If i could give less stars i would. They did a good job on my privacy fence, so i figured i would give them more work. My attached garage roof needed to be replaced so mid February i signed the paperwork to get it done. I paid 1100 cash down with 400 to be paid after the job is done. Well 5 months later the job still has not been started. I have been forgot about multiple times, lied to, and strung along with the texts to prove it. Now that i want my cash back so i can take my business else where they are stringing me along with that to. . To give an update, i did recieve my money back.

They put a new roof on my home the start of June 2018. I've never seen so many nails everywhere and trash on top of my plants. Front downspout elbow not correct, they broke a outside light fixture, and did not get with me that a section of chimney pipe needed replaced. After them sealing a couple of spots. I climbed up on roof. They didn't put flashing over nails around chimney like they were suppose to. I've contacted them several times just for them to come out and seal a spot and reroof small section. But used old chimney section. They say they are done so I get to fix chimney, light and downspout. And I am still picking up nails. Even in driveway. If I have 2 replace pipe they should have told me before finishing roof. More money out of my pocket.... Update 8/ 6 was told last month by Jason and Hanz to stop calling so weeks later I got ahold of my insurance company to call and try to work this out. Still nothing. Was told Mike would call last Thursday he did not. Still no call from them. How does this work when I have a warranty and my roof leaks? Have had contractors look at roof and a home inspector. They are all just blown away on how the chimney area and valley was done.They even took pix and a video. Very poor workmanship. I would love to put more pix but sight wont take them. Warranty needs to be honored!! ***Responce to All American. No one has been prying or poking. Yes I had 3 contractors and 1 home inspector look at it. I had to All American would do nothing. All it takes is a look. The photos were taken just after your job was finished. I told them. Spencer county you dont have to be HVAC licenses to replace pipe that nails to roof. I told you whatever it needs tell me. You did not. You responded to 2 calls then I was told not to call. They never called so I called Mike today. Let's see what happens **8/13 more info to come probably in a few weeks. **8/22 just found out I don't have platinum warranty that was paid for and roof still leaking. DONT pick this company. **8/28 called Owen's Corning today. All American finally filed the warranty. About time. Roof was put on in June. But still leaks and they wont do anything about it. Owen's Corning and another Owen's Corning contractor are trying to work it out sense All American got the money and now wont correct problems. ** Was suppose to show up the week of 9/3 they did not. It didnt start raining till Friday. ** Now they say they will be at the house 9/11. Time will tell. They showed up 9/11 with the flashing part that was supposed to be replaced in the beginning. But has old sealant. I was told the would show up next day to finish. ** 9/12 they did show up to finish job. Now I have to wait for a good rain. Pretty bad took 3 months to finish roof. Plus my name is Witherspoon not Whitherspoon. But they know that it's on all their paperwork. Just another way to show disrespect. "" I fixed light and downspout myself. I knew they would not do it ***9/25 well we finally got a good rain. Yes its leaking but about 4 inches east of where it was. A+ company I think not. I guess I'll have to take care of it myself. They had hardened sealant 1st day they showed up. Even had to barrow a caulking gun. Came back next day and I guess was in a hurry as usual. Oh 2 shingles are crimped and part of 1 missing. The flashing piece was in the insurance estimate and in All American estimates. But they did not replace it when they put the roof on in June. Yes it was the problem they just missed the places where the sealant needed to be. I got on roof and sealed it. Plus flue pipe is not old it is 2 years old and stainless steel. ****10/22 roof started leaking again Just had to pay another company $500 to seal my roof around my chimney because All American couldn't figure out how to do it after putting the roof on. ***Is it just me or when a roof is replaced the company that does the work should know how to seal around a chimney? The flashing was included. Obviously they dont. And once again chimney pipe has no problems. Think twice before picking them.

They were very quick to bad mouth other window people. Was told the job would take 3 days, had broken screens, broken windows that had to be reordered. We were always the ones calling them to see when they were going to finish. This was mid July and we still have one window that needs replaced and they haven't called us. Would not recommend them to anyone. Haven't followed through.

