Wyatt and his team installed a 2-stage Varaible speed York air conditioner and furnace system in my home. Wyatt said I would save on my energy costs and he was right. My cooling bills are averaging $175 a month for a 3800 Sq Ft Home. His team was professional their service was excellent and I have nothing to worry about with my 10 year parts and labor warranty that came with the system. I really, REALLY want to give only one star. The only reason I'm not is because the unit I have did not come from this company. Nonetheless, my AC unit was leaking and I looked to this company for help. They sent someone over and he secured a drain pipe and unclogged something that I can't remember. Little over 100 bucks later, he's gone. I came home to still find water seeping from under the floor. I called again. I spoke to a woman and explained the situation. She didn't ask when I'd be available, just immediately says she'll send someone over. I tell her if someone's going to come that day to let me make sure my girlfriend would be home because I had to work. She IMMEDIATELY got short and interrupted me with "WOAH WOAH WOAH hang on, what about your girlfriend? What do you want me to do?!" Well ma'am, should you wind up reading this then if you'd either asked when would be convenient to begin with or actually listened to what I was saying you'd have known. Instead of saying that, I explained (again) that I had to work that day so I gave her a more convenient day. That day was yesterday. Gentleman comes over, adjusts one little pipe, and says he couldn't find anything else. Didn't charge me again so at least there's that. However, an hour ago I came home to a leak so bad that I had to resort to pulling up the floor boards in my hallway and living room so as to prevent molding. I don't understand how two different people from this one company could miss the cause of an issue this severe. Maybe this company is well equipped to make repairs on units that they installed. I don't know. But from my experience, if your unit is not from them I would steer FAR away from them Update: My stepfather came over and found the problem in less than one hour. He found what two "licensed professionals" couldn't in less time than it took either of them to give up.

I strongly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Had problems with my AC unit not cooling enough and sometimes freezing up. I thought it was related to the evaporator coil so I called Vankleef. John from VanKleef showed up as scheduled and on time to review my situation. He took the time to look at the E-coil and access the problem. I was wrong about the coil but right about the company to call to solve the problem. John did a great job diagnosing the problem, communicating and explaining the issue, and most importantly fixing the problem. Thank you John and thank you VanKleef for a fast, professional and reasonably priced solution to my cooling problem.

The owner took my call and took time to explain the issue with my a/c unit. He was knowledgeable and interested in fixing the problem as inexpensively as possible. The service man who came to our house the next day was also kind and did the job efficiently. He also took time to talk to us as well.
