My overall experience with American Eagle Plumbing is great. I called in the morning and described the issue, the lady who answered the call was fully on board and understood what I need. She found an open schedule in the same day and follow up with me when the tech (Josiah) was running late from previous service call. Josiah also has professional attitude and honesty. He explained the issue and give me the options (fix or replace) for the issue. While the option will cost me $300.00+ or $1,500.00+ and it was top decision for me as I don’t want to pay for $300.00 and end up not fixing the issue, then have to pay another $1,500.00 on the top of it. But Josiah was able to tell me that I can going with fix option first, as long as I let him do the job for replace option if needed, he will not charge the time that he has to spend to try to fix the issue. At the end, he fixed the issue. I am all happy and will recommend this company for other people.

We had a very poor experience with American Eagle Plumbing. We had a leaky faucet at my Grandma's place, and all the local plumbers were busy.. so she called AEP. Quick service, they got there quickly and were gone just as fast (before I got home from work). They added two shutoff valves, replaced the faucet, and cut an access panel behind the faucet as well. Every plumber I've talked to since this work was done gave me a ballpark estimate of $350-$550 for two hours of work and the various parts. American Eagle Plumbing charged my 87 year old Grandmother $1854. Sure, there's an upfront price estimate. She's 87, far too nice for her own good, and agrees to anything when she doesn't hear what was said. I called and asked for an explanation of these inflated charges, and got nowhere. An hour later they called back and offered a 10% senior discount (why not offer that when you do the job?), or a full refund if they come cap the pipes and take out the faucet. I accepted neither, thinking I had some other recourse. Now that my blood isn't boiling because someone CLEARLY took advantage of a little old lady that lives alone, I'll tell of this experience as many times as it takes to save other people from being taken advantage of. I talked to a few other people who used AEP, and they had a great experience. even if the prices were a bit high. Nothing like what happened to my Grandma though. Buyer beware.

I own a number of properties and have used many different plumbing companies. Every one has let me down except American Eagle. We have water main issues and called for an estimate. There was an $80 charge just for a rough inflated estimate of repairs and the person was very persistent on getting my husband to agree to the terms on the spot without a second opinion or consulting me before committing to the work contract. Apparently the wife shouldn't have any say in the matters... We also asked what it would cost to switch to our new sump pump, which is more than a pain then being complicated to install, and he suggested $400 on a whim. They normally charge folks $2500 for the task. The equipment was around $600 (mid range equipment) and he offered to replace for $400. How many folks are getting over charged? Given their great reviews, we were sorely disappointed and won't be hiring them for our repairs

AE Plumbing is outstanding! Jon, Josiah, and company have performed a few jobs for us, and we’ve always been impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, promptness, and upfront, honest pricing. Most recently, they installed a water heater; several months after install, the electronic valve started to malfunction. Jon quickly ordered a new part under warranty, and when he discovered it was the wrong part, he made two hour-long trips to the warehouse on a Friday evening so we could have hot water. I can’t imagine better service than that! Highly recommended.

Their pricing is steep. If you are in a hurry and can't wait give them a call. Otherwise, just their LABOR to install a water heater ran us $2,009. Unfortunately I wasn't at home to field the site visit.

I have had American Eagle Plumbing come out multiple times these past few weeks due to separate issues. First, my water was not coming out and Josiah came to check it out. Then maybe two weeks after, I was having venting issues where my furnace and water heater were causing a back draft of exhaust to come back until my room instead of out my chimney. Jon ended up coming out and helped me figured out what I needed to do and work through financing. He grouped our work with another company, then Josiah and the team came and replaced my venting, water heater with a power vent, and new furnace!! Nothing but great experiences over the many visits from Jon, Josiah and the rest of the guys at American Eagle Plumbing to our new home. Always straight forward with pricing and options on their services and never pushy. When we had a shower leak into our kitchen that wasn't a plumbing issue they didn't charge a service fee and referred us to a water mitigation company that took care of the water and the restoration. During the 2 month restoration period, Jon called multiple times to ensure we were taken care of by the mitigation company. American Eagle were also there to help reinstall the kitchen appliances and bathroom toilet/sink. Thankful for the diamond club membership saving us alot of money with all the plumbing needs in our new home. Very happy with the quality of their work. They get it right the first time!

