This is the second time we have used CertaPro for our painting needs. The first experience was great and we figured this time it would be different because it would be different painters. We were wrong,this experience exceeded our expectations from the meeting with Luke for the estimate ( which was very reasonable) the process scheduling the painters and dealing directly with the painters was simple and easy. The crew showed up at the promised time and went about doing what they do in a professional manner. They paint job looks great. I highly recommend

Certapro painted the entire interior of an 11 year old home we purchased. Everything from baseboards to ceilings in every room. We initially chose them because of their warranty and finance option. The staff, from the scheduler to painters were great! The scheduler was very friendly and very personable! The painters were timely, efficient, did quality work, and trustworthy! The company as a whole is outstanding! We are approaching our 2 year warranty and Certapro sent me a reminder to give them a call! When I called the scheduler remembered me and carried on as if we had just spoke the day before! The painters will be returning to my home to fill cracks from settling and other minor flaws that are covered under the warranty!

After taking off work to meet person for an estimate, the person coming had the wrong time than scheduling had. There was little flexibility in rescheduling so I didn’t have to take off work again. Communication would have prevented this as my time is as important as theirs.
