UPADTE: 3-12-2019 After responding to my concerns/need for help with a water damage situation Morgan Brewer called personally to assist with estimating the work and assisting with the water damage. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Called ServPro of Alexandria because my mom has some serious water damage to her home, specifically to your floors/plywood and wall systems. Left a message on their emergency line and with no call back all day.

We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and a substantial amount of water leaked through our home. Nick and Justin showed up within two hours and got to work right away. I was pretty rattled by the whole event but the SERVPRO technicians and their customer service was calm, informative and they didn't try to talk me into or out of anything. They only wanted to help me make an informed decision and get our house dry as quickly as possible. Nick was particularly good with communication and even responded within minutes when I had questions and he was not even on site. I am very impressed with the quality of services we received from SERVPRO.

Exceeded my expectations 10/10. We had fire and water damage (fire department flooded the house to put out fire) and we called SERVPRO® of Alexandria in the middle of the night. They arrived in less than an hour and took excellent care of us, they dried out our home, cleaned up the mess and worked with my insurance company. I have had the same agent for years but never really had a claim so I was out of my comfort zone. We had never had a catastrophe like this. SERVPRO put us at ease and we got back in our home a lot faster than I thought we would. HIGHLY recommend. The workers are clean and work clean and pick up after themselves. My wife and I were treated respectfully and every questions we had was answered nicely not like we were stupid or an interruption. We felt respected. Probably the biggest surprise is that they called every morning to confirm what time they would be there. And they were on time every day. Never had that from anyone before. 5stars from us. They even called a week after to make sure the smoke smell had not returned. I hope we never have anything happen again but if it does we will not call anyone else for help.

Servpro took care of our cafeteria, employee areas and O.R.s and could not have done better and we have extremely high standards.

I had some smoke damage in a rent house and called these guys. They came out and assessed the damage and quoted me a price. I shopped around and couldn't beat the price. The work was completed a couple of days later, and the results were much better than I anticipated. The smell is gone, and my wallet is not empty. I hope I never need this type of service again, but wouldn't hesitate to use this company if I had to.

Not good. Called Morgan to see what services they could provide. Was told by Morgan they could provide any service necessary. Removal, drying, treating walls etc. Morgan also said he had a partner named Shawn that could assist with the rebuild. Shawn came out for the first evaluation of the home. Not sure if Shawn even works for Servpro. Two guys in servpro uniforms came to survey the house and took humidity readings and measured the house. They were excellent in doing their job. They were asked if they did the removal themselves there answer was yes and explained how they would do the removal. The following day Shawn sent a crew of 5 men to begin the removal of walls. When they arrived we were informed that my husband was their supervisor of what needed to be done. If i have to supervise 5 men that i don't know why do i need them to do this work. I can hire 5 men off the street that i don't know to do the job. With this being said they broke the granite counter top and tried to say it was cracked prior. They then removed all vinyl flooring throughout my home leaving the glue on the floor saying it would take a week to get the glue off and left it like that. Now we have have to hire another contractor to get the floor ready for new flooring. We were referred by someone to use Servpro cause they cleaned up and disposed of debris. These guys asked where we wanted the trash, then they made a huge pile in my yard for me to deal with. With all this being said they left more work for us to do. They came to set up equipment to dry the house out and prepare it to be sprayed for mold. Five days later after getting readings each day. How is it possible the moisture content in my wood on my floor went up from 33% to 55% after 5 days of their equipment running. When she left Friday after these readings were taken she said she would return on Saturday possibly with the van to remove equipment and begin treating the wood. Here it is Sunday at 1 pm and nobody has contacted us since Friday. I made a call to the office on Saturday and was told i would get a call back. That never happened!!! In a time of devistation this is not the time to be unprofessional!!!! We still have wet insullation behind our fireplace that nobody knew how to take off the siding from the outside and i'm guessing they don't care. If it was an option to take off the one star i would and give a zero star for our experience with this franchise of Servpro!!! That would be the office in Alexandria Louisiana. More than half the fans in my house are not even turned on. The ones that are on keep triping the breaker. They are plugging fan into fan. I was told they would bring a spider box to correct this problem and one was never brought. My husband called Morgan about the spider box and he said it was a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding i know what i was told by the girl who came to check the readings. There is nothing wrong with my hearing. I'm sure it was believed to be a misunderstanding beings the girl who is doing the readings in our house is Morgan's cousin. Not impressed at all and will never call on these people again.

We hired ServPro long distance to clean the ducts in our home in Alexandria. We had to trust that they would do their job professionally, since we were not there to supervise or check. Today, our air conditioner maintenance company called and repeatedly told me how thoroughly impressed they were with the cleaning which had been done on the ducts. I was told it it was one of the best cleaning duct jobs they had seen in their years on the job. Thanks, ServPro!
