Kenneth was a very pleasant person as well as Racheal. He worked steady had my AC up an running in a short time. He even had a solution to the problem I was having. Happy I called Ward Mechanical. Hope all their employees are as nice as Kenneth

Called out company to fix an ac where the outside fan motor had gone out. They were finished in 45 minutes. They had to replace a fan capacitor. (5mfd 440/370) They sell these capacitors at retail costs of $8.50 on Amazon. but they charged me $101.00 dollars, They also charged me the 79.95 trip charge, so the cost for the capacitior didn't include labor. That was a charge for the part. A mark up of 1200%. That's wrong and when I brought it to their attention later, nothing. No response.

I've been using Ward Mechanical over 10 years in 2 different homes. Replaced the entire HVAC system in our current home. We are very happy with our purchase and the top tier professional service from Ward. From the owner on down to the service techs. They are always going above and beyond to keep us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. You can't go wrong with Ward Mechanical. They've earned a customer for life.