EXCELLENT customer service! A light was broken on accident during my window installation and was replaced the same day I called about it. My roof also looks great! The general manager was even apologetic about the light. Jason H. also saved my elderly grandmother from being swindled for 30k by another contractor. I called him, told him what she told me the other contractor said she absolutely needed done, (because it sounded "off") and if he could please check it out for her as a second opinion. He actually went over there in 30 min because it sounded so fishy. Turned out she was being taken advantage of as suspected! Honesty goes a long way, especially when saving an elderly family member from a con-man contractor. Def calling Habermel for all my large home repairs as will the rest of my family! When you save granny, you get an entire family of loyal customers.

I need more stars. This company far exceeded my expectations. They put on a new roof and could've easily just put a layer on over the first, like every other contractor would. Instead, they removed everything including flashing and trim and started from scratch. They even repaired many bad spots in the wood that I didn't know I had. They also put trim around the edges which was never there before. I can't be happier. The cosmetics look great, but the detail underneath is what really sets them apart. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. The cleanup was great, the crew was great, the entire process was great. AWESOME!!! Thanks so much for doing things the right way!

I’ve dealt with this company since FEBRUARY. Everything had went great at first. They did flooring in my laundry room and kitchen, new backsplash, new trim (that I said from the beginning I didn’t like the look) I asked for all new trim because a previous contractor put very horrible trim around my floor , and all this company did was put “quarter round” in front of the existing trim that I hated in the first place. They removed the door coming into the laundry off the kitchen, and they have still yet to finish that, installed a new kitchen window, and installed a new lighting fixture that was put in wrong and will need to be removed and redone again according to their worker Tim. When I first signed the contract they told me before the loan would start I would do a final walk through with Austin. Never happened. And before any of the work was finished they told the loan company it was finished and got paid. Even before my window was put in! And still to this day, they have yet to come and finish the finishing touches that are to be done. DONT USE THEM.

Very Pleased! Jason came out and gave me a quote on a new roof and gutters. The Price was right and after signing the contract I received a call from them informing me they were going to put the roof on the next day. Showed up on time and finished that day. I highly recommend.

I chose All American Home Improvement to install new guttering/gutter guards. I worked with John, who gave me the estimate for the work. It was a couple of weeks after I signed the contract that the work was completed. They did a great job from what I can tell and it was completed within a day. I would have appreciated a call from someone, letting me know that the work was done and that they were going to be charging my credit card for the final payment. Also, some debris of the old guttering system was left behind as well. It wasn't a lot, but enough that I noticed it and had to discard of myself. I also worked with All American Home Improvement to replace the flashing around my chimney after it was not done correctly by Hammertime. Hanz came out to discuss and gave me an estimate. The work was completed two weeks later and looks great from what I can see. Also, no leaks that I can tell around my fireplace! Very satisfied. I'll definitely use them again when needed.

Hanz came out and gave me an estimate. He got me great terms on financing. Within 2 days I had a new roof! He talked me into putting a new skylight in where a bubble window was. It looks great! I have new 6 inch gutters now that look fantastic! Quality work!

The owner of this company is a lier. I drove 130 miles to do some work for a sub contractor of his, the subcontractor took off. We informed Hans of this and he said if we stayed and worked he would pay us so I stayed. Friday rolled around and Hans said he had other things to do to come see him Monday and he would pay us, but Monday morning tried to tell us to get our money from the sub. This guy is a lier and is not a good business man.

All-American installed a whole room of windows in my house. The room was originally a screened in sunroom that we wanted to turn in to a 365 room. All American did an amazing job of installing the windows and turning my dream into a reality, they did so well we installed a new front door in two other interior doors,I would recommend them to anyone!

