Worst experience ever. I wanted my shower remodeled. The start date was delayed three times. When they finally was going to start the crew was extremely late and when I called the project manager, he was out of town. A few days later I was told that the job was done but when I got home it did not meet my expectations of a “professional “ company. They returned the next day to “finish” the job again. Still not happy with results. The work crew was obviously not experienced in tiling and finish work and it showed. Lack of communication. Won’t be recommending this company to anyone.

After taking my deposit for work on my leaking flashing/chimney, I waited almost two weeks just to get the worked scheduled. This was after I followed up twice to get someone to call me back. On the day the work was schedule to be done, the contractor they sent did not do all the work specified in the contract. I told Rich Caines this the next day when the balance due was collected. He told me not to worry, it was watertight. A week later my flashing is leaking in the exact same places as it was before the work. I reached out to Rich and he responded shortly after saying he would have someone to look into this. That was the 7th of August. I heard nothing, followed up with him again on the 12th and still not a word. This company took money for work that was not completed, and I’m left right where I started. I understand that leaks can happen around chimneys from more than one location, but I can’t rule them out if the work isn’t done that was specified in the contract I signed. I would NOT recommend Arrow Renovation.

This January, I contracted with Arrow Renovation to replace all of the windows on my home. This is the second major project Arrow has undertaken, and, just like the first, it went like clockwork. The Estimator was very professional and offered sound advice. The installers were prompt, quick, and friendly. The result is a great improvement to the house. Danny Davis takes a personal interest in each job, and does the right thing by this customer.
