Been a customer for 15 years. After trying their competitors, we learned the hard way that the other companies don't show up and charge us for services we were not receiving. Mid-American shows up every month and we love our mechanic. Rates are always fair and always return calls and emails in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

We have a small condo building we were using their service for eight years we had a smoke alarm going off on Sunday in the elevator room called them up to come out and find out what was going on they were there for five minutes they charged us $960 they are a rip off company stay away beware
