They finished when they said they were going to finish and the doors look great. They were also able to not disturb the full wall wainscoting in my den though they had to deal with a bit of house settling. Would definitely reccommend!

We wanted Pella Windows because our home is 75yrs old and the original windows are Pella. We wanted to match the originals as much as possible. Pella has a good reputation , based on this and the concept that you get what you pay for we went with Pella. However we did not get the quality, craftsmanship and customer service for the amount of money we paid. 1 window had to be remade 3 times. Much of the trim and sill plates had to be redone, and once they were done the wood looks distressed, the stain is uneven and the frame and other parts are not flush with the window. The Sales guy even asked me at one point, "wouldn't the curtains cover it up". We started the project in Oct. 2018 to have the Windows replaced before it became cold. We were not finished until mid Jan. 2019. Every thing that had to be redone just went back into the normal que. My recommendation is only use McComb if you don't mind over paying for your windows and are prepared to have substandard work that won't be resolved. We have 9 additional windows to be completed and we will never use McComb again.

We had windows replaced and installed a sliding door. The whole process was easy and the final product is gorgeous. The salesman, Aaron, was well versed and prepared to answer all questions. He did a good job helping pick out exterior color and the type of door. We chose to match the door and paint color with our existing trim because we have a dark brown stain. They took a sample of the trim and matched it perfectly. It looks like the door was always there. Plus, the cost was very reaonsable compared to competitors. The installation was a breeze; only took a few hours. The guys were hard working, very professional, and it looks great. I can't say enough great things about Pella Windows and Doors!

We have had the worst experience with these people! We started by ordering a new front door back on April 8th. We were told we would have the door at our house and have it installed by May 15th. The door finally showed up on June 1st and it didn’t get installed until June 8th that was with me nagging Dan Steeley about getting someone to our house to install it. Also, the instillation still is not complete for the door. The guys that came to install it was nice enough to take the time to explain that our first door was not installed properly the first time. They said they had everything we needed to fix it at the shop. They would be able to come back and fix it the following week. My husband has reached out to them once a week since then. They say they will come but never do. Then, they were nice enough to give us a discount on a retractable screen door that goes with the new front door. However; that too has taken forever to come in. We ordered that on June 9th and we were told it would take a month to come in. We have not heard a single thing about where this screen is and it is now the end of July. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH. We are beyond frustrated!!!!

For example, we added retractable screens that allow us to open up our doors to allow fresh air in, without the bugs, when the weather is nice. We also were able to change some of the screens to provide a better bird watching environment for my mother.

I came to McComb Windows after having a very bad experience with another Pella installer. I met Adam Siddiqui and we decided to try a small bathroom window. The installation went very smoothly, they installed on the day they promised,, they were professional and very clean with the installation. I then decided to give Adam and MCComb Windows the balance of the house which amounted to an additional 8 windows. The installerJack Ragland was a pleasure to work with. I have a 90 year old mother in law living with me and he waited until we were able to empty her room and he replaced in the exact place all of her furniture from so as to make it seemed like nothing happened. A few weeks later we noticed that the previous installer never finished his job and after numerous phone calls which were never returned I turned to Curt Henry for help. He immediately got involved and got his installers to correct the mistakes the previous installer made and finished the job. To say I was impressed by the professionalism of this company would be an understatement. From the beginning when the sale was taken by Adam, through the installation by Jack and finally the payment with Sheri Leichtman it was a pleasure. We love the windows, and the installers were very courteous and professional. The Pella installer noticed a very faint scratch on one of the sashes that we probably never would have noticed. He called it in and the sash was promptly replaced. The fact that the installer took that much care is a testament to not only the character of the installer, but also Pella’s commitment to their installer training and customer service. Amazing service experience. Bill Lanning, our sales rep, was extremely helpful and prompt. He made several trips to our home and met us at their showroom a couple of times to help us make our decisions. We decided to replace all of our 73 year old windows with new wooden Pella windows. We also replaced our doors and added storm doors too. Once we placed our order they scheduled us a few weeks out. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did the job in the exact amount of time they said it would take. The crew, subs, took very good care of our property, cleaned up every day, and did an overall fabulous job! This isn't the cheapest game in town but well worth the $ spent. Chad Murphy has been our sales representative on all occasions and has always been very personable, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Chad has truly been a pleasure to work with. The installations have always gone as scheduled, and all the products were installed correctly the first time. Mark has installed doors for us on two occasions and has done a great job both times! The windows and doors themselves are of excellent quality and we have had no problems with any of them. On one occasion, I had to replace a door closer bracket (which was broken by our movers). Chad put me in touch with the parts department and I had the correct replacement part within a few days. We made the mistake some years ago of buying Pella windows from Lowe's. What a mistake! We learned our lesson and wouldn't go anywhere else for windows or doors than Pella of Indianapolis. We highly recommend their products and services!