All American just completed an attached covered patio on my house. The guys did a great job from start to finish. No "surprise" costs added, completed job prior to agreed schedule. Completely professional workmanship, top notch framing crew, roofers did a great job as well. Highly recommend Hanz and his guys for your next job!

Installed a roof for us in late 2015. January 2018 we have a leak. They have not repaired it and it is getting cold and wet in October 2018. They don't return my calls or texts. I would not recommend this company. They make promises they can't keep.

After two and a half months, we have no fence and they cancelled the job. Be very cautious about this company! I went with this company because the reviews were decent and the sales manager who came out to do the estimate seemed like a nice guy. In early June, he assured me that we would have our fence installed in a timely fashion and that the fence he ordered would match our existing fence. We never saw pictures of the "matching" fence, but when we did a few days before they were going to come (mid June), it did not pair well with our fence, so we asked them to place another order for an aluminum fence. I think we were both at fault for this part of the mix up, so no hard feelings there (we should have insisted on seeing a picture from the beginning). We got changed to another representative, the "fence expert" who took 2 weeks to ORDER the fence we selected. We were told it would arrive and we could anticipate installation in 3 weeks. After a month, we attempted to contact them multiple times with no response for a week. Finally, a week later the "fence expert" called and said that the fence would be installed this Wednesday (mid August). I expressed that this delay and the lack of communication was very disappointing and that I was displeased with the customer service. (I do not curse and I did not raise my voice, I was just offering verbal feedback from what I saw as justifiable complaints). We agreed that if Wednesday was the earliest date, we would proceed with the job. 10 minutes later the original salesman called back and said that after talking with the owner they had decided that since we "cancelled the first order" and I'd "written a negative review online," they would not honor our contract and they were canceling the job altogether. Never once in the process did anyone apologize or own up to their failures in communication or delivering on promises. I'm going to bash anyone personally or get overly emotional about it, all I can say is that anyone looking for a residential job should do their homework and be cautious when dealing with this company. We have learned our lesson and will be proceeding with another company this week. After reading the company's response, I'm going to choose not to dignify their critique of a customer... with a direct response. I will simply say that we ended up using "Mr. Fence" and they were great. See my review there folks!

Cant Be Trusted!! Early summer we contracted with them to roof our house. They kept telling me that due to weather they would be here next week. This went on until it was to late in the year to get anyone else. Then they canceled on me. Not worth going to court over. I am a Disabled American Veteran left to do it myself or tarp it again till next spring. I found the hard way that you cant trust them.

By far the worst experience I have ever had working with a company. We contacted All American to to install a 6ft vinyl privacy fence at my home in January 2018. The fence was installed in the beginning of February 2018 over the course of about a week where communication was extremely poor. The workers would show up unannounced throughout the week. I had specifically asked that we be notified due to our two great danes that are kept in the house and have bad anxiety, especially with strange people around the house. Poor communication was just the beginning of an awful relationship with this company. Around the end of May 2018, a storm came through the area and the fence collapsed along the back of the house. I want to point out, that along that side of the fence there were also 2 week old trees that withstood the wind. There were also 8-9 other houses in the neighborhood with vinyl fences that sustained no damages. I notified Austin as well as our insurance company. Our insurance company came to look at the fence and determined that it had failed due to poor materials and poor installation, not winds (which were only reported ~35mph in our area). Therefore, the insurance company refused to cover the damages. After multiple phone calls and even having to get a lawyer involved, the company finally agreed to come out and take a look at the damages. Their solution? They would fix the fence that they admitted was installed poorly, but we would have to pay for the repairs. Obviously in violation of our warranty and completely unacceptable, we got our lawyer involved for a second time. The company finally agreed to come out and repair the fence free of charge. Fast forward 1.5 months to July 2018 and the fence had started to warp/fall along the same side that we previously had issues. I notified Austin at All American. A few days later (poor communication, again) I received a phone call from James, the “fence expert.” He stated that due to the location of the fence and the high straight-line winds that we receive in the area, a vinyl fence would not hold up. Again, I would like to note the vast amount of other vinyl fences in our neighborhood that have never had issues and the fact that there were sapling trees along the same side that had never had any issues or damage. His solution was to tear down the existing vinyl fence and replace it with a 6ft cedar privacy fence. Considering we had been dead set on a vinyl fence, we were not happy with this resolution. James assured us that the fence would be more sturdy and we would even get some of our money back for the hassle. We agreed only on the terms that we would be getting some money back. Once again we ran into poor communication and our calls/texts were ignored on multiple occasions when scheduling the fence replacement. Again, they showed up sporadically on their own time, which we expressed to them was a very big burden for us in organizing our pet situation. The fence was eventually replaced with a 6ft cedar privacy as agreed upon. Since then, I have made multiple failed attempts at reaching James to coordinate the reimbursement that he promised us. On one occasion, my husband called him and immediately after he stated his name, James hung up and did not return the call. Upon inspection of the new cedar fence we have found multiple panels and aren't nailed to the railings. Around the gates where some panels had to be cut down it appears that they were cut with a hand saw by a 5 year old. Overall, another terrible install job by this company. Oh, and the real kicker was the shape that our yard was left in. Candy wrappers, empty water bottles, cigarettes, nails, screws, you name it were left scattered throughout our yard. We are still finding remnants of their trash every single day. I cannot say enough about the absolutely ridiculous poor quality and service that this company provides. We are in process of reporting them to the BBB and following up with our lawyer to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

