We used ServPro because they were an accredited provided of our insurance company...an arranged marriage so to speak. We had water damage on the main level and finished basement, requiring remediation of drywall, insulation, hardwood floors and carpet. The crew was professional and answered all questions. Eric Rice was our tech. When the plumber came out to fix the leak, the fix didn't work. It was Eric that noticed the issue, brought it to our attention and prevented further loss and extension of the repair process. Fortunately, we got a second plumber to come out and the leak was fixed...but it was Eric that caught it.

We had a major fire that started in our garage. Serve Pro was out the next day and walked us through everything and answered all our questions over the next months. Our entire house had to be gutted due to water damage and smoke. Dan, Jay , Drew and numerous guys and girls Mary, Shawna, Fanny and Jennifer treated us and our things like family. We appreciated the care they took when handling and storing our belongings. From pack up to pack back they did an excellent job. They took some family heirlooms that day that were in danger of water damage and fix them right up. We couldn’t have asked for a better company and will always rely on Servpro for any needs that might come about.

I had extended water damage at our commercial office building after a storm tore off some of the roof. I called SERVPRO first thing on a Saturday morning and the crew was here within an hour of the call. They did an AWESOME job making it easier to handle the situation. Since then Paul has stayed in contact with us. Our little community was affected by recent flooding and he brought up a pallet of water to hand out to our patrons. Paul and SERVPRO goes over and beyond the call of duty. Even though I hope I don't ever need their services again, I would definitely use them again. We had a house fire in January 2017. I called insurance immediately and then ServPro. Within a few hours, they had the house mapped, a plan with the insurance company, and went over everything with us. They helped us with many tips on documentation, pictures, and kept us up to date on all progress. Their crew was professional, respectful and prompt. Everything they said they would do, they did. If it wasn't something on their list, they helped us get it done. Our insurance company was happy we chose them, and so are we.

WOW!! Thank you Terry & Emma for the amazing job y'all did today cleaning our air ducts! I was beyond impressed with your attention to detail and thoroughness! At one point, Emma was cleaning every single row on all the vent covers. I was shocked and thrilled! Terry had outstanding customer service skills. Eric Rice did a great job giving us a detailed quote. Paul Goode did a super job quickly responding to my call and giving us a great price! These guys came in nearly as soon as I'd called, quoted a very reasonable price, and within a matter of only a few days, despite being very busy, cleaned the mattress! It's like it never even happened! Love these guys, and would gladly recommend them and/or use them again!

My call was answered before second ring and quickly referred to Operations Manager Drew. His interview was polite, compassionate, and professional. I have long known they are the only Leavenworth company specializing in disaster restoration. Glad they do tenant disasters as well.

I had ServPro of Leavenworth County recommended by our insurance agency for a water damage claim. The water mitigation cost $3844 (after a previous contractor removed the carpet and trim) the $3844 price was just for fans, holes in sheetrock and humidifiers and the bonus we now have mold growing everywhere. I would not recommend anyone use this disaster company. I gave them a chance to rectify the situation and they stated we should have cut sheet rock off the concrete. They made all recommendations to remove trim and drill holes, had they recommended in the beginning or advised that the concrete would be an issue we would have agreed to cut it out. They said it was all clear and didn't require chemical treatments. Obviously they were wrong on multiple accounts and didn't do a thorough job. We now have mold on the base area of sheet rock and growing up to mid thigh height in all areas. I don't understand how they can collect these prices and not stand behind or guarantee their work. We will now be out thousands more in replacing sheetrock and making our home safe for our children. Another bonus, they actually offered to give me a quote for them to now remove the mold and repair the unnecessary issues caused by their incomplete work. Unbelievable.

Re: Jake Mitchell Jake and his crew did a Great! job. Due to allergies I could not be around and had to depend on family members to do the communicating, and he communicated with them well. The work they did was thorough and the area was neatly cleaned up. I was comfortable leaving them to do their job while I stayed away from the area and even the house while they did their work. They explained what they were doing and were extremely accommodating even contacting my family with updates. Jake is a personable young man.

One evening in early January my husband and I came home to water raining down on our first floor entryway, through to our basement, from a burst pipe in a second floor bathroom. The pipe burst shortly after we left for work, the water had been running all day, it was a disaster. We had 675 gallons of water run over our hardwood floor and it was soaked through, not to mention our ceiling, walls and carpet. After shutting off the water and getting buckets and bowls, we called Servpro of Leavenworth who immediately came to our house to help us start cleaning up. Rick stayed with us until we had swabbed up as much water as we could. The following morning he returned with his compassionate and professional team to setup their machines and begin the process of drying out our house. The team checked on the progress of our house daily, and after five days of drying, they saved our hardwood floors, our carpet and sub-flooring, and the majority of our walls and woodwork. We didn't impede their work by stopping them from doing what they knew needed to be done. We allowed them to do what was required to dry out our house properly, with excellence, including removing Sheetrock, drilling holes and removing trim boards. Because we didn't stand in their way, we had no mold and no recurring/lingering issues. Without Rick and his thorough experienced team, our disaster would have been much worse. Because of their compassion and professionalism, I felt assured that my home was in hands I could trust. I called ServePro last Wednesday at 7:50 am for water damage from my ice maker & they were at my house by 9:15. Erick was calm, professional & so knowledgeable. He explained the reasons for everything they did & I felt very comfortable with his advice. He explained all the computer paperwork thoroughly. Jake came daily after that to monitor the dryness & humidity levels of my house. He always called ahead to tell me a precise time that he would arrive, answered all my questions & really went above & beyond. I would call them again in a heartbeat & can't rate them highly enough!