Unfortunately I put Pella architectural windows in my home when it was built 11 years ago. I have 1 north facing window that these guys have been on count less of times. The seal went bad, they replaced ice still forms around window they have replaced the weather stripping 2 years in a row and to this day it has plastic on the window to keep the cold out. My other windows are leaking around the weather stripping. They were out on Dec. 19 and were supposed to send me all new weather stripping but it is Feb. 12 nothing yet. I have 2 Pella patio doors the weather stripping was replaced within 5 years of install and the other door leaked water, they could not figure it out so they replaced it. Not for sure if my stuff was made on Friday or what the issues is but buyer be ware.

Aaron Hurwitz was my salesman, and he was very helpful in answering my questions and making suggestions on what would work best for my situation. I found his approach was not to sell me something but which of your products would be the best fit for my property. He recommended the install crew of Chris Reed and Richard Kent and gave them a high recommendation. After meeting and watching them work together, I told Aaron he undersold their talents. Two things stand out to me in my Pella experience. The first being the process prior to installation. I knew exactly who was coming to my home for the install plus all appropriate contact information of the installers and office personnel. This might not seem like much but many companies are not as detailed as Pella. I had the piece of mind going into install day that everything was covered and I knew who to call if there was an issue. The second would be the quality of the door and installation. Once install was finished we experienced negative temperatures where I live. The wind chill was at -35. The new door was a wind facing door. During this time I was very impressed that the door wasn’t cold to the touch at all on the inside. It was very well insulated. Overall the whole experience AND product was great. Would definitely buy another Pella door in the future.

First of all, the product is wonderful. Made well and functionally smooth. From my first contact to install to final stain touch up, our experience was very much stress free and professional. We had an explanation of the plan before they started, and they left no trace when done. All members of the Pella team arrived on time and started work with no delay on install days. We have dogs and that was a bit trying to keep them moving away from the action but the gentlemen were cognizant and considerate to make the job continue with no complications despite that fact. Everyone at Pella has been absolutely terrific! The Sales Rep, Installers, and the Office staff are professional and friendly, and the quality of work is excellent. They were able to color match our new door to our old door and we were amazed at how perfect the match was. The entire experience has been great from beginning to end, and we love our new doors!! I highly recommend Pella, and when it comes time to replace our windows, we will definitely be contacting them!

The folks over at Pella and McComb Window and Door have totally exceeded our expectations! From the time Wes Edmonds (our sales rep) arrived at our door to the delivery of our windows to the last bit of install, the process was a postive experience! We are so happy we chose the Energy Star rated Impervia (fiberglass) windows for our entire house. These beautiful streamlined windows with the dual pane, advanced Low E Argon gas we immediately noticed the temperature and draftless difference throughout our home. The installers were great to work with. They called ahead for delivery and prior to arriving for each day's work. They were courteous and kind enough to explain the process throughout the instsll and did a thorough job of cleaning up after each day they were here. Lastly, but most importantly, I have to say with the warranty on these windows we are looking forward to enjoying our new windows and "view" for many years to come! We have purchased Pella windows and doors on multiple occasions. Over the last 3 years we have purchased a front door, 2 sliding patio doors, two entrance doors and 7 casement windows. The purchases were made on three separate occasions over a 3 year period. Chad Murphy was our sales representative on each occasion. Chad was very helpful in deciding what windows and doors would fit our needs and our budget. We never felt pressured to buy. Pella also handled the installation for us. Pella’s installer, Mark, did a great job on every install. We have been very happy with our Pella windows and doors and with the service that Pella provides. When we first started shopping for windows and doors, we looked at different brands and met with different installation companies. We are glad we chose Pella. In our 3rd encounter with the Pella team we are just as pleased with the selection and installation of our windows as we were with the first. Being in an historic district with a house approaching its 100th birthday we had to have wood replacements which exactly matched what was being removed. Aaron helped us select just the right outside Craftsman color as well as the inside stain color to match the woodwork. To be honest, I was very worried about how all of this would work. Aaron gave me his cell number so I could could call if I had any concerns or questions. He even called me after the installation to check to be sure everything went as planned. The windows and other supplies were delivered on time and in great condition. On schedule, Mark came with his installation team of Derrick and Dave and quickly covered the floors where they would be walking and working. The installation went smoothly and efficiently. Everything was left in an orderly manner. The first thing we noticed was how much quieter the house was. As summer approached, we could now sit by the southern windows and not get roasted!