All-American was amazing! Jason Habermel, one of the general sales managers, worked with me and made the process so easy. He came to my house on April 2 and we got things set up. And, a crew showed up the following Monday to tear down and replace the work. They ended up having so many guys at my house to work that everything was completed in ONE DAY!!! Everyone was so polite, and everything was cleaned up and safe once they left. So happy I chose Jason and All-American to replace my roof. The new roof is beautiful!!

Got a call from them, I assume in response to a request I made on homeadvisor. After looking at the company's reviews, I responded asking they not call back as I'd be hiring someone else, based off those reviews. The response from the business owner or whoever is making the calls (1:30 on a SUNDAY afternoon no less, not when I want to be discussing a new roof) just sealed my opinion on this company's unprofessionalism. To say I was looking at the "wrong reviews" - when the website they directed me to and the phone number both tie back to All American.

Most helpful, fast and super courteous service ever!!! I was in a jam with a roof leak so I contacted All American through Home Adviser. Jason was quick to call me and came out within two hours. He listened to what I needed and understood my financial concerns. To my pleasant surprise, he immediately took it upon himself to patch the leak for me as a temporary solution at no charge to me. I've had my windows and garage doors previously done by them, and in my new house a vinyl fence installed. The install crews were very friendly and cleaned up like they were never there. The quality of the install and materials won't be beat. The next project with them will be a gazebo. Definitely recommend All American!

Had them build a fence and deck for me and was completely dissatisfied with both! Was told the job site would be clean at the end of each work day and it wasn't. ( I have pictures to prove it!) Asked them to fix pieces of the deck that had holes or was splintering and acted like it was normal for a deck less then 2 weeks old to have that happen. It was such an inconvenience for them to come make repairs. I have a roof that needs fixed and will absolutely not use them to fix it. Also wanted a 360 square foot addition and got a price quote of $69,900! Working with them was like pulling teeth and a severe pain in the butt! Lesson learned! Just trying to forwarn any future prospective clients to find a different company! If they approach you turn and RUN!!!! All American Home Improvement I signed the satisfaction agreement to get your employees the hell off my property! I even told them that as I signed it. I had other property work done and the company that did work fixed some of the mistakes your employees made. Have had many people tell me that I got ripped off after I told them how much I paid. Plus the estimate I ask for the front of my house was twice as much as I got from other very Quality contractors! I got my roof redone by someone else because I never want you back on my property! Actually I tell people other contractors to go with instead of you. You should know all the details before you think my satisfaction paper I signed means anything. All it means is I can't sue you and never planned on it. Just trying to get the word out that you are not a company to use! Have a wonderful day and life! I will and none of it has anything to do with the money I wasted with your company!

