Will not be considering Hansen's for any of our future HVAC and plumbing needs. They sold us two split units for our upstairs that were not appropriate for our climate (no ability to defrost in cold temperatures). The units never worked well. We called them and were charged for service calls where the units were never repaired. On more than one occasion, we called them with a "no heat" situation and no one was sent out. Additionally, I had to repair some of the plumbing work that they did in our house. For example, instead of replacing a cracked/leaking tailpiece under a sink, they filled it with plumber's putty which resulted in additional leaking and damage. Substandard service and products at a high cost. I am sad to say I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! My parents hired this company to fix a tub faucet. The plumber came out & told them they’d need to take out a bunch of the tile in their tub/shower to get access to the problematic part. He told them that he’d look online to see if he could get the part & get back to them. Charged them over $80 for a service fee. Over a month later & my parents didn’t hear back. My parents hired someone else & found out they DID’T need to take out any tile, found the part themselves & fixed it. So, not only did Hanson’s not get back to them, but they didn’t have the correct diagnostics & would have cost them way more money taking out tile that never needed to be removed to begin with. So, I called & talked with Tina & explained the situation. She talked with the plumber who happened to be there & he told her my parents were supposed to get back to him as to whether they wanted the tile taken out—completely untrue! When I informed her that wasn’t the case, but that it didn’t matter because the tile never did need to be taken out to fix the issue, she said she’d have the owner call either later that day or the following. It’s after 5:00 on the following day & I’m not holding my breath that I’ll ever hear from him. Run from this company!

I called because furnace quit working called there emergency line at 11 pm rang to a voice mail left a message and got a call from the office 830 the next morning. I had the problem taken care of long before that.

I’ve never seen such poor service! Contacted second week of June. Would be here for sure by end of month. Contacted again July 10. Suppose to be here 10:30 today, July 11. It’s 2:45 and I’m still waiting!

My grandma called them to ask about her sink being clogged. They told her they don’t unclog sinks. She asked if they’d be able to give her the name of someone who does. Instead of that they started asking her questions about who all lived with her, and figured out she was 80+ and lived alone. After figuring that out they told her that they’d send someone to look at the sink. They came and looked at it, but once they were here told her they didn’t unclog sinks. They then sent her a $50 bill for sending someone to look at it. I tried to call them to ask about it, and was told they would call me back. So far they still haven’t. Paid the $50 bill to just be done with it. Taking advantage of the elderly is a pretty great business model.
