Bobby did an excellent job painting our home. He's very detailed oriented and made sure everything was perfect. My husband and I are pleased with the results and his work ethic.

Although most of our bedroom looked nice, he did a terrible job on the bathroom. It was so sloppy, it looked like a child had done the work. We complained and he came back to fix it, and some he did fix, although it still wasn't up to a professional level. The parts he got on the ceiling and the corners he couldn't/didn't fix. Also, when he came to touch up he slopped paint all over, it's on my crystal light fixture and won't come off, it's on my counter and my mirror. Additionally, it's not as big of a deal but he came late everyday and then he ended up taking an extra two days to do the work (counting the touch up day). Which meant our house was in a state of disrepair for that much longer. CertaPro was more expensive than the other bids we received but we chose them because the representative really seemed professional and we believed the work would reflect that. We were disappointed.

We had our whole interior house painted and it looks so nice. The painters were polite and competent and got the job done in a timely fashion. The consultant helped us pick out colors and was fun.

Unfortunately I had an appointment for Thursday from 6pm to 7:30pm for a bid on painting. Canceled plans and sat at home waiting no one showed up and no one called. Thankfully this happened at the bid and not after hired for the job will not contact them in the future. Will definately use someone else...

Would Use Again in a Heartbeat! Ownership, Administration and Sales Team was very responsive. Tough Weather made scheduling difficult, but I never lost faith in their ability simply because they kept me informed of the ever changing schedule. Painting Team arrived and was very detail oriented in preparing the house for paint. Great job in cleaning, caulking and preparing. I expected the entire job to take 3 days, but it took 5-Days due to heavy winds. Painting team did a great job and worked very hard to paint my home like it was their own.
