Great place to buy K-pop merchandise however some items are made cheap so be careful with the bang for your buck. Also you can't bring any bags in unless they are clear but line moves fast.
Lot's of things to explore
Everything is good besides still seeing the sweaters that still say "Rap monster" but what are you gonna do? Sigh sTream mOno.Oh and I tried buying an eyes on you album ,and they didn't have it :/ so bummer but either way I spend my money there whenever i go.
My daughter loves this place
everything was really amazing when me and my friend went..except for the girl behind the countercounter, she didn't really talk to us at all and was overall rude
For myself, nothing really stood out from ordinary stickers, posters, tshirts and keychains of k.pop artists. But my kid just enjoyed spending time there.
Koop heaven! They have everything a Koop fan would want.
AMAZING AMOUNT OF KPOP MERCH. Definitely a must go-to place for any kpop fan
Very small, but packed full of all the K-pop merch! From headwear to keychains and more if you want it you might find it there! Really busy for the BTS Army coming through for this weekend!
It's a great store with nice prices within budget especially if you're just spontaneously shopping in the area. There's all kinds of kpop merch in the store and at first it's all overwhelming, but once you circle around a couple of times you'll definitely get things you want. I'd honestly prepare for not being able to bring in bags and not taking pictures in advance or asking the clerks before taking photos. Also before making a visit make sure to already know where you're going to park (that's quite important as the area's super crowded) Other than that it's an awsome place and I definitely plan on going again!
Sure, they have Kpop goods, but they’re overpriced af. Don’t expect any type of deals. Staff doesn’t interact.
My daughter was excited to be able to buy stuff from her favorite K Pop band
We went during a very busy time (BTS concert). They didn't allow backpack. They have a good variety of stuff. Giving 3 stars only, because no interaction with staffs and some of their stuff are not official.
I love this store, it has most of the stuff I want! The problems are their prices and the service. I had a drawstring backpack and as soon as I got in, one of the employees told me with an attitude that I have to put my bag in a check-in area. I saw that some people had backpack purses and the employees didn't tell them anything. My aunt was there with me so she held my bag instead because they also don't supervise the bags either. Also, they sell not real brands of some items like light sticks and selling them MORE expensive than the real ones. Overall, this store is great but can improve on some things.
So much variety! Expensive but worth it
If you're looking for albums, this is a good place to go. They have TONS! More expensive than they would be online, but that's common for a brick and morter store. The shirt selection and goods selection was also really great, but mostly bootleg (common) and the shirts run very small so check before you buy. If you don't see your group, keep looking!! There are lots of hidden places with stacked things. Their stock also turns over often, so check back later to see what they have
Over priced. Rude staff.
Lots of unofficial merchandise, clean store, nice staff
Service was super poor, ignored any questions we had. About 20 mins before they were suppose close they literally turned off all the lights and made no announcement to customers. Everyone in the store literally put everything they wanted to buy back and just walked out
My whole experience there was overall amazing. It was my first time ever going to a Kpop store. I went the day after attending BTS’s concert on Sunday. Prices seemed alright and had a good variety of stuff there. A bit small but that’s ok. Also loved how they were playing Kpop music in the store so it made my experience more memorable. Will definitely come back there. I recommend this store if you like Kpop and are in Chicago.
They have a wide variety of products; mugs, clothes, jackets, hats, towels, jewelry, phone accessories, photos, pillows, stickers, albums, pens and notebooks - but about 90% of the product here is OVERPRICED UNOFFICIAL MERCH, stuff that you can have made for you at any t-shirt printing shop etc. Also the clothing sizes are way small, went to go shop for a friend and throughout the whole store I couldn't find her anything even close to her size, and she's not even that big. They're also very strict in the shop about not having any sort of bags on you while shopping, and of not taking any form of photos in any shape/way/form. Also the women there looking after the shop are of little to no help.
If you or your children are into k-pop, then this is a place to consider but just be prepared to spend more than expected because everything is too over priced. You can probably get some of the things they have here somewhere else for less but I guess they know that fans won't care how how much they pay for their favorite kpop idol items so they just feel like they can charge whatever they want.
Great variety of things
Enjoyed Chinatown. A must see location.
If you love it will be good spend few minutes
Felt very safe buying the albums there but as for other merchandise everything is fake and over priced. Albums are also overpriced, cheaper to order online if you can go that route.
Staff was friendly and their amount of merchandise was huge! Never wanted to leave :) my fiance loved that they played a lot of Winner music along with other artists.
