Brothers did my gutters. The most Professional of any of the contractors. They did the work sooner than expected, they were extremely clean, and they quoted the same price with a better product.

I just want to highlight the great work done by the Brother's team. I had my chimney repaired by Todd Fowble and Phil Martindale. They were great masons. They went out of their way to match the bricks as best they could. They always cleaned up afterwards and informed me along the way as to what they needed to do and why. TJ Rath and Richie Garcia did a great job repairing my deck. The tree that fell on my house really chewed up my deck. They replaced the boards and went beyond what I expected them to do. They truly tried to make sure I was pleased with their work. Mike Cox and Mark Richard were exemplary in their repair of the gutters. The fallen tree had really messed up my siding and gutters and now you can't tell it was ever affected. Brothers had previously installed a new roof, siding and windows three years ago so I, of course, called them to repair the damage done. Thank you Brothers!

We were extremely pleased with Brothers Services. Their customer service was awesome and they did a tidy and expedient job replacing our roof. Joel Denning was always prompt for his meetings with us and even met with us during his “off hours” to ensure that we were completely informed with our roof selection. We felt so comfortable with Brothers because they didn’t give us an inflated price and they work it down “if we signed a contract today” like the other roofing companies who provided quotes to us. Joel made sure we got the best roof for us, not the most expensive roof he could sell us.

One star too many, they are a complete waste of your energy, don't bother calling them bc they will and can breach a contract with you without giving you notice. They wasted two months of our lives, just showed up one day with their own check saying we're not doing the job bc we gave you the wrong estimate!?? Very unprofessional, luckily we found a great roofer, who was $9,000 cheaper and they did an amazing job on our metal roof. If you want to spend more and waste your time, by all means call Brothers, bc you'll say to yourself later, "OH BROTHER WHY DID I HIRE THESE FOOLS?" Also their safety would be an issue since they lost a couple of guys in Ellicott City a few weeks ago. I couldn't live with that, DO NOT HIRE THEM

I was recently single after having been married for 20 years when the gutter from the back of my house blew off. Robert Musick from Brothers came out to give me an estimate on the cost to replace it. I am sure with his experience he could easily have projected the cost in about 10 minutes. Instead he took careful measurements and explained everything he was doing and why. He explained options and how they would affect cost. He even discovered missing slate around the chimney on the roof and agreed to include the repair in his estimate. I had a single window that needed to be replaced. I had been trying to get an estimate for this but none of the window companies were willing to replace one window. He informed me it would probably be expensive but agreed to call the company for a ballpark figure. It was more than I could afford right now but I won't call anyone but Brothers to replace it. But, the really impressive thing about Robert Musick is that he sat down with me and explained how I should deal with contractors, what questions to ask and what to watch out for. Being single and alone for the first time in 20 years this information was incredibly helpful and I have already used it. He did not try to sell me other Brothers services and he did not hold Brothers out to be better than anyone else, just hoped I would draw that conclusion based on their work. I felt he was very honest and I completely trusted what he said. The work was excellent but I would use Brothers again based purely on my dealings with Robert Musick. In fact, I don't think I would trust anyone else. The fact that he is their employee says volumes about the quality of their company. He was neat and clean, friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable.

The pricing for our projects was very competitive and reasonable. We will definitely call Brothers for our next home remodeling project!

I have recently had our roof and siding replaced and a couple of handyman services(power wash and stain rear deck; install front porch light) performed by Brothers Services. From beginning to end, Brothers Services was extremely professional with us. They complied with their scheduling(fortunately, the weather cooperated). Each day they showed up when they said they would. At the end of each day and, at the end of the entire project, their clean-up was fantastic. Most importantly, when minor problems occurred, which they inevitably do in a project this large, they were extremely responsive and corrected the problems without hesitation. In the end, we probably paid more for their services than other contractors, but, in our opinion, the quality of the workmanship and customer service were well worth it.

They were 100% a waste of my time and broke our contract. No wholehearted apology, just some BS rubbish, but at least gave us our money back. Luckily we found a real professional to do the job who charged half of what brothers wanted after they gave us a BS quote.

