to get service on that item, They ask me for my information and then tell me they can’t help me. Why sell something if you can’t honor the warranty? I should have just ordered my wife’s I watch from apple and done. No need for people to muck everything up. If you have no intentions of helping me why get all my info and then tell me “you have to go directly through apple. If you can’t help me then don’t sell it. You tend to expect a little more when you spend $400. As the consumer I want someone to take this broken Apple Watch and fix it or replace it or figure it out not “we can’t do anything”. I’m sure that this will get a reply and it will say we’re sorry but blah blah blah. Do your selves a favor and take care of the customer. If you can’t then don’t sell it. What’s your brick and mortar stores purpose? Convenience right, your prices are higher than online and the only thing you have is convenience and now you’ve lost that. I will wait patiently from now on and shop online at amazon or apple because they know how to take care of a customer. Last but not least why am I not in your system. I paid for an item I gave my info but your system lost me. Another reason why I will not return.

What can you say about the best electronics store in the US (at least in my area)? Everything is nice and, the employees are friendly and ready to help. I can't say nothing bad about Best Buy. You can fine all kinds of electronics you may need and, a good thing is that, the prices are sometimes the same as Amazon or better but without the wait for shipping. This is my favorite store ever. I recently had a remote car starter installed. I made the mistake of not having an extra key fob made before my spare fob was installed in the dash. I called Blake the installer and told him of my problem. No problem! He said. They had me come back and pulled out the key fob and they installed it again after I had to take it to the car dealer to make a copy. Such great service. Friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. As far as Best Buy locations go, this is definitely one of them. From time to time they simply have the best deals. Other times it is the selection that drives one to shop here. Employees vary wildly from extremely helpful to exceptionally apathetic. Prices can similarly be all over the map. The location is convenient enough. I despise the parking lot design and traffic. Egress is heavily dependent on which direction you want to turn on Old State St.

If you have another Best Buy near you, take your business there. I buy a lot of stuff from Best Buy but am done working with this store. The "supervisors" are either not empowered or just not willing to help to resolve customer complaints and the General Manager will never return a call or email. I ended up reaching out to the corporate office via a BBB complaint and they supposedly spoke with the store who lied to them about their response when I was in the store with a complaint. Up until this, I've always had a good experience at this store, but I will take my business to another location and once I no longer have the perks of being an Elite Plus member, I'll take my business elsewhere altogether.

Zack Collins is the Apple Master at this Best Buy and helped me buy a MacBook for school. I was debating between the 13” and 15” Pros and he asked what I’d be using it for, so I told him and he immediately gave me the specs and differences and which one might be a better fit for me. Since Apple computers are so expensive, he made sure I was getting the best deal possible and also gave some simple suggestions on how I can maximize the functionality of the computer (like opting for a $60-70 external hard drive rather than spending an extra $500 or so for only a couple hundred more built-in gigabytes) without breaking the bank. He was super detailed, super personable. I would recommend seeing him if you’re looking to buy a Mac. Much more helpful than the Apple Store was to me.

I ordered a gas dryer only because the delivery date was the quickest between Lowes and Home Depot. My delivery was cancelled for no reason and pushed back a week. Customer service does not exist at Worst Buy because it will be the worst buying experience. I started a chat with the order dept, was transferred 3 times to someone that basically just gave me the middle finger and said sorry about that. I was on the phone with customer service on hold for 45 minutes. No dryer for another week. The customer service Best Buy provides is to put you on hold. Amazon is eating your lunch Best Buy. Best Buy will be out of business just like Sears.

They have gotten better with customer service. I remember when their rival, Circuit City, was around and both Best Buy and Circuit City employees worked by sales commission. Then CC went away and Best Buy employees no longer worked for commission. There was an undeniable drop in customer service help on the sales floor. Employees would literally be in huddles talking and absolutely ignore you or play busy, then act inconvenienced and annoyed when you stopped them to ask for help. It is still like that in some stores from time to time. But my last experience was extremely positive. Yes, I had to ask for help. But the young man was extremely courteous and patient. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the TV I bought and the one I was replacing was actually nicer. But they were very kind about the return and gave me no problems as they also once had done. So, good job Best Buy. I've started back shopping there.