I absolutely loved this place! They have every single k-pop group and drama actors you can think of. Came out with $30 worth of stuff and it was quite a bit. Although, no video or photography and there is a flight of stairs leading to the store.
It was great the staff are kind and welcoming I loved what I got and price is a little high but it's worth it♡
Went for the first time and based on most of the reviews that I had read I was a bit scared. Although they did not greet me when I entered the store, they were very nice when I looked around and made a purchase. The majority is BTS merchandise, but I did not struggle to find merchandise for other groups I like (especially albums).
Good selection. A little pricey on albums. The novelties are pretty fairly priced though. Organization makes it hard to find specific groups in the novelties if you're not into WANNA ONE or BTS. Staff does not interact with customers at all until you ring out.
A hard place to get to, but if you want k-pop gear you will get it
Overall it’s a great store, few cheap items but not very thing is legit. That’s not my main concern The staff gives horrible service. You get stared down sometimes but this time I didn’t since there was some people and I’m glad, she was just minding her own business But the girl working there is just rude. I went up to the counter and she ignored me, so I went up again and she looking at me saying “you ready?” And I said “sure” so I set my things down, and she looks at me sighing and looking over at me while putting down her chapstick as if I bothered her. She scanned my items and when I gave her the money, she just snatched it out of my hand. No words, just left me like hat without caring. She doesn’t look old, Don’t work if you won’t have manners or if you won’t give good service to costumers
T one of a kind place for pop music of k pop music.. but need more energy like asia does have. smile and joy.. but ok
It could have had more Got7, but I'll take what I can get. Still a HUGE selection of band merch!!!! Tons of EXO and BTS. Extremely happy with my purchases, I could have spent hours in there looking around.
So, they have some pretty awesome stuff there, they have all bts albums even the new ones, and other groups too. But there is one complaint that I have, they have a lot of other groups lightstick, but not bts lightstick. Other than that,it's great and the front of the store is pretty much a eye catcher for even non-kpop fans!
There were so many items to choose from! The prices were extremely reasonable and I'm definitely going to come back
i went there yesterday for the first time and i was really nervous because most reviews from there are bad. but they seemed nice as well as said something about having to leave your backpack in the entrance so the camera/surveillance? could see it, idk but i didn’t mind since me & mom were the only customers there. otherwise than that it looks like a nice kpop store to buy stuff from, though i have to agree that the albums are a bit expensive. when looking for stuff the staff weren’t really looking or staring at me since they were either talking to each other or doing something else. as well as they spoke spanish so that was nice, i guess. when we went to pay, it was basic so nothing special to it but they weren’t rude. i was surprised that when putting my stuff in the bag they gave me a free twice poster & fancy you preorder cards. other wise than that I’m pretty sure I’ll be returning back soon so yeah. but i don’t necessarily recommend if you don’t want to spend too much money since it was like $50 for a fancy you album, poster, & magnet. (also sorry this is so long sksksk)
You can find mostly BTS merchandise here which is amazing. It is a bit pricey for some things, there are other stores near by that sell a bit of BTS merchandise, you just have to look around. It's also bigger than I expected. Try not to go inside the store with a backpack since you have to leave it in the front if you do.
All your kpop merchandise! Posters were cheap and good quality! Staff was a little rude but maybe it's only because I don't speak any mandarin.
Many people would say that the staff was rude and stuff but they were really nice and all and they had a VERY big range of kpop items. Although the back check was a little weird but I surly will come back. The it items were a little pricy but it was worth every penny.
the place was pretty nice, my only problem is how overpriced the items are. i saw a wanna one fan con for $100 where’s on an online store it’s $40 less than that. albums were very overpriced being 2x the amount than you would find online. staff was very nice, store mostly played bts, would be nice if they played other groups. the only albums i got were ioi’s whatta man and jbj’s new moon. would recommend if there’s a certain album that is sold out but there are other cheaper online stores where i would purchase from.
I don't mean this in a bad way, but if you're not a BTS stan don't come here. If you're a BTS stan, this place is for you. There is little to none of merch for other groups. Albums they have plenty of, but are really over priced.
Very well organized place. Found lots of amazing merch.
The granddaughter was in heaven, blew $110 (not my money). I'm not an expert on the genre but staff was pleasant and helpful. I had never been in this Chinatown but found it interesting and not scary. Worth a visit.
They have everything, from albums to unofficial bt21 merch, to photocards, etc. Loved that they had so much variety in their stock. Only thing is that they didn't have the best service. The girl who checked me out wasn't the friendliest, but she got the job done.
