I never knew that such a company was here in Ames; but when I needed them they were there. Very professional, and checked everything, had such a positive attitude and kept us updated on the clean up. It was unfortunate that we needed them; but thankful they were able to come and clean up; and check everything out.

They have weird manner of doing business. They provided a very bad service and charged me a few hundred bucks, which I paid. I was going to let it go. But they recently wanted to charge me again for the bad service I received back in August, which I paid. I have to give them a review and I do not recommend Servpro to anyone.

I live in Lehigh and had flood damage the middle of March. I first called Servpro in Fort Dodge. I didn't receive a call back. After a month of waiting, I decided to call the Ames Servpro!