Big fan of Best Buy, been that way for years. I consume all the latest and greatest when I can, whether I'm buying it or simply learning, so Best Buy has been a go to for me. As they go, this one has a bit of size on it, and that's nice. There's plenty of room inside on a normal day that you can easily browse in comfort. It's clean too, and it's obvious the display models and signing is looked after. Everything you'd expect from Best Buy was at hand, except one thing; Best Buy. If I wanted to go into a store without staff members to help me, I'd go to Walmart. When I go into Best Buy what I want to see is people in blue shirts ready to answer my questions and sell me the next best thing, but that isn't my experience here. You have a giant store full of stuff that half the population doesn't understand, and thusly is intimidated by, if you want to push sales and get that 5 stars, the next time I go into a Best Buy I want to see availability, or some technical process by which someone like my mother can be added to an electronic list of people who are in-store and have questions. Verizon does it this way and it's very effective. That said, because Best Buy is what they are, have what they have and do what they do, I'll continue to get gadgets, tech and games from there. Let's walk into the future together though, and bring your stores into the now.

This store is neatly organized and has plenty of workers around to help. The company has a price match policy.. surprisingly, almost every major purchase I've made was already cheapest at best buy, but it has come in handy with the additional purchases I make with it. Perhaps the only negative is that the check out process is involved and lines can therefore get quite long. I definitely recommend buying online and picking up in store (be sure to bring your driver's license, they're pretty strict there about that and I've seen a couple people get really upset, I personally like the security).

I tend a lot of midnight releases and events and the staff here is always friendly and are always willing to help, they always find an answer to your problem or question. DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM Best Buy/Pacific Home!! Delivery of the Fridge is outsourced to another company and they were awful. They damaged the new appliance and put holes in my walls during the install. When I asked them to put my old appliance back since they damaged the new one, the delivery drivers left my fridge in the middle of my living room and walked out. SERVICE is important and their was NONE! Now having to deal with Best Buy to file an insurance claim. I true nightmare.

Small-minded, short-sighted customer service. I see BestBuy going the way of Sears. They will not be able to compete with Amazon and Walmart much longer if they don't update their policies on customer service. I purchased an Oculus Quest online and never even opened the shipping box because I was trying to decide wether to go with the Rift S instead. Well, I took 17 days to decide and apparently that is outside their 15 day return policy. In spite of the fact that they had my purchase record in their system and the Oculus was still sealed inside the sealed shipping box, they refused to give me my money back?!?!? I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at BestBuy, and they are so ignorant to customer service that they are willing to let me walk out the door for the last time over the fact that I had no idea that any large company would have a 15 day return policy and that I missed it by two days. The manager did finally give me a store credit so, sure, they will get one last purchase from me for $400, but that is the end. I absolutely can not understand how he figured that was a win for anyone. He would have easily gotten his $400 ten times over in the coming months. Sure, the outcome would be the same. I would have used the $400 anyway, but there is a principal here. They don't trust their ability to get me back in the store so they lock me into spending the store credit there. That kind of short-sighted lack of confidence and respect usually precedes the demise. R.I.P. Best Buy! The only reason that I purchased it from BestBuy in the first place is that I don't like all of my disposable income to go to Amazon (who has the best customer service), so I usually check Walmart, BestBuy, and a couple other websites before I buy from Amazon. Well, BestBuy just dropped off my list. I know that my few thousands of dollars is nothing to a company like BestBuy, but it seems that they have a systemic problem here that will be reflected in their overall success (or failure) Come on BestBuy. We all have a lot of options. Making the customer happy needs to be part of your strategy (15 days? Seriously?)

Their warranty policy is the absolute worst. Bought a TV and purchased the extended warranty based solely on a recommendation of the salesman. He gave me scenarios of how it would be covered. Well, the TV dropped during installation (one of these scenarios salesman said EXACTLY!) and impacted the screen. Went to take it back and they would have nothing to do with it. They wouldn't offer to do a single thing. I am NEVER BUYING from Best Buy again. The fact that they wouldn't believe my situation is calling me a liar AND the manager got the original salesman on the phone and he denied the whole conversation.