Not a huge variety of kpop merch, but what they do have is pretty nice, though a bit overpriced.
Employees watching everyone that comes in and assumes they would steal something. No proper place to check in bags or back packs. Just lay them on the floor in a corner. Rude staff. If it wasn't for my 12 year old daughter crazy about these things I'd never let her go there.
Lots of KPop merch.
I love this place! I've been here three times, although I always end up spending so much money. They have all the albums you can think of, many posters of your favorite groups or idols. I'm in love with this store just because i can splurge on my kpop hobby/addiction
The selection here is pretty good. The biggest issue is the markup in prices. Many things, you are better off getting online somewhere.
It was way crowded but the cashiers moved fast and were super friendly!
A lot of stores were not open on a Monday which is weird
I was The Reluctant parent taking the daughter to the K-pop store. Clean well-organized but extremely busy.
This place was awesome! A lot of kpop things I wished I had the chance to buy. I went on a bad day, BTS army was all over the place.
the auntie who works here is always really helpful and kind
Besides the high prices, it’s the best thing that ever happened to me. But I recommend to bring 20+$.Love it here
My daughter wanted to shop here. Google said open at 11:00 on Sunday. We got there 11:10: locked, no posted hours, at least one other customer waiting. I called the phone number: no answer, mailbox full. At least post your hours. We didn't know if we should wait or not.
No phone and cameras are allowed used, as soon as you walk in. They come to your personal space and tell you can't take pictures and follow you around like you're gonna steal their things, very pricey for their stuffs. But I could understand why they don't want pictures taken, most of the stuff there are fakes and I could also see why no pictures, the owner could be shut down. Didn't read reviews before going in there, the shirts that I bought was ruined in one wash. But for counterfeits not to shabby.
I loved it
You aren't allowed to take pictures in the store. Poor customer service. The products are overpriced. I wouldn't recommend.
PLENTY to see as u walk Chinatown! Check souvenir stores, each of them have different prices & different selection of gifts!
There was plenty of kpop items I was surprised! It’s a store heaven
The staff never ask if you need help and have very unapproachable facial expression the whole time. The stickers and socks are the only things of reasonable price. I usually pay $25, including shipping, when I order albums online and the one I purchased today was $36 in the store. The albums are also behind the counter, and with the rude looking staff, I doesn’t seem like you can freely ask to see any of them.
Absolutely loved this store!
This place is the best!
Friendly staff and decent prices.
The store is amazing but NO bags or cameras inside. They don’t have lockers service. Don’t bring your bag
cool store but they have so much unofficial merch and it’s sooo overpriced literally looks like it was printed off computer paper and sold the albums are also expensive don’t even get me started with THE LIGHTSTICKS the army bomb at a concert $55 the army bombs in the store $155 totally not worth it also two girl working so rude and you even have to pay for a plastic bag not much but still ridiculously.
I am a huge fan of K-Pop. I'm a fanboy of BTS and Blackpink. But other than that great employees, atmosphere, and good prices. Hope they are hiring.
DELICIOUS
In terms of selection and variety of merch, it's truly excellent. I was really surprised at the size of the place. K-pop videos are playing on the screen all the while, and the vibe in the store is really good. However, 90% of the merchandise is unofficial and the markups are really unreasonable. A lot of it is stuff that I saw in Korea so the availability is really surprising, but I really didn't feel like buying anything once I looked at price tags.
Have alot nice things nature nice arts crafts nice merchandise purchase buy overall just nicd place site see
Great selection for a small store... They were really helpful!
It was pretty cool inside. They have a nice variety of k pop stuff. They are strict if you have a bag or backpack and want you to set it by the entrance so if you don't trust that then I'd recommend not going in with a bag or backpack or you can't go in. I asked if their jewelry were sterling silver and they didn't know so, if you can't wear fake jewelry then don't buy it. Some of the items they have are cheaply made like the face masks, so be careful. Other then that, they have a pretty neat selection of kpop souvenirs if you or someone you know are fans of kpop.
First time .. absolutely loved it
The staff is always rude. When ever you ask them for something they give you a annoyed look. The albums are also very expensive. Personally , I’ve never had a good experience in there.
It was good. My sis love bts and she got stuff. But she wasn't allowed to take pictures or videos I dont know why but still ok.
They had an huge selection of BTS and Blankpink memorabilia. Unfortunately they didnt have alot of Mamamoo items. Im a totally MooMoo. I was able to get things for my friends though and that is what made the trip worth it. The girls at the counter were helpful as well.
