JV Mechanical has been at our home for the past few days installing mini split units in our home. I couldnt wait to write a great review for this company. Vic was great to work with from the start. He communicated well and was very timely in getting a proposal out to us. His crew was a pleasure to have at our home. They have kept us in the loop with all the work that is going on, did a walk around at the end of each day with what was completed and what they would need to do the next day. I look forward to working with JV Mech again.

I don’t live in the area but was helping an old neighbor when a pipe burst on a Sunday no less. I was so impressed with the professionalism, quick response and understanding we got from jv mechanical. We weren’t previous customers but were treated like we were. I would definitely use them again.

JV Mechanical Contractors is out of Webster Mass. My wife and I purchased a Top of the line Mitsubishi heat Pump for our home. We found his price to be very competitive but know this. Although you will save money with Vic and his crew at Jv Mechanical, Its the customer service that makes them really shine. My family is not very tech. oriented but every time we thought there was a problem , Vic and his people were there to help us. They want you as a long term customer and it shows. Be smart. Us them.

I was having issues with my ac unit and called these guys out to come diagnose. They squeezed me into the schedule and came out to check my unit. Antonio came and gave a quick diagnostic and fixed my unit within 30 minutes of getting here. I am currently typing this in an Air conditioned house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having HVAC problems

my First experience was not that bad, however my last experience was not good. People had to come out to house multiple times to remove the problem, that has now been resolved but they are trying to make me pay for 2 of the visits. The people who came out wee nice but why should I be responsible for paying when something was not resolved. I received 2 bills I payed the larger of the too and though I would be all set,now that it was resolved. This place is just out to get ur money obviously they come out and bill you and the problem isn’t fix so they come again and bill you again! I will find another company if I have a problem again I’m not paying when the job was not done the first time!

If you are in the Webster area, and need anything related to plumbing, or hot water heats etc, don't even waste your time calling anyone other than JV Mechanical. I had 2 other companies come to my house to try and diagnose why I had no water pressure. Finally I called JV and they sent out their tech Nick and he quickly diagnosed the problem. They replaced out tank and their price was better than anyone else that I had previously called. The ladies in the office (Nissa I believe) and the owner were super helpful and great to work with. Can not thank them enough!

We could not be happier with our mini splits and the decision to use JV. Vic came out and really took the time to educate us and design and plan the install. Leading up to the installation Nisa and Kathy where so helpful with assisting us with the Mass Save program and answering any questions we had. The day of installation went amazing. Once again Vic came out with his lead installer, crew and electrician and walked the install to make sure every body was on the same page. The final out come was a beautiful and carefully laid out installation. The attention to detail was very evident by the install. All of this happened just in time for a 90 degree heat wave. I highly recommend this top notch professional team. Thank you JV Mechanical!!

We have 3 Mitsubishi mini splits put in by JV Mechanical. Vic and his staff are wonderful to work with from the office staff to their installers. They did a great job in a timely manner, we are very satisfied customers. We use these units to heat and cool our home.

A special thanks to Sean and Marcus for also educating us on the high tech (but user friendly) units and their operation. We would recommend this company to family and friends- worth every penny!