We were blown away by the finished product. The whole team at Brothers was very professional and completed the project exactly on time within the original timeline. From our initial contact through to the completion of our project, Brothers Services staff acted professionally, courteously and communicated with us so we knew what work was being performed every step of the way. This was a large job: siding, doors, roof, gutters and downspouts. The installers worked hard every day and our project was finished in the time frame that was promised to us and with excellent results. The areas around our house were kept clean and safe and no flowers or bushes were damaged. Most importantly, they took the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Brothers Services lived up to my expectations and their reputation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking into a remodeling project. We were most satisfied with the quality of the products that were installed, and the workmanship and professionalism of the installers. We don't have any additional projects planned right now. However, if something comes up we will definitely contact Brothers Services again. I would like to give several shout-outs beginning with our project manager Mike Cox who provided excellent customer service through-out all phases of our remodeling project. Also, the crew who installed our siding really did an exceptional job. I would label them more as craftsmen than installers. And finally, special thanks to Danielle Martindale who provided invaluable support by providing us with the location of homes where Brothers previously performed remodeling work, so we could view beforehand the similar products and colors that we selected for our home.

Brothers previously installed all of our windows. We were very pleased with the quality of their work, and of their workers. So when it came time to get a new roof on our 36 year old house, we called Brothers back since we had confidence they could do the job right. Replacing our roof was not a simple job. Brothers removed two layers of shingles, vented bath exhaust through the roof, replaced 14 sheets of plywood, and even inserted insulation batting in the attic to keep blown insulation from covering the overhangs. Beyond the quality of their work (which we now come to expect from Brothers), we were most impressed by five other areas: 1) Prior to doing the roof they discussed the options and cost with us, and there were no surprise costs at the end. 2) The project manager (Brandon) oversaw the entire project and was very pleasant to work with. 3) They came prepared and finished the project in one day. 4) Brothers actually corrected things that were not done properly by our builder and previous construction companies. 5) And finally, after two layers of shingles and all of that work, everything was cleaned up and the yard and landscaping were spotless – they did not leave anything behind but a beautiful roof. It is because of their quality of work, and the quality of their workers, that we have confidence that Brothers will do the job right.

Brothers services reached out to us and fixed our roof problems. We are happy with their service! Would not recommend. Brothers Services was the subcontractor that put the brand new roof on our brand new home. The roof will be 3 years old this month and is leaking. When I called them to see if they would fix it they said the work is only guaranteed for a year but they would be happy to charge me to fix the roof that is leaking they installed poorly. I would expect a brand new roof, on a brand new home, with architectural shingles and it sits in a field with zero tree issues to last longer than 3 years before it starts leaking

Drivers of vehicles have no regard for the safety of the public, driving with bright lights on and will not click them off. Managers will not contact citizens when the call and complain! How do you think they will handle your complaints when you have a worker messing up your home.

I have had Brothers replace my roof (Doug Meckley),repair my garage ceiling, replace sliders with French Doors and they are now renovating my kitchen. Dustin and his helpers have been prompt, courteous, dependable, reliable and they do excellent work. Brothers cleans up before they leave so I don't feel like I am living in a construction zone. I can't wait to see my new kitchen when it is finished. Kudos to Kitchen Sales Mgr. Travis Kopp and Design Associate Helene Newman for designing my space and helping me pick the countertop and backsplash.