Very up front and professional from the owner to the office staff,thegernal manager Jason Habermel down to the workers. I had a roof out on my home on Dec 20. These men got here at 7 am and didn't leave until the job was totally complete.A day and half job was done in one day by 6 men. They finished the job up around 6 or 630 PM. Left my property looking as if no work had been done. Hands down the best experience I had with any roofing company I have ever delt with

They were wonderful!!! They arrived at 7:30 on Thursday morning, and were finished that evening. They came back Friday morning to collect all their equipment, pick up any remaining debris, and be there for the dumpster pick up. Very friendly and all around great! They even used a magnet to pick up any nails that might have been in the yard. There was also a pile of sticks by the garage, that I had picked up from the yard, and they picked those up! There was absolutely no trash left anywhere. The crew was absolutely fantastic! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!

Hired All American Home Improvement LLC to tear down old 6 wood foot privacy fence and to install a new one. The day they were suppose to have started, received a phone call and was told they would be out that morning, not only did no one show up, but no phone call or text why they didn't. Was told by salesman that it would take two days for the job to be finished, there would be several crews working. They started taking old fence down Thursday of labor day weekend, old fence was removed, but stacked in side yard. Friday I stayed home from work, started feeling unsure of All American Home Improvements from the excuses we were hearing from them, two guys arrived later that morning and was gone before two, when I called was gave more excuses, and the lead guy told me he was hot and tired, so that's why they left early, asked him WHY there was only two working on job instead of the several crews from which we were told, he told me he would pull his hair out with that many on the job. Saturday the same two came out, again later that morning (bankers hours ?) and left early. No work on fence Sunday or Monday, Labor Day, Tuesday they continued on fence, as always more excuses, they moved the fence further down the south side of house instead of putting pole in same place, now they were unable to put a pole next to house due to downspout drain underground, so pole was installed away from house, and fence can be moved back and forth (not good when you have two small dogs), fence next to sidewalk they missed measured and added a small three inch piece to make up the difference, back of yard when they removed fence they also removed a lot of dirt, so fence is about one foot off the ground in a sixteen foot area, was told they were not responsible for that since they were only installing a fence, even though it was NOT like that when old fence was there. Gate was about four inches off the ground, with huge gaps on both sides, bottom looked like someone took a very dull hatchet to it. When you walk down sidewalk you can see thru fence the fence, so much for being a PRIVACY FENCE. When I complained about the quality of work, was told they would be out to collect the $4500.00 the next day, and we would talk to see what they could do about it. I told them there would be no payment until the fence was fixed, next day was overloaded with text messages with threats of putting liens against our home, over and over. Told them they may do what ever they wanted, BUT I was still not paying them and would see them in court, they came back out Thursday and fixed a lot of the problems, no way they good have fixed them all, would have had to tear fence back down and start over. Friday 9/6/2019 my wife and I paid them, but was told by salesman we would be getting a SHITTY letter in the mail because it was already sent and just throw it away. They left trash everywhere, and at the bottom of every picket there is a white piece of paper that was stapled to it, still there. ALL the grass they destroyed was left as is, told us they dont replace or repair grass they kill, so now my dogs have dirt and mud to track into house now, and so much for the Truegreen treatments we paid for the have to grass look good. All American Home Improvement LLC out of Evansville Indiana does LESS then QUALITY work, with many EXCUSES why they can't or won't. Have pictures here to show some of their work. All I can say is wow!!! This company just blew me away! From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. Todd was fantastic and very professional with his estimate. I can't remember the installers name but I call him the "Gutter Guy". I couldn't even tell they had been to my house. Everything was cleaned up and all the old guttering was taken away! Great job All American!!
