They did an amazing job and quick! They had come in and diagnosed what needed to be done and executed that plan within 2 hrs of arriving. I am 100% satisfied! Jeff M and Charlie worked super hard and efficiently! They kept me aware of everything they were doing and why they were doing it. I hopefully won’t have my basement flood again, but if I ever need them again I will call them immediately! Thanks Servpro and especially Jeff and Charlie!

The entire staff from John who was already on the scene, hard at work, well past regular business hours, when we rushed back from vacation ( to a major flood from our upstairs toilet ) to the rest of the clean up crew (Chelsea, Jeff, Mark and Tony)have all worked incredibly hard and been extremely understanding and caring with all of our personal belongings. Called 6 times, each time I was told they would call me right back, still have yet to get a call and it's been a week. Went to Servpro hunt valley and got immediate service. Go there instead.

I have had the extreme pleasure of utilizing ServPro's services twice last year when I had flooding in my home. They were quick to respond, brought all the necessary equipment to dry out the flooded areas, removed all the wet carpeting and padding, removed wet baseboards, moved wet furniture to avoid further damage, removed wet drywall. They set up all the fans and dehumidifiers and came back to check on the status of the flooded areas on a regular basis until things were dry enough to have my contractors come in to do the repairs. They removed all area rugs and took them back to their shop to clean before returning them to me. Special thanks go out to Ted who went above and beyond to ensure my home was totally dried out and to calm my concerns. ServPro took care of all communications with the insurance adjuster which was a big relief to me.

Great company! We had a pipe burst on us with the recent freeze and flooded our basement which is particularly finished. When I called, they seemed pretty busy... I guess we weren't the only ones with the same issue. But dispite that, they were still able to get a tech out rather quickly to access the damage. They are still in the process of putting the finishing touches on the drywall that needed to be replaced, but they have been very responsive and follow up on a regular basis. Can't wait for it all to be over with, but I'm glad to have them on it!

Do NOT call this company if you need emergency service. I called them for emergency water damage services at 7:15 AM this morning and was told a dispatcher would call me shortly. When no one had called by 9:45 AM, my husband called and they said we weren't even on the list. The person who answered said she didn't know what was going on with the dispatching system but they were having problems all morning. She said we would be next on the list. By noon, we STILL had not received a call. When I called back the same person who answered at 9:45am (who claimed she was the owner) rudely told me that no one would be able to come and even tried to deny that we called in the first place. She was not apologetic at all! My husband and I own 9 rental properties and will be sure never to call this unreliable company again. When you have an emergency, you do not need customer service like this! Horrible!

These guys are the absolute worst. They charged our insurance company $3300 to haul some trash bags out of our basement, remove a few wood wall panels and set up a couple of fans. They claimed to have extracted water from the basement that had already been drained by the sump pump that we had already repaired. Don’t get ripped off by these guys - you’ll be better off buying a few box fans at Walmart and paying the neighbor kid a few bucks to help you clear out the trash.
