I’m writing this review as I’ve been on hold for more than 15 minutes because I just need the address for the Seattle store so I can get a part for my client. I called a 206 number but apparently their service sends callers to a national center that is grossly understaffed. Overall I think Lennox makes a decent product but their service and support is absolutely terrible :(

This company is completely garbage. They don't stand behind their parts, instead, they play gimmicks, fabricating stories and shielding themselves from the truth. Their warranties mean nothing. They will ship you another defective part and you have to continously pay labor which is 3x more than the part. They have a pair of monkeys that work their corporate affairs department that will read you scripted nonsense that even they don't believe. Before you consider a purchase, ask them about their failing coils.. settlements.. and how they are skirting around their obligation to the consumer. First and last time I ever consider this garbage company .
