Rinehart Heating and Cooling were very professional, friendly and flexible in their submission of their offer to convert my all-electric heat pump and furnace system into a gas furnace, but retaining the electric cooling system. I had to replace the floor around the old furnace due to water intrusion, and they worked with me in scheduling the new furnace installation. Rinehart Heating and Cooling is a company that I would recommend to anyone.

Had Rinehart out to get a second opinion on replacing our furnace and A/C compressor. Ended up replacing the whole system. They were awesome to work with to help us select the correct system for our house and the install team was great! We also had some additional work on our flu pipes for the hot water system. Pricing was competitive and the experience was all around a good one. I believe they have won themselves a customer for life!

Rinehart offered a very competitive price on the kind of equipment we wanted. There was no push to up-sell to American Standard’s best equipment. The installation went very smoothly (fortunately, the weather was cool so there was no need to hurry them). When they left, our basement area was leaner than when they arrived. Still working to absorb the 32 page thermostat user guide, but the basics of the system are easy enough to manage. We are now sleeping comfortably on the second floor of our home in low humidity. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Rinehart’s service!

Rinehart Heating and Cooling is hands down the BEST heating and cooling company in Central Indiana. I've used them numerous times and I've noticed a pattern. Most "sales" use high pressure tactics. They want to "up-sale" you more than you need and alot of times can afford. Rinehart Heating and Cooling HAS NEVER done so. They're one of the highest moral and ethical companies I've ever dealt with in any area. They truly care about doing what's best for you. To say I recommend them is an understatement. I wish all companies in every arena of life were like Rinehart Heating and Cooling.

We had only been in our new home for 3 months. The heat pump and furnace had to be replaced. We would not use anyone but Rinehart Heating and Cooling. They installed an American Standard system for us. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. My installers arrived on time, where very friend and efficient, and even put up with my don without complaint. My system is working perfectly, and a rep from the company called me a week later to make sure I was happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were VERY quick to respond and got us up and running with temporary equipment. And then they built our new furnace that is running great today without issues. The Repair and New Installation Technicians were very friendly and informative, helping us to make the decisions we needed to make. And then after the work was done, they have followed up to make sure we weren't having any problems or questions that needed answers. And beyond that, they provided us with the Geothermal Federal Tax Credit information for which we are eligible. Overall, they provided us with great service. We recommend them ... as they were recommended to us.

I had a difficult situation the company I used before was a one-man band and he flaked out on me my brother in law's son had put in a heat pump he had all the schooling and training but unfortunately none of the experience and I had done a couple of things wrong this company came in Brian was the technician solve the problem fixed it didn't overcharge me I will use them again definitely for all my heating and air problems and I've already told my extended family about them thanks again Rhinehart

Rinehart Heating & Cooling was one of five contractors I obtained bids from to install a new furnace and AC system in my 1,850 sq. ft. single story home. Kevin Rinehart came to my home, inspected my old unit and ventilation system, identified a return air issue (he was one of only two contractors that took the initiative to inspect my ventilation system), and provided me with my second lowest bid for a 17 SEER 2-stage AC unit & 96% efficient furnace. While Kevin's bid was not the lowest I received, his attention to detail (identifying my current undersized AC unit and my return air issue), along with his demeanor and honesty, convinced me that he was going to perform quality work and stand behind it with a 5 year labor warranty (which was 3 years longer than any other bid I received). After completing our contract and scheduling an install date, Kevin came out and topped off the refrigerant on my leaking old AC system to get me by until my new unit could be installed--again proving to me that he was looking out for his customers. Further still, Kevin had an elderly customer that had a critical AC issue and he asked if I could delay my install a short period of time so that he could help his elderly customer--to which I quickly agreed and again, proved to me that he was willing to go the extra mile to take care of his customers. The install of my new AC and furnace was completed with no issues by Stumpy, Corey and Kevin, and I'm very happy with how it is performing. Rinehart Heating & Cooling sells the highly rated (in Consumer Reports) American Standard brand, their dedication to their customers and their workmanship are excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were in need of a complete replacement of our air conditioner and decided to include the heating unit as well to get the most efficient combination. Kevin came out to give an estimate and went over the various options we could choose. They came out the following week to install and everything was done promptly and per the schedule they promised. They followed up with us a few days later to ensure we get the rebates from our utility companies and Kim even personally came by to give us the rebate paperwork and do the payment onsite instead of us having to give our credit card over the phone. Everything was done very well, on schedule and at a fair price. Would definitely continue to use them in the future and highly recommend their services.

We are so glad we got a referral and had Rinehart’s Heating and Cooling come out! We had been with another company for about a year on a maintenance plan. When that company convinced us we needed to replace the capacitor on our air conditioner to help extend its life, we took their advice and did so. They installed the capacitor, but due to cool weather the a/c unit didn't operate for a week or so. In short, they had installed the capacitor incorrectly, and then tried to convince us to replace the whole a/c system. Because of the expense, we sought a second opinion. Bless the person who recommended Rinehart’s!!! Their technician saw the problem right away, switched the wires on the capacitor, and we have air conditioning again! We may yet choose to replace the old unit, but this has bought us some time, and for sure if we do, we are going with Rinehart’s! We’re signing up for their annual maintenance agreement, too. Highly recommended!
