The guys at Roof Hub did such great job, and we are very happy that we decided to go with them. We had done our due diligence, and ultimately picked Roof Hub because of the customer service. Taylor and Conner were so helpful and transparent. My wife and I are both architects, so of course were concerned about every little detail, plus we have scene our fair share of bad contractors. Conner went through every step of the process, and answered all of our questions. He even took the time to pick-up some actual samples and bring them to the house, so that we could be sure we picked the right color. The team was on time, and cleaned the entire yard top-bottom. In the end, Roof Hub did not disappoint or under-deliver. After about 2 months, no leaks and great curb appeal. Highly recommend.

I have to say, I’m very please with the work that the employees of this company has done on my family’s house. After finishing the work the workers check the premises for loose nails, cleaned up all their mess and hosed down the driveway and sidewalk. The owner Taylor has an wonderful personality, very professional, respectful, and polite. He will try his best to accommodate you and guide you in th right direction in achieving your goals. The crew at Roof Hub not only did a great job completely replacing my roof, but were very professional and able to detail the entire process and what it would entail during a free consultation (where they surveyed my property/roof) and actually sat down with my husband and me to answer all questions. I couldn't believe they were able to replace the entire roof AND install new gutters in just one day. Very respectful of the homeowner and their time (by showing up when they said they would, and being complete when they said they would) and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.

Can't rave enough about this company, would recommend to anyone. If you were like me researching every company in the Boston area... stop your search, trust me I did the leg work already and the outcome was absolutely ideal. Just go with Roof Hub and make your life easy. I've worked professionally in many building trades and come from a long line of contractors and the work stands up to the best. They literally installed my roof in one day including a full gutter system, and they didn't cut any corners. They swept a magnet up the street and along my neighbors yards to make sure no nails were left behind.

Roof Hub installed my new roof last week and the owner, Taylor Ferguson was reliable, attentive, and all around excellent. (Reliable and follow through are soooo important to me). The job was done quickly and cleanly (and they even raked my leaves in my flower beds as an extra clean up precaution). They left my yard cleaner than it had been before they got there! I think Roof Hub's strength is it's customer service. He sent a quote via email at record speed (they do it by satellite!), and sent videos of the product and the process ahead of time! He was even forgiving when I admitted I hadn't watched the videos by the time he came to my house, so he sat and walked me through exactly the materials they were going to use (more complicated than one might think), helped me pick a color (no small feat), and was very friendly and patient with my laymen's knowledge of roofing. Taylor is a responsible and ethical business owner and I recommend Roof Hub highly! And, his rates are extremely competitive, which doesn't hurt either! Oh, and one last thing, his workmen were wonderful too! Go Roof Hub!

I call RoofHub the good luck that helped us deal with our bad luck, They did everything they promised at the time they promised it. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The following time line explains why. On the morning of March 3rd I inspected the exterior damage to my home caused by winter storm Riley. From the interior damage I had already seen, I knew I needed a new roof. Conor from RoofHub was in the area responding to a call; he saw the damage on my house and asked if I might need some repairs. I knew that I needed a new roof so I listened to what he (and later Taylor the owner had to say). They presented their product in a very professional and knowledgeable way. I was impressed and immediately started to negotiate with them. (By the way I had recently had a new roof installed on a house I own in a different state so I knew some of the things I was looking for.) Their description of their installation process, the materials they used, and where they were used were all things I was interested in. By March 5th I contracted with them. On March 7th I was told that they were going to do the roof on my house on Monday, March 12th. Despite the impending arrival of winter storm Skylar the following day a dumpster and roofing crew arrived on March 12th. I left for work a short time later. When I returned home from work about 3:30 p.m. the end of the job was readily in sight. I learned that no contingencies which might lead to an increase in price had occurred. (These contingencies were described in the contract.) By the way my insurance company accepted their contract price without a quibble. Due to the 15 in. of snow from winter storm Skylar the dumpster could not be removed until Thursday March 15th. Now I write this recommendation based on a job well done in a very timely fashion.

During installation, we had a problem with the chimney. Taylor gave us some expert advice and resolved the issue expeditiously. Eddie also took time from his work to thoughtfully explain what he was doing and why. We didn't have to worry about any of the coordination or preparation details. I had a roof installed with Roof Hub in November 2018. The original plan was to do it in early Spring 2019. The week after I spoke with Taylor and signed the contract I went up in my attic to discover my roof was leaking. I called Tailor immediately and luckily he was able to fit me into his schedule within two weeks. I was surprised that he could do this since we had an unusually rainy Fall and I knew he probably was swamped with a backlog of work. His crew showed up as scheduled, and did a marvelous job on my roof. We only had one problem and that was due to a miscommunication. On my addition, I originally did not have any gutters and downspouts because they had been installed incorrectly by the previous owners and I had taken them down, but had asked to have them added. The crew was not aware of this, and only replaced the gutters and downspouts where they had removed them from. Not a big deal. I called Angela and Taylor and they immediately rectified the situation. They were at my house a few days later completing the work. My property was left in pristine condition. I cannot say enough about this company. Not only the quality of the work by the crew, but also the professionalism and attentiveness by Taylor and Angela. I would highly recommend this Company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

After my most recent, and first, experience with Roof Hub, I would not hire anyone else but Roof Hub to work with on my home. During a massive North Easter, they came out and assessed the damage to the roof. They were clearly competent, worked quickly, and even came out two days later to follow-up on a day that is normally one they take off. My main contact with Roof Hub was Conor. Conor not only knows roofing, but is a highly intelligent person who is a skilled communicator (he majored in journalism). He calmed me down during a stressful time and wrote a comprehensive, well-written evaluation of the issue. Conor should get promoted and a big raise!!!
