Was referred to this contractor through Farm Bureau. First the adjuster was horrible, then this guy comes out to look at our water damage. Took two weeks to get the estimate out of him. Poor communcation skills. Said he would call when someone was coming to do the drywall. No Call, and drywall guy showed up while I was at work. After demanding a new adjuster and new estimate from a new/different contractor, found out this guy was going to end up sticking us with a lot of out of pocket expenses that should have been on the estimate. I blame my adjuster and this guy for the poor service. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Called them at the suggestion of my Farm Bureau Insurance adjuster for a minor roof repair due to wind damage. Provided inspection report from the insurance company and when I called 2.5 hours later to follow up to make sure they received it I was told "I'm driving, I'll get to it when I can". Fair enough...However, that was last Wednesday 3/13/19. It's now Monday 3/18/19 and I've still not received a call back, email or quote. Needless to say, I went with another company.
