Ever since I got my new furnace from Patriot Mechanical (February 2018) I have had problems with it. I was told that I was getting a Champion high efficiency furnace and was never told anything about a warranty. In August I found water leaking from my ceiling in the bathroom directly under the furnace and called Patriot to check it out..they claimed it has to do with condensation from the air conditioner collected in the drip trap of furnace and charged me for the service call. Two of my neighbors recently got new furnaces paying $1,600.00 less and receiving rebates from the government for efficiency. I looked up my paperwork and discovered that my furnace was a York furnace (poorly rated) so I called Patriot Mechanical to ask about it and the rebate and the efficiency of my furnace. The response from Tom was that York and Champion were the same he never answered about efficiency or rebate. Then a couple of weeks ago my furnace stopped running..I again called Patriot for service but they never called back so I had someone else come out and was told that the install was incorrect and that vent to trap water was incorrectly pitched causing the furnace to turn off. This most likely was the problem in the summer with the air conditioner which ruined my drywall. I feel that I was lied to and received an inferior furnace and poor workmanship on the install and that Patriot Mechanical does not stand by their work. I strongly advise you not to deal with this company.

Keith came for a routine annual service of our heating unit. He is professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. He apologized for being 10 minutes late! I highly recommend Patriot any of your mechanical needs!