I met Jon with American Eagle Plumbing about 4 years ago. My first service call was to try and get a diamond earring that fell into my bathroom sink drain. I had a wonderful experience that day, including that he found my earring!! Since then, Jon has installed a new water softener, outdoor faucets, bathroom fixtures, and today's call was for a leaky kitchen faucet. We determined it would be an ongoing issue and would be best to install a new faucet. He had a number of options, all right on the truck so that the project could be completed today. As he works, he also keeps an eye out for other potential repairs that are needed, which I really appreciate. Plumbing is not an area that you want to have unresolved issues, so I think it is great that he keeps the homeowner informed. I would definitely recommend American Eagle Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!!

The service was great! There was a practice that i wasnt particularly comfortable with and it wasnt clear upfront. Ameeican eaglle charged me a fee for 80 bucks just fir coming out. This fee is usually implemented if you do not purchase either product or service. I was unpleasantly surprised that this fee was added regaedless of me spending $535 with them.

Came back a week later to finish the job, and moved the stove, re-install, added in anti-tip, etc with Nick. They were both so nice, and friendly. :) They were also able to just do a quick look-over job on my brother-in-laws work on reconnecting the dryer to the gas, just to see if it would leak or not. Called them on a Friday night because my laundry tub was backed up .Jon arrived working the hour and quickly reviewed the issue and provided options . The tub and plumbing we're original from 1956 and could be easily fixed. He recommended that we replace the laundry tub .( It was concrete). We agreed and Monday morning he arrived and did all of the work .We now have a laundry tub attached to the wall and gained some space in the basement . The work quality was outstanding and the service from the first call on Friday until the installation Monday was outstanding. I would give them a 10 I could . I highly recommend them.

Service call by Jon Scheumann. This was the worst service I have received in a very long time, and likely fraudulent business practices. I had a dripping main valve. Jon claimed that this necessitated replacing three valves. He also "found" a leaking gas cap and smaller other missing cap on my water heater. Total cost for fixing two items would be approximately $1800. Unless I replaced the water heater, which he very strongly recommended based on its age, and which would add another $2500. I got a second opinion from a reputable plumbing company. They tightened a screw on my main, which fixed the leak for now. Granted they warned that in a year or two I probably need to replace ONE valve, which will cost me approximately $650. Second plumber inspected and did not find any problem with my water heater and did not recommend replacing it despite my worry that there is a gas leak. Second plumber ended up fixing issue without charging as it was "so simple," while I paid a full service charge to American Eagle Plumbing for their fraudulent advice. Beware!

On every every visit Josiah arrived in a timely fashion and was always sure to leave my home as clean as when he arrived. One of my water heaters had an issue with a valve from the manufacturer - American Eagle promptly diagnosed the issue and replaced the part for no charge. Jon came to our house on a holiday weekend to reinstall our kitchen sink, garbage disposal and hook up our dishwasher when no one else did. He did a great job, his workmanship was excellent and he thourouly explained everything to us. He used good materials and fixed everything to code. He was respectful, trustworthy and cleaned up after himself. His price was a little expensive but it was a holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend this company.

I was totally satisfied with the work done today by American Eagle Plumbing. When I contacted them yesterday to set up a time for a technician to do the work, I was told that someone could be out the next morning to take care of my problem. The technician called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived promptly I explained my plumbing problem. He explained some options and pricing for the fix. We agreed to the fix and the water leak I had was quickly repaired. The technician was customer friendly, explained in detail the repair work, the cost, was efficient, and cleaned up the work area upon completion. Overall experience was very good, and I would use them again.

Prompt, professional, friendly and informed. Sent a picture of the plumber before he arrived, and he was able to come out the same day. We encountered complications with the water main, and the plumber was able to call in assistance to freeze the necessary pipe and do the replacement, all in one session.
