I recommend ServPro of Bowie 100%. I am very pleased with my recent experience with them. Ms. Soledad Bilik and her team are wonderful! After water caused damage to two levels of my home, Ms. Bilik sent a crew to inspect and treat the damaged areas. Crew leader, Abraham was excellent! He and his crew were professional and respectful. They worked fast, efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up after doing the work. Before starting, Abraham explained the work he needed to perform and patiently answered my questions. I am impressed with the technical aspects of my experience with ServPro of Bowie as well as the level of customer service provided. They were always on time for appointments and offered a lovely sense of compassion along the way. Thank you ServPro of Bowie for taking care of me and my home.

Servpro of Bowie are a A+++++ company. They are first and foremost excellent at what they do. They are compassionate and caring about the people that they serve. When Adam Bilik and Abraham Morales arrived at my home after leaving another job late at night, they were not crumbling or upset. Yet they just wanted to make sure that I was assured that they would take care of everything and that I did not have to cry any more. Adam calmed my heart and mind that my home would have all the water damage removed and told me about other services that I could access through Servpro like storage and removal of things that I didn’t want. I truly felt like they were giving the service that they would want at their own home. I immediately felt I was in the best hands and with the best company. God sent me the company with employees who have hearts that beat with compassion, care, excellent knowledge of their profession and kindness. Their customer care is phenomenal and their work ethic is over the moon. They work extremely hard everyday that they were at my home (8 days). I know I am in great hands. I tend to avoid writing reviews, but I had a standout experience with this business. Nobody WANTS to call a business like this, because that means something terrible has happened to your home. When I discovered a pipe had burst and soaked the drywall, couch, carpet, and, unfortunately, much more, I called ServPro of Bowie. All anxiety disappeared when I saw the speed and precision with which they moved to assess and start solving the related issues. They even sprayed a special substance to prevent mold growth. The workers were extremely courteous and, after speaking with the owners, all anxieties had been eased; I knew that I was being taken care of. They even helped me find the source of the leak and suggest next steps. What started with a desperate phone call for help turned into knowing that there is a company who can help without the hassle, and that feeling is priceless. 5 stars.