Really busy since it was when a BTS concert was going on. The only thing that sucked it some prices were wayyyyyy too high.
It’s was my first time coming there. The price was ridiculous and the staff didn’t even ask for an help. You had to put your backpack in the front. I rather order stuff online tbh.
I had when't with my sister and when we got there I was so happy because their is a poster section and a merch like sweaters and shirts all like that in one side and then their is a wall of albums and behind the counter their is so much more albums and i knew that they would have some of BTS old albums but I didn't know that they would have their albums from debut to know and I was just amazed and there is a lot of stuff of BTS and other kpop groups and a lot of picture of them. Also the lady who had helped us was so nice and knew a lot about Kpop and I was just so happy with that so I wouldn't have to explane myself that much I just had to say the name. there are also Stray kids, SHINee. Pentagon, BLACKPINK, Gdragon, SOLO (aka jennie solo), and much other you should really go. Also their was a lot of WANNAONE albums and their lightstick aslo they did have BLACKPINK lightstick and a other but i dont remember. Kpop fans should really go their i'm going back their on my birthday because I wan't to buy much more albums and I also still need the whole set for the wings album and get Stray Kids mixtape and their album and Jennie's SOLO and BLACKPINK square up album oh and SHINee album and iKON album and so much more and some solo artist albums. You should really go it's a really good place but I was only their for about 30 minitse so I coulnd't explore that much becausemy non-kpop fan sister was rushing me so yeah so go with a kpop fan if you wan't to get the chance to see everything. Also things are very pricy but it is very good quality and a lot of stuff are ship from Korea so th eprice is just a good deal. so you should go and visit to see it your self so please enjoy when your there.
Great selection of kpop stuff. Had to leave my bag at the entrance, so it was hard to not be anxious about it getting stolen. But the staff was helpful when I asked for things
When I was looking through the reviews, I had seen some people saying the lady was rude to them. To me, she was actually really nice and let me keep my drink with me and we never had a problem. The store in its own is awesome and they have a lot of posters and albums, etc. The only thing I would have to say is some of the prices are a little high depending on what you're willing to spend and how much you think is good or too much. I definitely come here often and would recommend it.
The service there was extremely nice and weren't rude at all except for a lady who laughed at me when I went to the store a second time the same day to get photo cards of Seventeen and BTS. The prices were very expensive though an album there is like $37. Otherwise than that everything thing was great.
Lots of cool merch, decent prices.
K-Pop store carries a broad variety of items. Albums/Posters/tshirts/hoodies/socks/keychains/jewelry/magnets/pillows/lightsticks etc you name it. Yes, some prices are a bit expensive but consider these are items shipped from Korea, on the other hand you can pay shipping online and wait a few months for your item to arrive. Also, its a small store not a large corporate company. If you can find it cheaper elsewhere then do so! 1) No BACKPACKS allowed in store. You will be asked to place it down or wait by stairs or leave if you do not comply. I asked why the policy and they have many cases of stolen items. (I witnessed an open wrapper with price tag attached open ripped) so seems logic on a store quite busy. 2) No PUBLIC BATHROOM so guys don’t bother asking. 3) Customer Service- many people have a problem with not being greeted other people are socially awkward and prefer not to be greeted like ME! Can I just walk in peace to look thanks. If you want to be greeted, greet them that way atleast you’ll get the attention you want. So, I don’t understand the demand in that. Other than that depending who assists you some can be nice others maybe a bit rude. Overall good service. 4) No FOOD/DRINKS Allowed so dont go in with one or if you do you will be asked to place it on counter while you shop or throw it outside in trash. This is a crazy busy Kpop store so consider all this when in Chinatown Chicago and planning on visiting to make your visit/trip a lot more smoother. :)
You can find all your favorite kpop merch here...
If you are a die hard K-pop fan, this is your heaven. The inside of the shop is a little clustered and disorganized. Reminds me of a record shop. Lots and lots of merch old and new. I would imagine it would be difficult to find parking. Take the red line.
If you like K-pop they have it!!! Posters, shirts, coats, hats and more!!!!:):):)
So they want me to put my actual purse on the ground while my daughter shops for items in the store. So the people that work here dont want you to steal from them but someone can go through my purse freely. This store is ridiculous.
