New means New! Not necessarily good. Not necessarily improved. Prompt truck loading dryvan. However; Second time here. 1st time, once I was loaded the dock lock would not release. +1/2 hour wasted. 2nd time, it is raining, their "new" docks are electrically short circuited, so I am sitting outside waiting for repairs or a redirect.

Delivered here.Nice people polite and friendly.Its a fcfs facility gotta have ppe amd stay inside while being unloaded.But it's pretty fast I had one guy in front of me and was still unloaded in under an hour.