Rip off Alert- READ your contract and shop around Needed a new roof and Brothers did the roof before about 20+ years ago when they were still only focused on roofing and not the whole 9 yards. Called Brothers for the first quote, the commissioned sales rep tried to scare us into replacing not only the roof but also all the boards/sheathing - over $40k!. Heard everything from the plywood was delaminating to there wasn’t enough ventilation. Ironically, as mentioned it was Brothers who did the roof last time so that should have been the first clue. If this was true they didn't do it right in the first place. We are also very concerned with the driveway being damaged as well- as that was recently redone and the sales rep insisted that if they damage the driveway they would fix it. We were dumb and wound up signing the contract anyway for just shingle replacement but then had second thoughts the next day. Upon further inspection of the contract, there were several very fishy parts that were not mentioned during contract signing. First, it flat out says that they are not responsible for driveway damage, though we verbally asked many times and assured they would cover it. The rep conveniently skipped over that part. We had four other roofing specialty contractors look at the house, not prepping any of them of what the others had said. ALL of them said the plywood was fine and there was more than enough ventilation. Further- every other contractor simply submitted their proposals via email for us to review on our own terms, then resubmit once we found errors or omissions. Brothers also never provided any itemized materials list, like the other 4 contractors provided - the rep just went through and mostly verbally explained everything. We had to press on “is this included?” such as replacement flashing, sometimes it was, sometimes it wasn’t. It wasn’t until I asked that we find out they were NOT going to replace the chimney flashing either- which is standard procedure for a full roof replacement since the original flashing would be full of holes. Third, to address the BS "not enough ventilation" issue - they were going to put in DCI Smartvents. I assumed it would be for the entire house, but it wasn't until I specifically asked that they were not going to put it over the attached 2 car garage. Then, to put it in would be an extra $1k. Other contractors would do the not-needed DCI Smartvent for $1200 for the ENTIRE HOUSE! Next - the primary owner of the house is over 65, and in this state legally has an extra two business days to rescind the contract, of course that part was never mentioned either during the live high pressure contract signing when they expect you to sign that night. I’ve worked commissioned sales before and of course you want to skip the objectionable parts and get the customer to sign to get paid. Really shady for a “Christian” based business. To top it off- they were $8k more than the next most expensive and $12k more than the cheapest for similar scope of work (no complete roofdeck replacement). We wound up cancelling the contract and going with someone else. Beware, be very aware - this experience was like going to the shady car mechanic who says everything is wrong, and says they won’t damage your car. Then the fine print says they’re not responsible for damage. Guess someone has to pay for their numerous TV ads and commissioned sales staff. You’ve been warned.

Brothers recently replaced my roof, and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations. The salesman who came to give me an estimate was the only one who brought a ladder in, climbed up in the attic, took pictures, and then showed me what he found. Surprisingly, the roof was not leaking; the problem was a deteriorating cover around one of the pipes. After careful consideration of all of my options, I chose to go with full replacement since I knew that I would be looking at that possibility in the next couple of years. Their workmanship was outstanding, the price they quoted was affordable, and everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My next project is going to be replacing my kitchen. I already know that I'll be calling on Brothers to do that for me. What an outstanding company!!

Project was supposed to be completed on August 17th and still not completed. I am waiting on parts for my shower door and have called and emailed multiple employees who say its in the mail. These people have since stopped responding to my requests to complete my job. Beware of this company as they will not finish your job and not hold up their and of the bargin.

Jason Delawder and Ben Alsop - the Project and Crew managers were great and communicated with us all the way. In another project, Harry Rowand, Brian Ritterman, and Zach Martindale were able to work with us to put in historic window trim that required creativity and thinking "outside the box." They were EXCELLENT!! What a great company - I highly recommend Brothers Services!

I thought finding a reputable roofing contractor that could simultaneously install new attic insulation, would be easy. With the roof off, what better time to blow in attic insulation than when attic access would be eased by removing some decking material? I soon found that finding reputable contractors, who could do both, wasn’t easy. Fortunately I located Brothers Services, Inc. (BSI). But I thought I (in the DC suburbs) was out of their territory (Baltimore). Sure glad I was wrong. I couldn’t be happier with the roof and attic insulation installed by BSI. From the initial estimate meeting to job completion, everything was perfect. An efficient crew, supervised by Brandon Crone, arrived early in the morning and soon had tarps surrounding the house to catch debris. After the old roofing material had been removed, the insulation crew arrived. Adam & Derek soon were blowing insulation into the attic through openings created by removing a couple of roof decking sheets. While that was happening, the supply truck arrived and off-loaded the roofing material. Once that was done, the roofing crew began installing the new roof on both the house and two garden sheds. Brandon installed new shed roof framing where it had rotted and the project continued without missing a beat. The entire job was perfectly timed and coordinated. By 4PM, everything was cleaned up (including the thousands of nails that are a natural by-product of this type of work). Other than the beautiful new roof, there was no evidence that a few hours earlier a busy group of professionals had been installing a new roof and attic insulation. Later, I became concerned about the style of ridge vent they used on my project and mentioned this, in passing, to the company. Soon, Brandon and Ben Alsop were at the house, addressing my issue. To say I’ve been impressed with BSI’s work and customer service is an understatement. Hmmm, I need a guest bath remodeled…I think I’ll give them a call. Yep, they do that too...

