Good Energy Solutions delivered an outstanding experience from initial quoting process through installation, activation and support. The entire crew is friendly and professional, and works hard to address all issues and deliver the best solution. We particularly liked their use of the SunPower technology and their ability to also install a whole house backup generator. We would do it all over again with Good Energy Solutions if the opportunity presented itself.

I selected Good Energy Solutions to install my solar installation because the product they sold had the best warranty of all those I considered. I have been totally satisfied with the company, with my 10kW ground-mounted array being completed earlier than promised and on-budget. All company personnel I met, from sales staff to engineering to installers were courteous, conscientious, and professional. They showed up when promised and all seemed to be highly-qualified in their respective areas. We started our solar project after Thanksgiving and were concerned that it wouldn't be completed by the end of the year but Good Energy Solutions came through with time to spare, and our system went live on December 8. I highly recommend this company for any solar installation.

I liked the straightforward, transparent, no-pressure approach. Once installed, the cool smartphone technology allows you to see the energy generation in real time - this will provide hours of entertainment/distraction for the gadget person or procrastinator in your household. Solar is the way to go for the next century and these guys did a great job getting us there.

Having a large family including five young children, it was important to us to reduce our dependency on the traditional power grid while maintaining a budget- all while finding an array that would deliver the results we needed. Mike Schumann and the Good Energy team listened to our needs from the beginning and custom designed the approach- including the array location and panel types- around our life and placing it in the perfect location to help maintain the natural appeal of our property. Whenever we had a question, Mike Lee and the engineering team responded immediately. When it came time to test the new array the Good Energy team went above and beyond to respond to our needs. Justin even came to us during off- hours (near a holiday weekend) just to help ensure we had what we needed. While we would have happily waited, we greatly appreciated the individual and professional attention. We were drawn to Good Energy for the variety of warranties and high quality Solar PV technology they offered. We also love the smartphone technology that enables us to monitor or power generation and usage- really helping us better manage our resources. By far it is the service and team approach that has truly made this experience so fulfilling. For years it was a dream of ours to find a way to reduce our dependency upon non-renewable energy sources. Efficient, honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We have no qualms telling others about GES, as they deserve the kudos. The panels are beautiful and unobtrusive, and producing right at where we wanted them to be. GES has been very responsive and caring in their interactions, and a 25-yr warranty is unheard of! No negative things to say about them!

Working with Good Energy Solutions to install my solar panel system proved to be a good choice. The process is lengthy and requires coordination of many groups, including those internal to Good Energy and external entities, including the site/installation inspectors and the power company. From my initial meeting with their salesperson, through the physical install, and on to the final go live date, the Good Energy staff were very engaged in their work and always responsive to my questions about the product and/or process. Good Energy staff were both technically knowledgeable and did a good job of managing the project.
