American Dream showed up at the perfect time. We needed a new roof for awhile, but weren't sure how we could afford it, they helped with our insurance. They showed up and had our roof done in 1 day. Very friendly people. My only complaint would be that they had left over materials and they just left them in our yard. Highly recommend America Dream if you are in the need of a new roof.

I usually don’t write reviews but I decided to this time to help others out when finding a reputable home improvement co. they can trust. From the start Laron had my best interest in making sure my roof would be fixed and covered from beginning to end. He always answered my calls/texts immediately. When my insurance adjuster came and inspected the roof, Laron along with an American Dream construction supervisor was present to make sure the adjuster did not make any oversights. American Dream also nailed down temporary tarps over the worst damaged areas to prevent any further damage. Within a week of the inspection, materials were delivered and my roof was replaced. The entire process was very efficient and the new roof looks amazing. Laron along with everyone at American made the entire process as stress free as possible.

We had a really nice rep from ADHI help us get our roof replaced. Our insurance company, who is normally really great, sent out this awful inspector who showed up early with no warning or explanation (we were awoken by him moving on the roof), when he was supposed to meet with our ADHI rep. When I called our rep he dropped everything to come right over and advocate for us. Then, everything happened just as was discussed with no surprises. They sent over a huge workforce who were able to install our replacement roof in less than half a day. They cleaned up so well, it's like they were never there. And the roof! It looks so good! Our experience with this company was so good that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great roofing job. Our first winter with no leaks. They worked for 3 days on our roof (2400 sq ft). We had to remove all of the old wood and reinstall plywood including a small flat roof section. Paul the manager was amazing!! He immediately answered all of my phone calls and addressed all of my concerns. Any little finishing touch that I approached them with was immediately handled. I never felt that Paul or his crew were dismissing any of my annoying questions or concerns. Our yard was left clean with no damage to the grass. This company was the contractor Home Depot gave us for the roofing job. I have to say that their great service saved HD's bad service prior to the installation (No communication at all).

They were to give me an estimate on my trim to replace all of them because they were all bad. They came out and didn't do anything and told me that they would email me the estimate, they didn't do that either. They were suppose to be here between 2 and 4pm, and after I kept calling they decided to show up at 4:30 pm and again they did nothing. I got no answers from customer service after trying for over an hour of calling. The worst company that I have dealt with. Just look at their bad reviews on the BBB. American dream home improvement only shows the good reviews.

Jacob was great. He inspected our roof, helped us contact our insurance company, met with our insurance company when the claim adjuster arrived, verified the right materials were correct when they arrived, and made sure we were happy after installation. We were. the crew did a great job especially cleanup that most company's are lax on.

Chris Keller is one of the most genuine, human contractors I've ever met. I honestly feel like he did everything truly in his power to give me the best deal I could get and walked me through every step. This company came to my door stating they were in my neighborhood replacing roofs due to storm damage of April 2018. I was experiencing roof leaks in my home and thought it was divine intervention they were at my doorstep. They went up on my roof and said I had severe damage. I got them involved and they were working with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. First insurance adjuster said I just needed minor repairs but I contested that with my insurance company and they said of if my contractor would send them more pictures they would probably replace the roof. My contractor shows up to my house a few weeks ago and says he does not have a tall ladder to get up on my roof. (What roofer doesn’t carry an extension ladder?) but said he would be back to take more pics. Three weeks later still no pics and no return calls to my many texts and calls . My insurance company closed out my claim due to inactivity . Not happy at all

I am simply too busy to research all that I should know about roofs and roofing company's before making a decision as to whom to hire. I trusted a friend's referral on hiring Rick Cook at American Dream Home Improvement and must say that I am very pleased with the result. Rick is obviously very knowledgeable in his trade, and excels at customer service and communication. He answers any and all questions, even when I ask the same questions multiple times, and the price seemed quite fair. No surprises! I even referred him to my neighbor and yes ... my neighbor is thrilled as well. Bottom line ... we now have a very nice roof! Thanks Rick - 5 Stars!!

We had hail damage on the roof of our house and our shed, so Ian did an inspection and was very thorough with it and when he was done he showed us the pictures he took. He then contacted our insurance company so they could come out to do their own inspection. When they were done they told us that we did need a new roof. Ian handled all of the paperwork that was involved and he dealt with the insurance company also. The work was done in a timely manner and the workers were fantastic. When the work was done Ian came out to do an inspection and to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Which we are. I highly recommend American Dream Home Improvement. If you need roof work I would call them right away.

Got a great new roof for no more than my deductible. American Dream did all of the paperwork, and haggling with the insurance company. Couldn't be happier...
