Jim came out to look at the house in the afternoon and by the evening I had a very detailed quote. Very professional and courteous. William power washed the siding just a day after I had removed the required brush and the house was painted just a few days later! The house looks great! Both Jim and William were very good at communicating and working with me on timing and orchastrating the job. I would recommend them.

Bardhi and Luci are craftsmen! Their work is so perfect. They were fast, considerate, and neat. When we asked for some touch ups they went above and beyond our expectations. NEVER AGAIN!!! This company came highly recommended by my coworkers. They all stated what a fantastic job they did, so my husband and I hired them. Matt originally came to the house and was fantastic. We explained what we wanted done and asked a lot of questions. We decided to do our project in phases - thank GOD we decided to go that way with what transpired once the painter arrived at our home. Apparently they sent out a painter that "came highly recommended to them" however I am not sure how they possibly checked his quality of work prior to hiring him. I had wall paint on my ceiling, I had uneven lines in my ceiling, I had trim that was not painted, trim that had drip marks of paint, doors that had drip marks of paint (which still do after trying to fix it) and I have a ceiling full of roller lines (there were NO roller lines previously). Upon the supposedly "completion" of the project the owner of the company came out and said he would fix things, but did say I had a "magnifying glass on the ceiling" and I was "being to picky" - seriously?! They sent the same painter out to supposedly repair the terrible job he originally did - at which point, my husband called the company and said I don't want him messing up any more. I have heard every excuse in the book as to why the quality of the paint job was so poor - from you insisted on a certain type of paint, to I'm being to picky, to the painter needs to learn how to paint a job correctly. I was also told, "well, on phase 2 we will send out a better crew". They did offer a slight refund - which is not needed, what is needed is for the job to be done correctly. They did send out "the fixer" in to fix most of the issues, however the ceiling remains a wreck as they have stated "I'm not spending any more money on your ceiling". Unless you ask which crew is doing the work, and ask to see a previously completed project in person to make sure they paint to how you want it, I would NOT recommend CertaPro.

Dan did an excellent job getting all the rooms painted. I especially liked how quickly I could get into the schedule. I thought it was also a very fair price considering how much painting needed to be done.

I highly recommend CertaPro Painters. My neighbor had her house painted last year and recommended CertaPro to us. Glad she did, Jim (the owner) came out with his sales manager to give us an estimate. I was very happy with the detail in the estimate and felt comfortable through the entire process. Karen in the office kept me informed along the way and Edgar and Gustavo did an awesome job on the house. The place looks brand new. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

From the start, I was impressed by CertaPro! Matt, our salesperson, came out to the house, took his shoes off [big deal for me :)] and was so personable and kind, despite my rapid fire of questions and concerns. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I got a call a few days before the job was to start and like clock work, my two painters arrived Monday morning and those same two painters were there every day at the same time. It was very important for me to have that type of experience, the difference with CertaPro is that they told me that would be the case and IT ACTUALLY WAS THE CASE! After they finished, Matt came for the walk through and made sure that not only I was happy, but made sure it was perfect. I could not be happier with the results and of course because it was such a great experience, we used them to stain our deck as well a few weeks later! I could not rave enough about our experience- thanks again Matt, Jim and Karen!

CertaPro of Plymouth was hired to paint the interior of my Dutch colonial. During the course of the job, their contracted painters ruined the finish on my living room hardwood floors, painted over chipping, cracking paint without sanding, painted over brass hardware on doors, painted on lighting fixtures, and didn't fully cover what they were contracted to cover with a full coat of paint (there are several stairs, spindles, shelves, walls, and moldings where you can still see old paint). CertaPro sent the painters out a second time to fix the issues we had and the entire time CertaPro and the painters denied wrongdoing and accused me of lying. They fixed *some* of the issues. But, to top it all off, the painters stole the left over wall paint from my home that I had already paid for. Do not hire CertaPro of Plymouth. We've already spent $100 on extra supplies and Labor Day weekend working on a project they should have finished two weeks ago.

We had Adi come out and paint our front room and stairwell. He also took out the old display shelf. His drywall skills were amazing! You couldn't see any seams when it was finished. He was also very easy to work with and even worked around our kids' nap times.

I consider myself lucky to have chosen Certapro Plymouth to do my exterior house painting. From beginning to end, the team handling my project treated me with utter respect and consideration for my needs. First there was Brad, who got the ball rolling by getting in touch with me almost immediately after I sent a request for a proposal, then submitting a more-than-fair proposal, (which ended up being the lowest of all the proposals I received), and keeping in touch with me after that - all through the negotiations process The quote Brad gave me was so honest, he actually provided a cushion of what the carpentry could end up costing (it actually ended up being less). **How is that for ethical?**The next phase was taken by Karen, who made working within my schedule a priority and even calling me when a better start date (more convenient to me) became available. Then Dan came to examine the carpentry and painting he would be completing. One of the first things he showed me was how all of the woodwork I expected to be needed was actually not needed and he could provide less expensive fixes instead. **What a breath of fresh air**. I told him my budget and he agreed to work within it, even though I knew it would be tough to do. When the first color I chose went on the siding, it looked terrible! I asked Dan about doing a different color and, even though it meant more work, he was absolutely agreeable to it. Dan ended up choosing the siding color and I am so glad I had his expert eye because the color is great. And wouldn't you know it? The same thing happened with my shutter color. So, I have Dan to thank for his color expertise, as well as his patience for the multiple trips to the paint store. During the end of the project, Karen came by and introduced herself. So small town- a lost art. Finally, I also have to thank the final person who guided me through this adventure, Laura. Laura made sure to call and follow-up quickly to make sure I did not have any lingering issues or concerns and that I was satisfied with the project in its entirety. The only thing I would make sure of is that you do allow a bit (mine was not much) for extra materials they cannot tell ahead of time will be needed. For me, it was just some woodwork and extra paint. Completely fair. AND, when I asked Laura if I could have the receipts for that extra charge, she got them to me right away. Way to go, Certapro team! Certapro is not just wonderful for exceeding my expectations on being professional, but also in their kind and personal touch. I felt as if they were all taking my hand and guiding me through each step. You should get multiple proposals, just so you see how fair they actually are. After that, trust me, you will know you made the best choice by hiring them. I never met Jim, but I want to thank him as well for providing such a 5-star team. Last week CertaPro did a fantastic job repainting all the trim and garage doors on our Westland MI house. We also need a lot of carpentry work to replace damaged and rotted trim and deck boards. CP assigned William to the job and I can't praise him enough. He is so thorough and detailed and did a better job than we even hoped for. His assistant Mike also did a great job on the painting while William replaced wood trim that reached as much as 30 feet high. William went the extra mile when he put braces at the base of all the posts of our raised deck. They don't wiggle anymore. The initial estimation, the power washing of the entire house, the replacement and painting of trim and the rejuvenation of our deck all went smooth and we highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Plymouth.
