We were frustrated. They're not on top of things--they'll let the water turn green and then blame it on the weather. Then they don't return calls when you have an issue. UPDATE: Since this review our pool has been immaculate and completely clear--The Pool Guy has been emailing us as to when they service the pool and they give the readings for the pool's levels for chlorine, PH, alkalinity, and salt. They've really stepped up their game and are now very professional.

These people were extremely unprofessional and unreliable on repeated occasions. I would never recommend them to anyone. Staffed by incompetent individuals who do not communicate with their customers and often fail to keep their scheduled appointments. Horrible business practice!

I just saw someone in your truck throw out in a Styrofoam cup on old Spanish Trail. Who do you think is going to pick that up after you? You might be great at your job but you have no respect for your community or your neighbors.
