Personally takes good workers and trains them to be great workers. He only wants the best working for him. He will tell you when your wasting your money and what the best options are. Don’t take my word for it, when he is done he takes photos to prove the quality of his work. No hiding anything! Hands down best customer service and quality! I won’t use anyone else!

I have never dealt with a professional who has fought harder for my family and I! Adam went above and beyond to make sure our insurance company covered EVERYTHING! MAPFRE insurance would not do their job, and Adam made sure to call them at least once a day and force them to do their jobs. He increased the value of our loss beyond our expectations and was so caring! He truly put our needs first and made us feel like we were his biggest priority. The crew came out and in 5 and a half hours, ripped 2 layers of destroyed shingles off, replaced with new shingles and 2 layers of water and ice shield. Not to mention got us new gutters and electrical mast. Adam was patient, lind, and explained everything so wonderfully. We could not be happier. I have never seen a prettier roof! After spending over a month meeting with contractors and getting quotes for new siding, gutters, and down spouts for my house I selected Empire to do the work. I selected Empire because the price was fair when compared with the other quotes, they were knowledgeable about the type of work, and Adam (with Empire) was the best communicator of the contractors I spoke with. The project went very smoothly despite several unusual quirks with my old colonial home. The work started on schedule and was completed at the price that we agreed upon before starting the work. I couldn’t have been happier with the project. Adam at Empire was fantastic to work with. He was great at presenting all of our options without pushing us towards any one decision, working around the unusual quirks with my house, and communicating throughout the process. I wasn't available to meet them for the inspection, Brenton handled everything and a check for my claim was waiting when I arrived later that evening! Empire's pricing was reasonable, especially compared to the other "bigger" companies. Patrick’s experience and in-depth knowledge of insurance claims helped this. Patrick helped us file and navigate through the process of filing a claim for hail damage. He worked with our insurer and helped us make a successful claim. He even got us paid out for damage to our gutters that I wasn't even know were covered. They have come back to touch up some areas after the job was completed. Patrick genuinely cared that I was fully satisfied with the work completed. I used Empire following a recommendation and I will certainly be recommending their services to others.

They did the roof, gutters (gutter guards) and downspouts on my house. The roof was done in less than a day even though there was a ton of rotted plywood underneathe. I was skeptical at first when Adam told me that my siding was not repairable and that I should file an insurance claim. It seemed on the surface to be minimal damage and not worth filing an insurance claim for, but I put my trust in him. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. Adam dealt with my insurance company every step of the way- from meeting the adjuster at my house, sending them an estimate for the full replacement, providing me with different options for the siding project and sending them a certificate of completion when it was all done. The crew was very efficient, clean and professional and Adam stopped by every day to make sure everything was installed properly and exactly how I wanted. When my Uncle needed a new roof for his house, he went to multiple Contractors to gather quotes. When he talked to Empire, they inspected his roof before offering him a quote. (Something no other Contractor even offered to do.) After their thorough, and detailed inspection, they found enough hail damage, from a recent storm, to file a claim with my Uncle's Insurance Provider. My Uncle Jim ended up spending less than $600 out of his own pocket, for a brand new roof with a 25 year warranty! ... Not sure what more you could ask for!

I called these guys to come out to my mom's house after she had been treated like **** by Feazel. Adam Ruehl came out within 24 hours for a job that was NOT an emergency and was not a total roof replacement. Almost unheard of for a repair. The previous company estimated a cost of $650 for the repair and proceeded to stand my mom up twice. Adam checked the same area and replaced a few rusted screws and took care of the gutters while he was up there. Told my mom to let him know if there are any leaks in the future. So far, so good. You know what he charged for the "repair"? $0. Thank you for not taking advantage of a 72 year old woman. Amazing, honest company and a stand up guy. (This is in NO WAY a suggestion that any work will be done for free by them. Just a damn nice experience I wanted to share.)

I live in an apartment community in Northern Ky that needed their roofs replaced because of a tornado & bad weather that came through this past spring. Empire Contractors came to replace them and have been great to deal with. They have left such a high mark in quality & professionalism I'd recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or that could benefit from any of the other services they offer. They are very helpful in communicating the process of anything you don't understand. Their warmth & authenticity of genuine concern over any problem or potential problem puts you at ease. Their daily clean up has been very impressive in leaving the property as though it had never been touched. The next day job material is always left in nice neat piles out of tenants' way with designated cones, and sometimes caution tape, signifying they're coming right back. As a tenant in an apartment community, any unnecessary construction mess long term can be a big deal. Other subcontractors have left a big mess after a work day without any clear parameters of what's not to be disturbed. It's unnecessary close proximity to any high traffic pedestrian areas can be frustrating & then embarrassing for guests to see. The mess can also present a hazard to small children that don't readily understand that items are not to be touched. Empire Contractors' consistent end day process of clean up & job material preparation for next day work load leave nothing to be concerned about in these issues. Empire Contractors' professional & consistent great attitude has really changed my perspective & attitude of what contractors really have the potential to be. My husband is in the home building construction industry, so this was very refreshing to see a company truly worth recommending to others who just aren't sure who to trust.