Very overpriced. Saw stuff that mostly cost $20 sold at $45. And it should be called BTS store since 90% of the items are of BTS, no variety of other popular groups. Disappointed. No pictures becuase they don't allow.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! They have stuff from all kinds of groups. They can get expensive but its worth it! And the workers are nice and they did not give us any rude looks or anything there. Can't wait to go back again soon!
Overpriced for Blinks. Blackpink hammer 80$. Double the original price. I know you need a profit but doubling the price? Cool store to peruse though :)
Mostly non-licensed, unofficial printed merchandise (posters, cards, calendars, etc), but they do have a selection of popular imported CDs and concert DVDs. I was pleased that they had most of SNSD's discography available, but was able to find much of it on Amazon for a much cheaper.
Customer service extremely poor. Staff very rude and uncaring. I can order merch online for same price. Would rather pay shipping than deal with the staff.
I love Kpop
It’s very crowded but my purchases were worth it
Got lots of stuff here
Very overpriced. An album was priced at $32 dollars when the official album online was $15 dollars. That’s over double the price. Customer service was not good. They were staring you down like you were going to steal something. Most of the items are bootleg
Fun place
Ian was a memorable server and cook. Thanks for the good food
It’s pricy because they import from Korea. Otherwise a good selection
It's popular K-pop shops in chicago chinatown,it's great place.
It was great to see all of the different Kpop bands cd's and merchandise that they had! Even Kdrama dvd's. Which I have never seen anywhere!
Cool store. Service wasn't fantastic and my item broke after I left the store, but was easily fixable. Was annoyed by the fact that most of the merchandise was just the popular members from popular groups, but I guess that's what sells the most. As someone who likes smaller groups and less popular members, it was hard for me to find items that fit what I was looking for. Good prices for what they were selling, but would most likely not return.
Great , because it has K-pop items and not many stores have their variety. But little upset the person didn't let me try on the sweater really quick to see if I fit it or not. So I didn't end up getting it because I'm not risking a purchase that might not even fit
Really pretty stuff in there even though they are pricey they have alot of stuff
Has a big variety however, kinda pricey..
I used to love this store, bit I was disappointed this trip. I am an American, but that doesn't mean I am a BTS fan!! There are over 100 K-Pop groups who are active right now. I came looking for some of the most popular groups in K-Pop who are topping the charts right now. SuperJunior, Winner, iKon, BtoB, BIGBANG... no modern merch to be found. There are plenty of cute stickers, posters and cards from years ago at full price, however.
It was my first time there and the whole environment was amazing. They played some classic and new kpop songs in the store which made everything better. It might look small on the outside, but once I went in it was way bigger. Plus, their supply on kpop goods is very up to date. Other than that the employees were sweet, and if you came to find something that wasn't there. The employees will help you find it since some items are behind the counter. In short the store was great.
When I was there, I made so many army friends and got some cool stuff from there. This store is so dope!
I took my daughters to the kpop store they are big fans and the store is great, the staff is great and so helpful and nice,I think I'm a fan now, lol, love it
Watch out everything is waaaaaay overpriced. I know it’s exciting to find stuff here, but you can get it cheaper online. There’s a reason they don’t want you having your cell phone out in this store and it’s clearly because they don’t want you to be able to price compare. I’ve spent 40-50 dollars more for items there years ago before I knew anything about kpop merch just because I was from Omaha and excited to be in a city with a kpop store. ALSO watch out because they will reseal items and sell them as new when in fact they’re used. I just learned this from a BigBang Welcoming Collection DVD I got there a couple years ago. Never took the dvd out or played it till tonight to only find smudges and light scratches on it.
I could access everything I needed but a little pricey
Kpop merch, tons of it, doesnt dissappoint for kpop fans
They have a great selection of K-POP albums, everything from newly released to previously released records. You can find any records from any Kpop artist here. Love this place.
Very nice stop in China town, though a bit too heavy on the BTS front.
It has some really good stuff! But some of it is kinda expensive! I loved it though!
My favorite store of all time! Great things to choose from here. They have everything whether it's BTS, Twice, Seventeen, and even PSY! The only thing to keep in mind is not to take pictures in there and you need to get a backpack check if you are wearing or carrying a large bag, and it's really pricey here. The people working here aren't very kind, but it's acceptable. But other than that, it's pretty cool in there. Have fun shopping ☺️
This place had so muc to offer and wasnt expensive at all. Can get crowded fast but all in all was very fun!
It wasn't open when it said it was .
They have a LOT of different merch from posters to official lightsticks to albums to socks. The albums are pretty reasonably priced, considering that import fees are worked into the price it seems. The goods however, are very overpriced, as well as the lightsticks. Overflowing with BTS, LOOOL. Absolutely. Overflowing.