The service technician who came out was on our roof for almost an hour, which really impressed me. Afterward, he took my husband on the roof to show him the damaged flashing around our chimney. Brothers representatives Brandon Crone and Nathan Heavel were absolutely fantastic! Our new roof is as well. The help Nate gave me in working with the powers that be was astonishing. Thankfully we were able to work everything out. He was so easy to work with and his "follow through" was above and beyond the usual " salesman" . He was NOT a salesman to me. Thanks Nathan. Now what can I say about Brandon Crone? Wonderful ! Super! Professional! . He went out of his way to see that every little thing on our roof was done perfectly . He kept me in the loop the entire time. He was available to me the entire job and followed through immediately on everything. He was able to answer every one of my questions. If he didn't know the answer he found out immediately and let me know.. He was on the job from early to late as was his crew. . His crew was great. The clean up, not just once a day but throughout the job, was fantastic. I have never seen a cleaner job site. The men (I am sorry I don't know their names) were so quiet and courteous; It was almost as though they weren't here. They were so hardworking even in our 100 degree temperatures that week. They did not stop or take breaks. The whole crew kept right on working Thank you Brandon and thanks to your terrific crew. The new roof is great. I have received many compliments on it already. (One man was taking pictures. EEK!) I have recommenced your company to several people already and will not hesitate to continue to do so. GREAT JOB BROTHERS. Thank you, very much.

Heather M; Parkton, MD - We used Brothers to repair 3 different areas of drywall on our first floor ceiling (2 of which were sizable holes from water damage). I was very pleased with the prompt scheduling and adherence to the appointment time. Not only did Brothers do a beautiful job of seamlessly repairing the drywall, they managed to do it without getting a ton of drywall dust throughout my house! I was impressed with their meticulous cleanliness (they enclosed each area with plastic sheeting). To top it all off, they sent a supervisor after all of the work was finished to inspect it and ask me if I was satisfied. Needless to say, I was very satisfied! I found the price to be fair and will definitely use Brothers again.

This company has been nothing but top class every step of the way. Mark came out to inspect the house and gave us detailed explanations of what needed to be done. He didn't try to push anything on us, just wanted us to know what it would take to bring our roof up to their standards if they were going to have to replace it. I had several estimates on a roof replacement and thanks to their generous discounts and winter specials they came out to be the cheapest. Every single person I dealt with at Brothers made me feel like they had my best interest in mind and were there to help, not make a quick buck. They completed the job ahead of schedule, without going over the estimated price, and cleaned up beyond my belief. I have checked the yard for nails, or any scrap and have yet to find any. Jeff, the project manager who was on site, called me the next day to make sure everything was to my liking and made sure that we had his number if something came up. I would use this company again and again and again, they truly are one of the best companies around.

I was so very pleased with my new kitchen. Brothers went above the call of duty to give me everything I wanted. From the sales person, to the interior designer, the project manager, carpenters, painters, electricians, and plumber. They were professional, knowledgeable, gave me a daily update, covered my furniture and finally when the completion date couldn't be met Brothers did everything to take care of the issue so that the completion date was acceptable. When the walk through date was scheduled the project manager came back ready for any concerns or complaints I may have had, but I didn't have any. Thank you Brother Services for my beautiful kitchen, I would recommend you and have to everyone❤

We had a water stain in our shower (not related to plumbing, etc.) and called Brothers Services. Doug Meckley showed up and immediately diagnosed the problem. He clearly and completely explained what Brothers could do for us including the time line for the completion of the project. We got more than I expected included cleaning out the gutters and reinforcing them. They even removed an old satellite dish that on the roof. Doug made me feel that Brothers is completely trustworthy and reliable. We will definitely call on Brothers to replace our roof when the time comes.

We love dealing with Brothers. They remodeled our kitchen in Parkton in 2005. We were so pleased we had them remodel my in-laws kitchen in Ijamsville in 2016. Communication was fabulous-communication is key!! We are both thrilled with our new kitchens!
