We had an issue with a bowing basement wall, and American Perfection was able to resolve the problem quickly and professionally. Both their consultation and workmanship were top-notch. We explored other competing companies in the area prior to choosing a solution, and were VERY pleasantly surprised by the value the American Perfection crew offered. They also guaranteed their work, and the piece of mind is a real relief. John, the owner came out to our site and gave us a couple of choices on how we could fix our foundation issues. His experience and expertise were evident. After we decided which direction to go to fix our issue Jeff set a date. That was it!!!! The American Perfection Team arrived as planned, provided a quick, clean process and left. Jeff was very patient answering ALL of my questions- he even stopped over a few times before the work was done, per request, to assure my basement was ready. John and his crew showed up right on time- with smiles on their faces and great attitudes.These guys are MONSTERS!!!! They work was done quick, efficient, and clean- all in one day. The whole crew seemed to enjoy their work- especially the gentleman with the jackhammer! I am quite pleased with the result. My basement is dry. It truly amazed me how well the crew worked together. Very good job. Fair price. Did the job quickly and results were good. No water in our basement. We have as radon system and they had to make sure that wasn't affected by their waterproofing and it wasn't. I would highly recommend them.