Horrible Pacific Kitchen Experience - I ordered a full Thermador kitchen appliance package. When you do this, you get a $1,400 Thermador dishwasher for "free". However, what Pacific Kitchen Eden Prairie did was give me a Thermador Dishwasher Floor model, which I said was okay, but they didn't tell me it was 23" width (my kitchen space is for a 24" width). So there are now 1/2 to 3/4 inch spaces on either side of my dishwasher. They also didn't level it when they attached it to the underside of my granite counters, so every time I open it the racks fall out. There's nothing wrong with the dishwasher though, so they refuse to swap out for the proper size replacement, and said I should have noticed it at the time of the install. Well, I had five appliances going into my kitchen at the same time! Now come on, Best Buy, I am one of your best customers!!! Expected better treatment and follow up. : (

Would not recommend for media purchases besides new releases. You're probably better off not going into the store at all. Just order online (although you might be better off using other online retailers). I ordered 3 items in one transaction, one of which was sent to me and the other 2 inexplicably had to be picked up in-store. Also, do your own research and don't necessarily trust the sales associates. PS4 most definitely does not play 4k discs and Blu-Rays are not included with 4k disc sets. Customer service was helpful.

Only giving 4 stars due to some of their pricing. Staff is always very friendly, visible, and knowledgeable. I know Best Buy takes their training seriously, and knows their staff is a reflection of the company, which I recognize and appreciate. Have always gotten lots of good advice and pointed in the appropriate direction when looking for something. I just wish their prices on certain items were a little more competitive. The exception, in my opinion, is the computers, both in price and selection. I have always purchased my laptops, and desktops from here. Good tech support, and warranties. Parts, components, and hardware can be found cheaper elsewhere, but for the whole computer, I have always gone to Best Buy and had good results. Happy hunting!

I wanted to learn about AV receivers and hopefully find a good deal on one. The guy helping me tried really hard to answer my questions, asking a manager and the geek squad people, etc. In the end he pulled out his phone and tried to Google the answer for me. After 15 or 20 minutes I pulled out my own phone and found my answer in 3 minutes. And no, they didn't have a great selection, or a great deal. Unfortunately this is my experience every time. Under trained, non technical staff who are supposed to be selling technical products. I miss local electronics stores where you could go and learn about products, then get a good deal on one.

Consumer electronics store with a friendly staff, a decent selection, and okay prices. The staff here is super helpful. They've always seemed honest, unbiased, and reasonably knowledgeable. I've had great experiences here with asking questions and getting the help I needed. While I don't think their prices are great, I have bought things here for great prices when they have holiday sales.

I found a laptop for sale and it was close to what I was looking for. Price advertised was great. But I could not find it when I went there. I asked a sales rep who told me that it was not going to be displayed. I would have to buy it "in the box" only. I said I was planning to buy and was comparing it with one at Staples. All he said was, "sorry". I have no desire to buy from any store so nonchalant.

Located beside Barnes and Noble off close to the mall, it's a large building with electronics of all kinds. The parking lot could use some help, hard to get in there sometimes and there is a side entrance that isn't clear where it goes to. The staff is fairly friendly most of the time but a bit pushy trying to sell at times. Others have no clue how to answer specific questions. Often pretty high on their merchandise and some products they demand gold prices on make them not competitive, for example, my wife and we're looking for a duel camera for our van, the guy was trying to sell us a 200.00 one witb a screen that was like an inch by inch lol. We previously bought one for 45 with a 4 inch screen but the SD slot was broken even new. We left and shopped elsewhere.

Tonight for the first time my visit to BestBuy was really bad. I found out that a cyberpower gaming computer that I bought from them back in February that they are unable to do warranty service on it. The guy with geek squad said that cyberpower won't let them do that. It was going to cost me $84 plus parts and labor for them to ship it to cyberpower for a warranty service. Why the heck is Best buy selling computers that they cannot service do their service department. The salesman never told me about this. Buyer beware cyberpower being bought through Best buy. after all that was the whole reason why I bought it from a reseller so I didn't have to deal with the hassle I'm dealing with the manufacturer.
