From the beginning, the middle and the end it's so surreal to know that there are still professional people out there are also personal and caring in what you want. They make you feel like your good friends with them or just family, walking you through your project step by step I was so thrown back with the thorough and detailed, I actually almost fell out of my seat when I had to sign a sheet to confirm my colors and tiles, I loved it.