Not a big deal but you have request boygroups/male soloists cds from behind the counter unlike girlgroups/soloists. Carries cds, posters, stickers, some lightsticks, shirts, socks, and various other unofficial merch.
Not much to do. Few shops and good places to eat.
To busy. Price's and reasonable
They have a nice variety of kpop things only bad thing is that the people there don’t interact with you. Had to wait a while until they checked me out two girls working right by register didn’t even acknowledge me by asking are you ready or anything.
This store is amazing! The merch is priced fairly compared to trying to order online and they have every group you could possibly think of. There are small things for pretty cheap and the shirts are very cheap compared to online, at $16 individually and 3 for $38. I really look forward to coming back!!!
The Employees Were Very Friendly..... Its Such A Cool Place if you Love KPOP!
They have albums, stickers, chains, hats, clothes, and more for your favorite artist or group! I really recommend going here if you love K-pop!
Very busy and small. Don't bring bags inside because you will have to get it checked. Price is reasonable and nice one stop shop for all your K-Pop needs. Only spot in Chi-town with the heaviest dose of K-Pop.
Really crowded but a good place to shop. Cheap merch compared to other stores
I always love going to Chinatown. The food is excellent and there are always great deals.
Very nice staff and the items are worth the prices good quality
Incredible store with an incredible selection. It was super busy when I was there, so it was a bit hectic, but you could spend a good chunk of time in there looking through all the albums they have to offer. They have a good mix of old and new offerings. Prices for some things can be a bit steep, but that's the price you pay to not have to deal with international shipping online. They also have a lot of shirts, some light sticks, posters, misc things if that's what you're looking for. If you're a Kpop fan, definitely check this place out!
Great selection of items, but be aware of some stuff. Its alittle overpriced, but overall heart kpop selection.
Interesting to say the least. You have to check it out
I love this store it had nice bts and blackpink stuff like posters mugs stickers jewelry and other stuff the staff were nice and its not that pricey just a little
I love it....just strictly for kpop fans and kdrama fans all around
I loved the store!! but some items are very expensive so you might want to plan a budget if you're planning on going there
When I came here the first time I enjoyed it! As the other reviews say, it can be a bit pricey and you also have to leave your bag in the bag check. Which I don't mind at all. The employees were nice too! I am planning on coming back and possibly buying more things soon
This store is beautiful! The service was amazing! I felt like I was in KPOP Land!
The prices are high, but I love it!
The K-pop merch here has high quality especially on the album's and posters! You can easily recognize the place and staff is very nice. K-pop music always plays here though prices may be pricey. Albums that cost 15-20 may cost around $30. I do not recommend you to buy the shirts with a logo and name although $16 is a good price for my personal experience the logo dries off to easily if you know how to deal with that, perfect! Love the store I do recommend it despite the price of certain merch.
they wanted $40 for a CD with 4 songs on it.
My daughter loves to walk around here
It waa expensive as hell.
Place had the best K-POP merch ever from BTS to ASTRO to Twice! Although since this store is so popular you have to stand in the line (to get your stuff) for 1 hour minimum(ish). It's also a small store but with all the stuff they have it is so worth it!
I would give this half star if I could. The staff were rude, always watching us as if we were about to steal something. The albums were behind the counter which meant that we had to ask them to give it to us. The albums and basically everything were SO overpriced. Usually a bts 4th muster album costs $40 but theirs cost $130 NOT KIDDING. I do not recommend going to buy albums or lightstick over there. You should buy on eBay or amazon instead, you will save so much more money that way. The only thing I recommend to purchase there are the kpop jackets and the unofficial merch that u can wear, but please do not go there for the official stuff. Buy those stuff on amazon or eBay. I recommend choice music la as the seller.
Nice place. Very clean and organized.
A friend works there, 2 constants any chance queries??
Loved the kpop store!! We went while we were in town for BTS
They make you leave your purse on the floor in the front where you just have to leave it and hope that the person working the register takes care of it. I don't recommend going frankly, customer service isn't great. If your a fan of korean pop and can't afford shipping fees then I guess come here without your purse or run the risk of someone walking in a taking it.
They have a wide selection of many products for K-pop lovers. If you are a fan of BTS, they have A LOT of BTS-related items.
Was so amazing to see BTS everywhere
Was able to find the store and it had A LOT of cool merch. The price is a little over the top though. Other than that, it was a decent experience!
