Piss poor management and time management. They’ve been working on a drainage project in southeast Indy since June and are STILL not done. This project should have been complete by first of August at the latest. Absolute rude traffic directors, rude workers and slow, slow, slow. It’s shameful that my tax dollars are being used to pay this incompetent company.
